Signed up with this company back in October 2016, set up for my payment to be taken out November 25th I called and canceled with them days after I signed up and the person on the phone advised me that it was all taken care off and I would not be billedThey still took $out of my accountI have spoken to people at there office and they now advise me that they ONLY way to cancel was to sign into my account and send them a mail via the client portal, this was not advised to me on the phone, probably because they was to get their money and the salespeople keep their commission
They have advised me that letter were sent out to the creditors/collection agencies, this is information as the only disputes that have been received are ones sent by me, I know this because at the time of signing up they go through who to send to and who not to, and I personally sent ones to the ones I asked them not to When I asked for them to show me proof of delivery of these letters they

The team is professional and has always been prompt in responding to my requestsAdditionally, the Key Credit Repair agents were able to articulately explain the process (including next steps) and made excellent recommendations throughout the process to help me be in the best position to improve my overall score

KCR, advertises that consumers will see a change in reports in days on their siteDay happens and I cancelled and requested refund due failure to live up to their advertisementsI was advised by a representative this is unable to happen because it just doesn’tI paid last month $for my spouse and I and felt this was a horrible experience in comparison to my own efforts as I had seen turnaroundContrary to their advertisements claimsThe rep also advised it could take 4-6months to see any changes AFTER they charged me another $for the next days that I won’t even be apart ofNow times over I have been denied my refund due to their promises

I was referred to Key Credit Repair by an in-law, she paid $99/month and they took care of her credit situationAfter speaking with their consultant over the phone, it sounded like it was a great programTheir website and over the phone consultant claims that they will clean up unlimited, erroneous negative records, collections, late payments and etcand most importantly FREE negotiation and settlement of outstanding collections and charge-offs with all three credit bureauThe consultant is great with their sales pitch to have you sign up, I was told that they can erase any and all negatives within the first days, negotiate and settle any outstanding collections and charge offs at 10% of what was owedWho wouldn't want thatThen I was told that there are two payment programs that I can sign up for 1.) $129/month no contract based on month to month, 2.) $for four months and the rest of the year free according to the consultant I spoke withSounds great until after I signed

I have been with key credit repair for months Tamil have done a wonderful job for me getting my credit back on point I would not tradequate key credit repair for another company , At one point I could not get anything basedone on my credit report now with on months I been able too get a new car with low interest rates, credit cards with low interest rates , I got tried of hearing the word No

In months my credit score didn’t change at all nothing removedOver months and a month nothing changedAfter the 3rd month I called to cancel was told I had to write and emailWrote the email they claim they never got it and kept charging my account called to complain I wanted a refund and all I got was they would try to refund me even tho they have done absolutely no work on my account they feel it’s right to keep my moneyAlso this company cannot he found on the Revdex.com use another company you will regret using this one

I called to cancel my account so that I would not be charged for another month of service needlesslyThey were not open therefore I left a messageI was not called back and instead of charging me on the 15th of this month they charged me today instead!! Not happy! I better receive a refund!!!
