I wanted a business to help me fix my credit file I called Key Credit Repair and was told that they needed my PASSWORD for [redacted] *** Anybody and Everybody knows that you ARE NOT supposed to give out PASSWORDS, but they insisted on it They wouldn't even do a 'soft search' of my credit report Just wanted everyone to know that please do NOT give out passwords to ANYONE!!! You just never know what kind of trouble you are seeking if you do!!!

I sincerely hope as many people read this, as this Company is a Complete Scam! In [redacted] ', CEO for Key Credit Repair's Initial Greeting Email he even states, "God Bless You & Your Family" at the end of his Introductory EmailBelievers Beware!!! When Signing Up with Key Credit Repair, I was Extremely Hopeful in getting Assistance with a Medical Bill being Cleared from my CreditThe Agent kindly reassured me that with it only being Item to refute, that it would not take more than Billing Cycle to have Removed from my CreditAfter approximately days - When the 2nd Billing Cycle hit my Account - I signed into their Portal - Only to see that absolutely nothing had been done with my Account & now they had Payments from meI first asked the Agent why nothing had been done in writing through their Client Portal - And received no Answer after ample amount of time to respond So, I immediately Canceled Services in Writing through their PortalI asked repeatedl

I purchased the expedited service through Key Credit Repair for credit score fixing, and was told that a case manager would be made available to me during my services with Key Credit Repair for questions/assistance in building/repairing and making financial decisions(As explained to me during my consultation) It has been over two weeks since I began contacting my case manager with questions/seeking guidance, and submitting new documentation mailed to me (as Key Credit Repair asks you inform them immediately upon receiving such notices/documentation) and in the two weeks in which I have been emailing and calling, I have only received one call back from my case manager, with no answers/regard/services given I am canceling my service (as I called TWICE earlier to inform them....no answer either time) , and requesting a refund, as I signed onto this companies service on a month-by-month basis with the intent to work with them three months minimallyNow a month of my time (two+ weeks

I am new to Key credit, but have had a very positive experience so far I have worked with Gabriella A [redacted] on two occasions She has been excellent in answering questions, very knowledgeable and patient She walked me through the website and answered all questionsI look forward to working with her again It is rare to get such excellent customer service these days and someone that is willing to take the time and go above and beyond So far I am thrilled with this company:)

After a bad divorce I was drowning in debtI had been forced to file a bankruptcy years earlier and was now facing numerous charge offs, collectionsI was very familiar with credit bureaus and the fact that the BK was on there for years and negative accounts for I tried negotiating with all creditors...I will say it's a terrible experience to try and negotiate with collectors, they're rude and at times threateningI researched credit repair companies and was extremely skepticalI didn't want to lose my money nor be hood winked by a smooth sale pitchI decided to call Key Creidit RepairI didn't know what to expect and had a lengthy list of questions Through research I learned to stay clear of companies wanting money up front and to lock you into a contractJust for reference my credit bureau scores were all at about I called and spoke with a repHe was very kind, listened to everything I said, never felt rushedHe explained the company's way of doing business and what I could expect I was thoroughly impressed and decided to hire themno contract no money up frontI also chose their top level of service, I figured if they could help me and also try to negotiate on my behalf then it was possibly worth the feePlus I can quit anytime I wantI found the initial process very easyThey did all the work and sent all the lettersI've called them times since signing up in September My scores initially went up then down againThis month I saw my [redacted] and [redacted] reports have gone from [redacted] to currently *** and ***However, the biggest jump is [redacted] jumping 180+points to 693.I couldn't believe itI ran my own reports and sure enough my credit is being repairedI still can't believe the 180+ point jump with the one company...they removed every single negative item, including the BKAnd Key Credit isn't even close to being done helpingI wouldn't write this if it wasn't true...because I truly know how hard it is with limited moneyI feel blessed that I found this companyThey are so nice and genuine ...they never rush me and I'm never on hold waiting for a repI usually don't recommend businesses but in this case I'm so happyThank you Key Credit Repair for giving me an opportunity to have credit again

This company is horribleMy Score decreased by points when using themThey send out letters of disputes which you can do on your own for freeThey charge by the month and so have no interest in repairing your credit quicklyThey only managed to remove my current mortgage and as a result I cannot qualify for a new mortgage, refinance or personal loan until it is back on which will take 3-monthsThey have yet to refund any money I have paid them as requestedThey have given me a full month of aggravation, cost me a new mortgage and a new housePlease stay away from [redacted] and Key Credit

Hello, I started with Key Credit in February 2017,when I started I had a nice lady I was working withWithin months I received another lady and she didn't know me or my account situationAfter we talked I began to feel comfortable with her working on my accounttwo months after that she was goneTwo ladies gone in four months and I was furiousI did not get competent help from their customer service folks, bad English, limited knowledge, bad connection and long hold timesThey also lied on me and about me regarding my second to last payment to theyI called them twice that day attempted to pay, as I have done in the past and the young girl was a real charm with a bad connection and she totally had no clueI hung up and called right back same person again I told her that I am trying to make a payment over the phone, she wrote down my info and didn't take the payment at that time, as I requestWhen the company finally got around to processing the payment (next day) I didn't h

Key Credit Repair is an exceptional organization with extraordinary representativesIt's only been a month and a half and I have already had negative accounts deleted from my credit reports!!! My score has climbed from a [redacted] to over a [redacted] due to these deletionsEven better I was approved to live in an exclusive community in [redacted] that I was initially declined forDiondra is an outstanding account manager and Vafa was extremely well educated with all of the laws governing the credit bureausTogether they have helped me accomplish my goals in a very short time period and they are still very eager to continue to raise my scoreMy entire life has changed and my family is eternally greatful!!! I received a an unsolicited sales call from Superior Fundraising,( [redacted] )The complaint already on file, and the website and services offered seems to reflect the business category of fundraising and not Magazine Dealers as Revdex.com currently lists itPerhaps the magazine dealer trading under the name of Superior Fundraising closed, which is why the complaint received no resolution and there is an alert on this business By using a whois look up ( [redacted] ), I discovered that Superior Fundraising is most likely a front for [redacted] ( [redacted] ), which is already listed by Revdex.com ( [redacted] ) I come to the conclusion that [redacted] is trading under Superior Fundraising because the physical address listed for the domain registry of Superior Fundraising matches the address on file with Revdex.com for [redacted] The sales tactics on the phone tended towards limited time offer (i.ehigh pressure) techniques Given the deceptive name change and sales tactics, I have chosen not to do business with them I am writing this review to draw attention to the possible name change and so that others might benefit from my research

It's took three months to clear up my disputes. I'm pretty amazing with this guys. I will recommend key credit repair to peoples that need help fixed they credits

It was very bad I spent almost $1000 & get no results & I was promise that I'll see results in 90 day it's been 4 & half. Months almost 5 & nothing change thats money down the drain I don't have they file the paper wrong now I had to wait another 45 days but I still got to pay you should say things you can't do just to get people money

Im sing up with this company day ago jan I was going to change my billing date but they change billing date but put my account on hold saying and till we received payment they they would keep account on hold but already pay them and the still put account on hold sent them documents from they credit reports agencies but they still had the account on hold for days nothing said in there agreement that they would put the account on hold for days after I pay there fee please refund my fee $ refund my money at once thank you [redacted]

I had signed up for key credit repair back in November of 2015, after speaking to one of their representatives in hopes of fixing my creditI agreed to pay an accelerated, more expensive rate, to help the process along, based off the advice of their staffAfter a couple months, nothing had been repaired (which they stated would only take to months tops based off the items on my report), fineI understand the company can't promise results, however I started receiving mail from all these places they were sending to my letters to, which happened to be incorrect addresses, ex: [redacted] AccountMeaning that the first months of my service, they were not even sending some of the right information I had began to reach out more online through their website, as well as through personal emails to people who work at the company, which were supplied through their websiteI have not received any type of response what so ever from the company since the beginning of this yearI have written

Truthfully, this company was more interested in taking my money on a monthly basis rather than really producing any significant results for the service I paid forTheir customer service is terrible, one of the worst I have ever dealt with in a very long timeSeveral attempts were made on my behalf for my matter to be look at, however, my issue was just ignored and brushed aside, in hopes that I would give up and walk away silentlyNo one really made any effort to listen to me, and that is when I had enough and was not going to be brushed off and ignored anymoreEnough is enough!
