I purchased the expedited service through Key Credit Repair for credit score fixing, and was told that a case manager would be made available to me during my services with Key Credit Repair for questions/assistance in building/repairing and making financial decisions(As explained to me during my consultation)
It has been over two weeks since I began contacting my case manager with questions/seeking guidance, and submitting new documentation mailed to me (as Key Credit Repair asks you inform them immediately upon receiving such notices/documentation) and in the two weeks in which I have been emailing and calling, I have only received one call back from my case manager, with no answers/regard/services given
I am canceling my service (as I called TWICE earlier to inform them....no answer either time) , and requesting a refund, as I signed onto this companies service on a month-by-month basis with the intent to work with them three months minimallyNow a month of my time (two+ weeks

I found this company online at first everything was ok until they asked for copies I sent them a copy of my Id and bank statement but that was Un acceptable so I was like you know I rather find a local place so I asked for a refund after several days they send me an email about it has be in writing before so many days and all this *** so I take that as they are not refunding my money and I should have paid more attention to what I was getting into so plz read before you sign anything with them

Just a few years ago in 2014, I was in the mid 500s That was when I first signed up for their service Within a month or two I was in the 600s Able to get a few credit cards Finally got a truck financed in Here I am a few years later and am hopefully about to sign my first mortgage, with a score in the 680s All thanks to the help from Key Credit Repair! I would recommend them to ANYONE who is struggling with old negative accounts on their reports!

When Signing Up with Key Credit Repair, I was Extremely Hopeful in getting Assistance with a Medical Bill being Cleared from my CreditThe Agent kindly reassured me that with it only being Item to refute, that it would not take more than Billing Cycle to have Removed from my CreditAfter approximately days - When the 2nd Billing Cycle hit my Account - I signed into their Portal - Only to see that absolutely nothing had been done with my Account & now they had Payments from meI first asked the Agent why nothing had been done in writing through their Client Portal - And received no Answer after ample amount of time to respond
So, I immediately Canceled Services in Writing through their PortalI asked repeatedl

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This company is a scam, they talk a good game when you do your consult but they never reach out to you once the money hits their bank accountThey literally don't have a single clue what they're doing if you call asking questions about the processThey just take your money and run, that's ITBecause they don't promise you anything, you can't even pursue legal action after being OBVIOUSLY ripped offThey are SCAMMERS, they don't do a single thing to help your creditS you waste hundreds of dollars for nothingYou're better off not fixing your credit at all

I just signed up today and so far so good Maria was very helpful in explaining everything to me previously to today there is no pressure from them on signing up or anything I feel really comfortable and confident as well as excited to get things startedI will keep updating my experience as my time goes on

Tamia was an incredible account manager! She's extremely professional, positive and punctual Calls and emails are returned immediately and questions asked are answered honestly and thoroughlyI highly suggest this company to anyone who is looking to improve their credit profile!!!!

They send very basic credit letters to our creditors and don't respond well to your inquiries about specific credit solutions They are also pretty expensive considering how little they actually do to fix your credit or counsel you on resolving credit issues I would not use them again
