Have you ever seen the Wizard of Oz where the Dorothy, Tinman, Scarecrow and the Lion were terrified by the "big scary" wizard behind the curtain when at the end it turned out to be an old dude? This may not be the best analogy, but my point is that Key Credit Repair is like thatLiarsThey show you one thing when they "do"/are something completely differentThey have this "amazing" customer portal where you can see everything that they are claiming to be disputing with the credit bureaus According to that portal, they had written letters to all the bureaus disputing all my credit inquiries and all my negative credit historyMe, being someone who doesn't believe that someone is doing something unless I see the final product asked to have all the letters that they have written on my behalf sent to me via email - they were astonished that I asked for this because apparently no one ever doesThese guys took weeks to send me the letters that they allegedly had sent weeks prior and when I received them they had left out most of the things in my credit reportThey're much like my kids when I asked them to clean the houseThey'll only do what I am asking for (in this case paying for) when they want to and when they do it they do a half-as jobIf you enjoy giving a company $a month for them to lie in your face and frustrate the hell out of you then I wholeheartedly recommend Key Credit RepairIf you have a brain you will look somewhere else

On May 28th I hired Key Credit Repair days later after receiving responses from the credit bureausI decided to cancel my service with themI called and talk to a customer service agent who told me that she would cancel my accountand I also asked for a possible refund since I never received a response from any of the credit bureaus she told me she would have to call me backbut they never called me back and for the next few weeks they kept trying to charge my card even though the lady told me my account was canceledTo get them to stop trying to charging my card I tryed to call themI emailed the ownerI message them on *** and on there online portal but I got zero responses until I emailed *** *** she was very nice she told me that the customer service agent I talk to didn't inform me about there cancellation policy and I had to give it to them in writingbut she would cancel my account and I would get a confirmation email in hours but they tryed to charge m

I entered into a contract with Key Credit Repair for months to help fix my credit and have been billed a total of $to date and have seen zero results My score has not improved, not one creditor has offered to settle, nothing has been removed from my credit report, they are almost unreachable by phone/email for support and they did not help me establish new lines of credit as promised Not once did they contact me in months to discuss my file or offer me possible solutions so at this point I am not sure what I paid for? They did not deliver as promised!

I pay them for months to get me a settlement offer for stuff that was on my credit report and to delete things I already paid off I sent all the paperwork that was needed and they didn't do anything my credit score didn't move and I want my money backI'm paying you to settle my account why should I pay to our and call the companies

I cancelled my account with key credit repair as I was not satisfied with the outcome of the service, the cancellation was requested on the date of April 28th, at am in the morning, in an email form to my account manager *** *** ( Employee of Key Credit Repair )
After I had requested a termination of service, My account was charged on the 05/02/
I had called the key credit repair main office and requested a refund a few days after this and never heard back from the company
On the date of June 1st, The vice president of Key credit repair emailed me, letting me know that I needed to update my card info so that they could charge my card again for another month of service
The service agreed upon is on a month to month basis and therefore, I am well within my rights to cancel this service, however, the company went against its word and still charged me

Key credit has been so awesome to me in these past months and I am so grateful to them and all of the hard workIt feels to have a team behind you all the way...Special thanks to *** she is truly amazing!!
