I placed an order on Aug Order# ***The amount was deducted from my bank accountI have not received anything yet, no order status, no product, nothingI tried to email them on Aug 11, it went unansweredI have called many times, each time an automated message states due to call volume my call can be answered and to use the help deskThe help desk takes you to a dead link and does not workI have called every number I can find, no answer same messageI tried to email a different email associated with the business and it was returned to me as not deliverable

I ordered Protein Bottles on September and my confirmation order stated it will take days for delivery It also stated "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order" This has yet to happen I try calling them and can never get through, then I e-mailed them twice and have not yet received a response This company however did charge my credit card, but has failed to deliver me my products I just want what I paid for and to be treated like a customer and not be ignored Please help me

I have been ordering with them for years and I'm the past 2-years their attentiveness and customer service has plummetedJust recently (well almost two weeks now and still waiting) for example I placed an order for three items (October 12, 2016)I never got a follow up email with tracking number as they promised until I sent a very nasty emailEven then the tracking number wasn't incorrect! Not only that it was for only one item in my order and it was delivered days after I ordered itI didn't receive it until October I am still waiting on the remainder of my order which I placed almost weeks agoI have sent emails and called numerous times to a toll free number that literally tells me the representatives are too busy to answer and the line hangs up on youAll I really want is some type of update, anything reallyToday is October and I have yet to receive or get any type of update on the remainder of my orderJust here waiting in limboThey are completely unprofessional incompetent and I will NEVER do business with them EVER AGAIN!

I ordered Cellucor Cunder the promotion of "buy (2-serving containers) servings get servings free, and was only delivered servings I contacted the business several times regarding this issue with no rectification of the problem I was also guaranteed free items with the order and was told that they were no longer in stock

I placed an order one month ago and Supplement Warehouse immediately collected my moneyI was then informed that two out of the three products I ordered were not in stockThe least costly of the two out of stock items was then refunded and the in-stock item was shipped and has been receivedI was informed that most costly item was on backorder but would be shipped in 1-weeksAfter weeks no update was receivedI attempted to reach the company via the phone number listed on the website but the call could not be completed due to the number being disconnectedI then submitted an online inquiry and did not hear anything for over a weekThe website now produces error messages when attempting to submit online inquiries

I went out of my way to find this website and write my review, because it was THAT BADAll around terrible serviceDoesn't ship even close to being on timeMore expensive than amazonCustomer service is a jokeespecially their customer service lines only being operable 9-on weekdays? This is a huge online retail service and you cant even take my call on the weekends? you *** kidding me?

I have tried to call thier toll free and only listed number and it has been disconnectedI have also tried to use their email service and it will not work

I placed an online order for soyjoy bars on Dec17, I never received my order, and I waited weeks before contacting the company, because I thought that perhaps the mail was behind due to the holidaysI called their customer service telephone number multiple times and on multiple weekdays during business hours and was unable to reach someoneI contacted them through email and I got a response on Jan.13, 2017, stating that I would recieve a refund on my credit card, and that it may take to business daysNo apology, no explanation from the companyI thought that was strangeI

I have ordered from this company several times and have had no issues in last years from themBut now I ordered from them on Dec I have emailed them twice asking about my order and do not get any reply back and they have already charged my account They have told me that my order went back ordered from the manufactureI have been waiting a month and a half and with no product or reply back from this companyI trying calling them and there number has either been changed or disconnectedI requested a refund of my orderSo please do not order anything from themI quess I am going to have to take them to court to get my money back from them

I placed a order with them Nov.27th I order supplemts Once month later after no contact or delivery I contacted them again and they responded They told me my order was on back order and would be in their warehouse and would ship in one to two weeks I waited and waited and nothing arrived I tried to email them several times the past two weeks and no responseI called the cr and it kept saying all lines were busy I paid and didn't receive my items!

Twice recently I have ordered from Supplement Warehouse onlineIn prior years the service was great In September I placed an orderIt took over a month for them to ship it outI tried emailing their help deskNo one ever replied in the weeks between when I emailed them and when the product was shippedI tried repeatedly to call themEvery time I received the message saying due to heavy call volume we cannot take your call at this timeAfter lots of calls - I finally got throughShe gave me a scripted answer saying the manufacturer had changed the product so they were waiting for it to be sent to themI told her I ordered two different products from two different manufacturers so which one did that apply toShe had no answerI asked why I never received a reply to my email to the help deskShe said they always respond in a timely mannerThey never responded in weeks I gave Supplement Warehouse the benefit of the doubt and was hoping it was a one time problemI ordered one month ago on December 9th and my order still has not shipped outI am having the same problem contacting themThey charged my credit card the day I placed the orderI will never use them again and will advise others to not go through this company

I just placed an order with Supplement Warehouse and missed my order numberI also have not received a confirmation email eitherI created an account with them with the same information I gave in my order and when I look at my order status it says I've made no ordersNow I'm worried because I was charged $100+ and I'm looking at these reviews and wishing I hadn'tI've tried emailing them times now and it rejects my email and tells me to try again later

This business is truly an odyssey in the fact that they are still in business treating customers as they do I wish I had read the reviews before submitting my order I wouldn't have made such an itic mistakeFirst when you place your order they are going to wait two days to send you an email stating that since you are a first time customer that need to verify all of your information After that has been done then they take another 2-days to process the authorizationIt get's better When you call to verify the information you will be put on a call list with a recording telling you how many callers are in front of you No, I didn't say list as in you leave your number and they call you backNope you sit on the phone just like the insurance commercial and it randomly tells you how many callers are in front of you It is usually about a minute wait Then when you have to call back to see why your order hasn't shipped.......and you will, you will go through this procedure every time I has the recording telling me I was the 1st caller in line and it was still another minutes before someone came on the line, to tell me my order would ship withing the next 5-days We were currently on day So basically days to ship I cancelled my order and ordered with another supplement company whom shipped my order the same day and was at my door on the 3rd dayPlease do yourself a favor and keep shopping This company will soak up your time like a sponge If you are shopping for Christmas then by all means go ahead, you might get your order by then

I ordered on Nov 28, and still have not revieved my orderI called several times with no answer and I have emailed with no response back

I was immediately charged for items that were not in the process for delivery and I waited two months and still did not get of the containers of supplement I orderedI waited on the phone to speak with the rep different times all of which were lengthlyI wait was hours, the other was an hour, the last call was minutes wait
She looked at the status of my order and said they shipped four containersI asked her to verify the ship weight because I only received two containersshe put me on hold to verify the package weight to determine tht there was an error in the packing slip and that they did only ship and they would refund my money for the other She said I would get a refund but the refund never posted to my credit card accountSo how do I get my money back from this company? Order #placed 4/13/for 1.32lb containers of Barndads fiber dx sku# ***, Price listed as for a total of which includes shipping and handling

Do not order from this siteI have been waiting a month for my order and it still has not arrived
