I signed up with Key Credit Repair in September in the hopes of cleaning up my credit, fixing my credit score, and getting qualified for a houseInstead I have received a very slight increase to my score, only items removed from my report (one of which came off because I paid it off and NOT because of any work done by Key Credit Repair.) I had called at least months ago to request that they cancel my service and was talked into keeping itI wish I had been more persistent THEN about cancelling as now the company is refusing to honor their own 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Interestingly enough, when I signed up for the service I spoke with Mr*** *** directlyHe specifically told me about the 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE (conveniently enough it is now called the 100% satisfaction guarantee) and that is what sold me on this particular company because I have been burned in the pastSo the fact they are now trying to keep $1,of my money is infuriating as a custo

It's took three months to clear up my disputesI'm pretty amazing with this guysI will recommend key credit repair to peoples that need help fixed they credits

On June 10th, I signed a contract for Key Credit Repair to work on repairing a single blemish on my creditThe owner, *** personally promised to work diligently to get this repairedThe blemish was under $from *** *** for an unpaid balance when I closed out an accountI was under the impression that I was paying off the full balance when they gave me the amount to payPrevious to Key Credit Repair, I already contacted *** *** by phone and letter to try and get them to settle the caseThey refused
I was paying Key Credit Repair monthly to work on repairing my creditAt first they seemed to be doing wellThey sent a letter to *** *** and *** *** responded with their own letter denying that there was a problem
Then there was a long pause of any actionThere was no communication from Key Credit RepairEventually called and emailed them asking what the next step is and how we proceed from hereThey said they would send out another letterI receive

This company advertises a great strategy and overall end to end service for addressing derogatory intimation and rebuilding credit across all three bureaus, current and original creditors The issue is the advertised service at a about 100% higher than the highest rated market segment leader is contradicted by the organizations operations and communicationsthe irony is many people fall prey to a advertised services dispute the lack of service and end up with an outstanding mark on their credit reports So the issue is troubling when the service offered is credit repair and the initial sales and agreed contract does not match the delivered service or internal turnover and lack of transparency cause expectation GAPsFor a monthly fee I was promised a dedicated credit analyst, aggressive action throughout the month and credit rebuilding coaching and assistance To be honest I feel like I have been doing most of the leg work whilst the company has no custom strategy for me as promised but may be simply sending standard form letters which provide incremental but definitely not aggressive customized attention to credit repair and rebuildingGreat advertisement and potentially great company but when I customer sees the professionals that promised they would do all the work use canned responses and lack zealous passion to fulfill their promise It seems the business is billing for a service that may very well be just as easily executed from homeThere is a lack of urgency, miscommunication or deceptive communication and an amazing lack of security when handling persons most sensitive personal information

On January 19th, 2016, I had a conversation with *** ***, President, to assist me with a credit repair on a new home purchaseI explained to *** that the service to repair was only to be for the issue identified and he instructed me it would be a "one-time" purchase to issue the letter to the agenciesI paid $for the service and elected "not to enroll" automaticallyI verified that the auto-renew was "off" on my online account
On February, 23rd, 2016, I was charged another $and explained by the support specialist by phone that it was due to my account being still "in process" to eliminate the credit issuesOk, I understood and acceptedAgain, confirmed with her not to auto-enroll
On March 7th, 2016, my account was completed with all letters to agenciesI sent an email to *** and [email protected] to confirm service no longer needed
On March 23rd, 2016, I was charged another $and sent two emails and messaged on login portal to cancel my ac

I want to say I was very sceptical about what key credit repair was pitching too me after multiple different credit repair companies I gave a chance to failed meMy credit for just the last years has gone downhill after having surgery and being off work for months no pay and trying to catch up after I was released to work is what took my credit down major being late on payments to daysKey credit repair is awesome in the first days my credit went up nearly points but I lose points when reports me late but it's my own fault so as soon as my car is caught up I will ne on track again but they have worked with me being off work on short term disability this past months due to another surgery needed and they been very understanding to my financial situation I just email a manager Derick Gonzalez and he is always quick and kind and very understanding!!!! I have referred a few people and as soon as they can financially commit then we all will be on a road to recovery and good credit

I Started with this company on 08/17/As I am writing this review I am sitting in our new home that we closed on this morningWhen I started all of my credit scores were in the low 5's and now in the high 6'sIt took months to the day to get an approval letter for a mortgageYou have to be patient and listen to what they tell youThey have a great website for communicatin and attaching documentsIt is not a quick fix but with time, patience, and effort great results will comeThis is a great company and I highly recommend to anyone looking to fix their creditThank you for everything, I wouldn't be here without you

Excellent experience, fixed my credit

I began the program 08/05/and my score has gone up points with the removal of several items that were disputedThus far, the company has began to show me results very quickly, compared to other agencies that I have tried in the pastI am hoping to continue having a positive experience, so that I may be able to purchase a home in the near future

Key Credit repair has really been very good at taking care of my husbands credit score They have really increased his credit score We are very happy with their help They also give you a lot of good information on how to keep your score up They are also good at keeping you informed about things

I called Key Credit Repair in hopes of finding an agency to help repair my credit and deal with collection agencies on my behalfWhen originally speaking with a representative of key credit repair I was told of two separate programs that I would qualify forThe program I selected was an accelerated program that involved disputing credit reporting as well as creditors directlyI was told that I would pay for months of service and receive additional months free to resolve any remaining items not handled within the month periodThe way this program was outlined to me was basically that most if not all of my issues would be resolved within the first months and that any remaining would be handled at the latest in a yearIt was stressed to me to upload any and all documents from any of the credit bureaus and collectors immediately as they were time sensitiveIt was also stressed that this is how my repairing would go timely and smoothlyFrom that point on I was very aware of
