I have signed up for credit repair services about a month agoDuring this time I have repeatedly called, left voice messages, and emailsNo one ever answers the phone or returns any calls or emails My first payment was drafted out of my bank account a week ago and still can not get in contact with anyoneI have had to change my account information so they can no longer draft because I cant talk to anyone to cancel my servicesI would not recommend this company to anyone, not only am I out the money that I paid, but nothing was done with my credit either

I contacted key credit repair after I had just began to repair my credit by paying off about $in debtI spoke to them about removing some negative things to my credit report in order to build my credit score I also wanted to make sure that those things I had just paid off change to good standing on my credit reportAlong with removing some in accuracies that appeared on my reportHowever what key credit repair did was send out mass general dispute letters to every single company on my credit report whether the account was in good standing or notThis resulted in credit cards that were in good standing and building my credit that I had worked so hard to obtain and was paying to a zero balance every month to be closed due to "fraudulent activity" a report which the credit card companies said that I filedWhen I assured them that I would not file a report for fraudulent activity on a car that I was using and paying to a zero balance every month they looked further into it and

when I signed up for Key Credit Repair I was told I had to pay $for months and would then recieve months free....after my payments were made, they tried taking payment #out of my account in which I put a stop payment on it and called the company in which *** ? then told me that my contract was set up as payments and months free and that is absolutely not trueI told her I would not authorize a 5th payment and she told me she would continue to try and take out the 5th payment for the next daysat that time I requested to cancel the serviceThey didn't do everything they said they were going to dothey got ONE ITEM off my credit report and raised my score just a little bit but other than that, nothingI still am being denied for loans to rebuild my credit and have already paid them $I should get some kind of refund back considering I didn't get my months free and still can't get a loan anywhere!! Definitely was not worth the $I spent on them! I do

I recently cancelled services with Key Credit Repair on July 12, for the upcoming month (I had already paid for July services) I emailed the cancellation as requested and was told my services would be cancelled immediately Because Key Credit Repair failed to cancel my services, it caused me to overdraft in my bank account with a total cost of overdraft fees in the amount of $ Key Credit did state that they would refund my service charges in the amount of 146.95, however, due to their neglect to cancel my services, I am out of $which should have never occurred because my services should have been cancelled I think they should have to pay my bank overdraft charges I can provide emails in regards to my cancellation, as well as bank statements, which shows that my account was in good standing until that transaction was made (unauthorized)

I would leave less than a start review if I couldI was lied to from Jake from the day I staredI was told this would be a month process but most likely 3-monthsAfter the 5th month only one thing was removedI had paid over to the company at thy point by and could not handle the BS anymoreI would need to reach out to the every month to remind them they are supposed to send letter to the credit bureaus and collection agenciesI would get the run around and then the generic, “we’re sorry this usually doesn’t happenWe’ll send out aggressive letters immediately”I truly this is a huge waste of money and lacks professionalismThey also would send letters to the Bureaus were illegible therefor a month of payment was wasted with no compensation

This is the worse company and worst service ever was with them for months and not once did I receive any information about was going I was told I receive emails never did started with a *** credit score and went down to *** thanks to this joke of a company I never will recommend this place to anyone waste of money and time I wish I never decide to contacted this company I would advise everyone not to go with this company stay away for your own good

I have been a customer since 01/10/
During the consulting phase, I was told that my credit would jump approximately percent within the first ninety days of service I agreed to the $per month repair package I was billed on 01/10/2017, 02/10/2017, and 03/10/
We are coming up on the ninety day mark and I have received very little assistance from the two people assigned to my account I send e-mails asking for updates on my account and do not receive responses for days and, other times, do not receive responses at all My credit has only jumped about pointsWhich is only due to me paying all of my accounts on time Nothing has been done through KeyCreditRepair.com except for requesting my credit reports, which I could do by myself

am very satisfied with this company, Key Credit Repair they know exactly what they're doing, they get The job done by removing all negative items from my credit they're not like some company take your money and get little done, I would recommend them to ever one

Im sing up with this company day ago jan I was going to change my billing date but they change billing date but put my account on hold saying and till we received payment they they would keep account on hold but already pay them and the still put account on hold sent them documents from they credit reports agencies but they still had the account on hold for days nothing said in there agreement that they would put
the account on hold for days after I pay there fee please refund my fee $ refund my money at once thank you *** * ***

Truthfully, this company was more interested in taking my money on a monthly basis rather than really producing any significant results for the service I paid forTheir customer service is terrible, one of the worst I have ever dealt with in a very long timeSeveral attempts were made on my behalf for my matter to be look at, however, my issue was just ignored and brushed aside, in hopes that I would give up and walk away silentlyNo one really made any effort to listen to me, and that is when I had enough and was not going to be brushed off and ignored anymoreEnough is enough!

They are a terrific company, who I recommend 10/10!

Glora is so hell bent on getting a good review she doesn't listen to what you ask or try to help fix the issue...she just kept saying "can I count on a star review?!" I got nothing accomplished by speaking with her and will have to call the company again to get better service
