I receive numerous text messages stating that there are problems with my billing, but when I call my bank there are no holds or returned transactionsI also receive automated phone calls and am instructed to press to speak to a representative only to be transferred to a voice mail boxI am very dissatisfied with this company, their customer service, and the product they claim to offerNot only would I like an apology but I would also like a refund for the service I paid that I thought I was going to receive

I received good service from Key Credit RepairAlthough I didn’t have any hard reports on my credit they helped me understand what I needed to do to improve my credit history and directed me to improve it by various means

I signed up for this service and after not seeing results after two months, decided to cancelAfter repeated attempts to reach them, tried to cancel the serviceInstead of cancelling , they said they'd put the service on hold and CALL ME in November to see if I still wanted to cancelThis didn't happenInstead they charged my card $without authorizationUpon seeing the charge, I called them immediately and was blind transferred to another person who said they don't have the authorization to remove the chargeI didn't authorize this charge and it needs to be removed and this service cancelled as I originally requested

I contacted Key Credit Repair for service in MarchAfter I tried contacting them with questions through phone calls, emails and the portal system for clientsNo responseI then requested services be stopped via email and voicemail as well as left a message I the portalIncludes in these messages were my feelings on the lack of communication and customer serviceServices were not stoppedOn May 25th an unauthorized payment of $was charged to my account from Key Credit RepairI then tried to contact them in regards to this issueI was told I would receive a refund and have yet to receive itI have sent emails asking how to file a complaint and have not been replied toIn addition to them taking money they weren't supposed to my credit score has dropped and according to their portal no disputes have been made on my behalf or progress on theirs

On April 26th key credit took of my net spend card and I had no idea and I won't my money put back its been almost weeks now since this happened to me

I PURCHASED SERVICE FROM KEY CREDIT AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR FIVE MONTHS OF SERVICE WITH ANOTHER FIVE MONTHS OF FREE MONITORING AFTER THE FIVE MONTHS I PAIDKEY CREDIT WITHDREW A SIXTH PAYMENT WHICH AT THAT TIME I CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND WAS TOLD THE ISSUE WOULD BE HANDLED AND MY BILLING INFO WOULD BE TAKEN OFF AND I WOULD RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR THAT SIXTH PAYMENTKEY CREDIT NEVER ISSUED ME A CREDIT AND ALSO CHARGED ME FOR A SEVENTH PAYMENT AS WELL FOR THE NEXT MONTHI HAVE CONTACTED KEY CREDIT SEVERAL TIMES LEAVING MESSAGES AND HAVE RECEIVED NO REPLY

Can you say class action law suit???? Any one else scammed by these con artist feel free to contact me I am consulting with an attorney about a class action law suitI started out with a *** ended up with a *** After these people scam you out of hundreds of dollars a month ...boost your score instantly in the first month but when you cancel after months of no more gain in your credit score You go back furter than you started with > THIS IS COMPLETE BS
Nothing new reported on my credit report the points just mysteriously disappeared as fast as they came
