BEWARE - Charger Failed in Under Six Month - TOUGH LUCK FOR CONSUMER! JUNK!
I was so happy when I purchased a 2.1A charger for my iPad thinking it was a super good deal.
IT WAS NOT! The charger failed in less than 6 months. Called SuperNOTgood NOT-a-deal and spoke to Kevin. He said it was only warranted for 60 days and there was nothing he could do. He said any charger could fail at any time. Funny, my genuine APPLE charger that came with my iPad has been working perfectly for over three years (still working, I just wanted a additional charger for another location). My best guess is that these are rejected, second-rate, defective parts that could not pass testing and that's why they are so cheap.
I will never buy a product from this worthless company again. I should have checked the review on the company before I wasted my money. My advice is to stay as far away from this company as you can. Horrible reviews everywhere. I am buying a genuine [redacted] charger and it will cost me a lot more because I wasted my money purchasing this defective product. Might I suggest a new company name: SuperBadDeals, or UltraBadDeals, or better yet, UberBadDeals.

Ordered Christmas presents 12/*. They said shipped 12/*. When they weren't received I called and emailed numerous times. No answer. I filled a [redacted] claim to which they finally answered and said that they were resent. Still not received. Have just asked for a refund through PayPal. We will see.

Revdex.com:Yes they did send me another email , however, IT WAS THE SAME EMAIL AS BEFORE. I contacted the [redacted] and put in a complaint, also put in a dispute with my credit card. The item finally came late Saturday January ** 2016 . 1 month later, not 2 days as reported by...

dealer. I will never do business from them again. I do believe they run a fraudulent company and need to be investigated.  Thank you for looking into this. However I do have proof that I shipped back the product but I do not have proof of it arriving at the destination although im almost positive it did.  I appreciate that after almost 2 months of no responses to my exhausting inquiries and then filing a [redacted] claim, being denied refund twice (in one day but no contact to my emails for over a month or phone messages), and filing a claim here, that they FINALLY addressed this and agreed to refund. Thank you.

cables:First, make sure you are not plugging into the usb port of a computer, the newer phones require more power, that can usually only be supplied by a wall or car charger. If they are not getting enough power, they most often will display a message that the item is not certified and may not work correctly. Also, any cable, even [redacted] cables, even when plugged into a proper charger, if they have a problem, will display this message; the phone detects that something is plugged in and that not enough power is being transmitted, or perhaps no power at all if the cable has broken.Also please note, that once an ipad has reached full charge, it is normal for it to display the message "NOT CHARGING."Try our cable with your own charger and then vice versa.

The tracking status still shows that the package was never picked up. I have yet to receive anything from this "business." I no longer want the product, and I am still waiting on my refund! Please just refund my money like I originally asked.

Placed order that took 10 days more to receive than promised. Received package and not what I ordered and paid for. Now owner will not respond to phone calls or e-mails .

We are actually very perplexed why the buyer would put in a complaint with Revdex.com dated 7/*/2015, as the buyer had previously contacted us, sent us the tracking number for the package which we did not receive, but was apparently delivered somewhere in our zip code and we refunded him as a good will...

I did not receive the item that was advertised. I ordered an [redacted] ipad mini 2 charger. What I received was a made in China knockoff that did not work. I have tried to contact the business multiple times and have not received a response. I do not have a tracking number as I mailed the charger back regular mail. The cost of shipping was almost as much as the item so I chose to mail standard.  The item was mailed back 4/*/16.  I have not received my requested refund nor will the business respond to my emails.

Review: iPhone cord was never delivered. It has been 3 weeks. I contacted the seller and they said to wait a few days and then if the cord did not arrive, then they would send another. I waited, it did not arrive. I contacted seller to request a refund as it has been more than 3 weeks. Radio silence. Review: This company intentionally deceives customers. I ordered chargers on 12/**/14 and still have not received them. They also provide false [redacted] tracking info to string customers along- making them believe the product is on its way.Desired Settlement: While I have already filed a complaint with my credit card company and the [redacted] - I believe this company should be forced to make restitution and should not be allowed to continue to operate an online company.

Review: I purchased order #[redacted] on 3/*/15. This item is defective, not working. I emailed Super Gooddeals on 3/*/15 letting them know the product was defective and I need a refund or a replacement mailed to me. I also called them on that week and left a message detailing this. I haven't received a call back or a reply to my email. I've called them several times after and only receive an answering machine.Desired Settlement: Refund my original payment method (credit card).

I ordered a couple of items for my new iphone off this site. I ordered them on 2/*/15. They took the money out of my account almost immediately. Today is 2/**/15 and I still didn't get the email saying that the item was shipped. I logged into my 'account' with them and found that they are saying that it did ship. I emailed them a couple of times with no return email. I called the number on the website and it doesn't work!!! SCAM SITE!! I will be going to my bank and getting a new card and disputing this charge!
