Review: I had ordered a 6ft usb cable for charging my iPhone on January [redacted]. I did receive the product within a few days and after almost 2 weeks the usb completely stopped working. On January [redacted] I contacted them via email about the issue and [redacted], the owner I'm assuming, responded within a few hours appearing to be very helpful and offered me to return mine within the 60 days and he would personally test and resend me a replacement upon receiving mine. WELL, here lies the problem, since then I had sent back the usb that week. I waited almost 2 weeks before contacting them although I knew they had to of received the package by then. I have written probably 10 or more emails and left about the same amount of voicemails and no one is contacting me back for weeks now. Not only am I out the $4.99 for the usb but I shipped it back, as instructed, and paid for that too and now I don't have anything!Desired Settlement: At this point I just want my money back and will clearly never order from there again. I would also love to see this business cease operation because he is a scammer apparently but I'm sure thats asking to much.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. However I do have proof that I shipped back the product but I do not have proof of it arriving at the destination although im almost positive it did. I appreciate that after almost 2 months of no responses to my exhausting inquiries and then filing a [redacted] claim, being denied refund twice (in one day but no contact to my emails for over a month or phone messages), and filing a claim here, that they FINALLY addressed this and agreed to refund. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Review: Purchased iPhone chargers and cables. Arrived promptly. One was dead on arrival. Another worked for about a week then became hot and began buzzing. I contacted [redacted] (I believe [redacted]) who would gladly check the charger and replace. I sent the charger back to him at my expense and did not receive a replacement as he promised. . Not able to reach him at ###-###-####. I'd like to return unit for his inspection and replacement.Desired Settlement: Refund of credit card payment

We offer a 60 days return policy. Buyer has had cables over that time and we have received nothing back to date from the buyer. We are sending him 2 new chargers, as a courtesy good will gesture, that we personally tested. We are happy to help. [redacted] Track #[redacted] on replacements, went out today

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
This issue is not resolved. [redacted] said they sent me replacements but they’ve not arrived. I am waiting to see if they arrive and if they are dead on arrival like the other products. Please leave this open Thanks

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
He did not do what he said he was going to do and has never responded to phone or email inquiries. On 11/**/2014 I mailed one of the two chargers to [redacted] at Supergooddeals.com. He assured me that he would send a replacement that he personally tested. I've sent emails and called on a number of occasions but did not get a response to emails or the telephone messages I left. When I contacted the Revdex.com, [redacted] did respond to the Revdex.com saying that he did not receive the charger I sent him on November **, but "We are sending him 2 new chargers, as a courtesy good will gesture, that we personally tested". Since then two of the cables have failed. Today, **February2015, I received two plastic wrapped replacement chargers. Underneath the wrap each unit had bar coding taped to the charger in such a fashion that I find it impossible these were personally tested by [redacted] as [redacted] said he would do in our earlier correspondence and in his more recent response to the Revdex.com.In summary:[redacted] didn't send me a replacement as promised in November[redacted] did not respond until the Revdex.com contacted him.Only after the contact with the Revdex.com did he send the units as he promised to do at the end of NovemberThere is no evidence he personally test the units as promisedHe did not refund my credit card as I requested I have had no electronic or postal mail from [redacted] as he stated in his latest response to the Revdex.com. The only response I've had is through this Revdex.com process. When he says he's contacted me electronically, he has not. The case really isn't resolved to my satisfaction but it's not really worth any more of my time. Just hoping the new chargers he sent will last longer that the other two. Not going to pursue replacement of the two charging cables that only lasted 6 to 8 weeks. This is the most unpleasant online buying experience that I've ever had.

Review: During the latter part of May or the first part of June, 2015, I ordered four (4) 5W charging cubes and cables for my Apple iPhone 5. None of them will work. They all are bad. I have called supergood deals.com two (2) times to tell them the problem. Both times I got their voice mail and both times I left a message, my phone number and asked for a return call. I have heard nothing. Now I would like to file a complaint. I would like a full refund of my $39.80. I ordered this merchandise in good faith and expect to be treated as any decent retailer would treat their customers.
Thank you for any help that you can provide me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money.

We do not have any unanswered inquiries from [redacted], but will be happy to address her concern here:We have a very generous 60 days return policy. However it has been well over that time for [redacted].We would be happy to still honor a return for exchange or refund, but she will need to return the item to us.Here is our return address:SGD[redacted]
[redacted]Once we get this back, we can exchange or refund for her. NOTE: here are some helpful tips, which may help her so that she does not have to do a return:First, if your device is not reaching 100% and seems to be stuck on a lower % of charge, try unplugging your phone or ipad or ipod from the cable and then plugging it back in. When you see the little lightning icon in the top right, that means that it is charging again. Sometimes simply re-setting it like instantly fixes the problem.Second, make sure you are not plugging into the usb port of a computer, the newer phones require more power, that can usually only be supplied by a wall or car charger. If they are not getting enough power, they most often will display a message that the item is not certified and may not work correctly. Also, any cable, even Apple cables, even when plugged into a proper charger, if they have a problem, will display this message; the phone detects that something is plugged in and that not enough power is being transmitted, or perhaps no power at all if the cable has broken.Next, make sure your phone port where you plug in the cable is clean, try blowing out any dirt or lint which may be in there. You can use a computer keyboard dusting can or just try blowing into the hole, to get out any dust. You would be surprised how much dust and lint can build up in there over time. Also please note, that once an ipad has reached full charge, it is normal for it to display the message "NOT CHARGING."Try our cable with your own charger and then vice versa.Thanks.
Review: Ordered what was represented as "mfi" (made for iPod/iPhone/iPad) apple certified lighting cables, one 6 foot and one ten foot cable. If a cable is not certified by apple it will not work. One cable stopped working after about a week and the other gave me an error message on my iPhone that the cable is not certified. I emailed supergooddeals.com to obtain a refund. I was instructed by [redacted] via email to return the cables for exchange because I must have received "a bad batch" even though they were two different length cables with different issues. When my package was received by the business I received an email today from [redacted] that the package had been marked "refused, return to sender" because "the 60 days return period... Expired on july *, 2014". I don't want this business to continue misrepresenting their products and taking advantage of their customers.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the amount of my purchase.
