I signed up for key credit repair in march 2018, under the understanding they were going to help me repair my credit, all they have done is take each month until jan,2019, I have cancelled my debit card and tried to contact them about stoping any further withdrawals, they took in two days, I didn't authorize them to keep withdrawing money and not help me fix my credit, these people are a scam and need to be investigated by the justice dept for predatory practices,

I contacted this company to help clean up my credit They simply made it worse and worse It dropped points today because of them No matter how many times I ask them to stop, they just make it worse I complained MANY times, with response, the just keep dropping my score (I have no problem proving it) Eventually, after my many, many complaints on the web site account, they deleted my account and erased all of my complaints to cover their tracks Luckily I know how to use screen shots I was eventually able to get them to "put my account on hold", (what ever that means) Then today, I got an alert from my credit monitoring and it dropped more points, from a letter "Key Credit Repair" sent Due to crazy credit I have had, I have not been able to secure housing No matter how many times I try, the landlord or management company tells me I have to fix what "K.C.R" has done

This company is horribleMy Score decreased by points when using themThey send out letters of disputes which you can do on your own for freeThey charge by the month and so have no interest in repairing your credit quicklyThey only managed to remove my current mortgage and as a result I cannot qualify for a new mortgage, refinance or personal loan until it is back on which will take 3-monthsThey have yet to refund any money I have paid them as requestedThey have given me a full month of aggravation, cost me a new mortgage and a new housePlease stay away from *** and Key Credit

I had received updates in my key credit repair portal showing that several accounts were deletedOnce I received a copy of my *** credit report I noticed that these accounts were not deletedI called a few times and when I was actually able to talk to someone without being disconnected, I was told I was looking at an old report or the third party I was using didnt have the updated version eitherI tried to get an explanation through the notes in the portal and received the same answersDecided to wait for another updated report (from ***, not credit karma, not some old copy) to be sure and those accounts are in fact not deletedI then attempted to resolve this by replying to an email their CEO had sent me and after a few days, no responseBetween the communication and being told one thing by them and the opposite from ***, it has become a very unpleasant experience
