I placed an order on Aug Order# ***The amount was deducted from my bank accountI have not received anything yet, no order status, no product, nothingI tried to email them on Aug 11, it went unansweredI have called many times, each time an automated message states due to call volume my call can be answered and to use the help deskThe help desk takes you to a dead link and does not workI have called every number I can find, no answer same messageI tried to email a different email associated with the business and it was returned to me as not deliverable

I placed an online order for soyjoy bars on Dec17, I never received my order, and I waited weeks before contacting the company, because I thought that perhaps the mail was behind due to the holidaysI called their customer service telephone number multiple times and on multiple weekdays during business hours and was unable to reach someoneI contacted them through email and I got a response on Jan.13, 2017, stating that I would recieve a refund on my credit card, and that it may take to business daysNo apology, no explanation from the companyI thought that was strangeI

I ordered product and never recieved what I paid for and have been trying to reach out for a refund that I asked for when I realized that I was never going to recieve the productI have not been contacted and have read numerous complaints against this business

I just placed an order with Supplement Warehouse and missed my order numberI also have not received a confirmation email eitherI created an account with them with the same information I gave in my order and when I look at my order status it says I've made no ordersNow I'm worried because I was charged $100+ and I'm looking at these reviews and wishing I hadn'tI've tried emailing them times now and it rejects my email and tells me to try again later

I placed an order one month ago and Supplement Warehouse immediately collected my moneyI was then informed that two out of the three products I ordered were not in stockThe least costly of the two out of stock items was then refunded and the in-stock item was shipped and has been receivedI was informed that most costly item was on backorder but would be shipped in 1-weeksAfter weeks no update was receivedI attempted to reach the company via the phone number listed on the website but the call could not be completed due to the number being disconnectedI then submitted an online inquiry and did not hear anything for over a weekThe website now produces error messages when attempting to submit online inquiries

I went out of my way to find this website and write my review, because it was THAT BADAll around terrible serviceDoesn't ship even close to being on timeMore expensive than amazonCustomer service is a jokeespecially their customer service lines only being operable 9-on weekdays? This is a huge online retail service and you cant even take my call on the weekends? you *** kidding me?

Placed an order on 1/18/and my bank paid them and I never got an email on when the shipment was to arriveI went on line and found several complaints that were the sameMy order #is *** organic drops ×$and Sovereign Silver oz $Total $I have called #1-545-and the number on my bank statement 1-414-455-and no answer or ring nowI did not have the #1- 414- 777-There has been no email sent even if they did not have in stockJust either send merchandise or refund pleaseThat is too much money for me to loose .Thank you for your time

I have tried to call thier toll free and only listed number and it has been disconnectedI have also tried to use their email service and it will not work

I have ordered from this company several times and have had no issues in last years from themBut now I ordered from them on Dec I have emailed them twice asking about my order and do not get any reply back and they have already charged my account They have told me that my order went back ordered from the manufactureI have been waiting a month and a half and with no product or reply back from this companyI trying calling them and there number has either been changed or disconnectedI requested a refund of my orderSo please do not order anything from themI quess I am going to have to take them to court to get my money back from them

I placed a order with them Nov.27th I order supplemts Once month later after no contact or delivery I contacted them again and they responded They told me my order was on back order and would be in their warehouse and would ship in one to two weeks I waited and waited and nothing arrived I tried to email them several times the past two weeks and no responseI called the cr and it kept saying all lines were busy I paid and didn't receive my items!

I have used this site for years with no problems and I've even refered it to friends and familyI placed an order days ago, of course I was charged but they haven't shipped my orderI called to cancel and was told by the girl on the phone that one of the items could be shipped and recieved last week, still haven't gotten it, website still says it hasn't shipped, and now they don't answer my help desk tickets or the phonesI'll never buy from them again

I have been ordering with them for years and I'm the past 2-years their attentiveness and customer service has plummetedJust recently (well almost two weeks now and still waiting) for example I placed an order for three items (October 12, 2016)I never got a follow up email with tracking number as they promised until I sent a very nasty emailEven then the tracking number wasn't incorrect! I ordered a holiday gift for my mother online from this companyThey immediately charged my credit card, yet, immediately had my item on back orderI was not able to log on to my account to continue to check on my item as "my password was incorrect." I tried to get another password but they never would send me an email (I checked my spam folder regularly too)I called several times only to be put on automated hold with a recording "you are caller number with a minutes wait..etc..." However, when I waited the 30+ minutes, I was at caller number with minute to go and never got my call answeredI tried to post an inquiry on the "help desk" but apparently the help desk form had an error as it would never go throughI finally recv'd another email (not to reset my password) but to inform me my item was still on back order another - weeksI believe they might be a SCAM or the business is a FRAUD onlineI contacted my credit card company immediately to dispute the chargeI want my order canceled (if there ever was one) and hope that something is done about this companyI have read several reviews (complaints) and they are all about the sameUnprofessional business practices and unethical

I ordered $worth of supplements from this company on 01/15/ I received a confirmation email saying they received my order and my credit card was charged for the purchase No supplements were ever delivered, I tried calling on more than occasions, and always was referred to the website I called at all different times and was never able to get a live person to speak too I emailed the company at least times with no response Where is my order, if they can't fill it say so and refund my money There is no reason it should take weeks to ship this stuff from Wisconsin to Illinios And I'm furious at the no response at all after all the attempts to get a response So far this is theft, taking money and not providing a product is theft

Purchase made on 11/11/was requested that the back ordered items be cancelled and a refund be issuedAs of today 02/13/you cannot get in contact with SW nor do they have a working phone numberI have not received a refund
