Ordered product from the company on Dec4th and it has still not been shipped as of today They already took the funds out of my account the day it was ordered Called them yesterday which took forever for them to answer the call I honestly don't know if I am going to get the product and would like my money back After looking at the reviews on this company a lot of people are very dissatisfied and have even been ripped off Very concerned they are doing the same thing to me

On January 18th I purchased a protein supplement from Supplement Warehouse through their websiteThe item never arrivedI attempted to reach them numerous times through email, phone, and their websiteAll emails were returned as not reaching them, no phone number works, and their website will not allow me to send a message despite having a section for me to do so

I ordered some products from this company on September 22ndMy money ($76.93) was removed from my account on the 23rdI received an email confirming my orderI never received an email with trackingSo I have spent the last days calling, emailing, leaving messages on all of their social media accounts, with absolutely no responsesI can not get any one to contact me at allAt this point I am going to my bank today to dispute the charges, and try to get my money backLooking at their social media accounts, it looks as if this is a wide spread issue with them

I order a vitamin product from this company via telephone customer service #800-545- After waiting over the number of days the product was due to arrive, I called the online customer service number and got a voice mail that does not pick up I called the corporate office number 414-777-in Oak Creek, WI Again, received a voicemail message with no pick up I gave someone at their customer service number my credit card and now suspect fraud Please investigate this company I have reported them to the Revdex.com and also Consumer Affairs

This business does not respond to inquiries and does not ship in a timely manner I've disputed my order with my credit card company as they quickly charged my account but didn't ship product that they said was available

Like numerous others I have seen on various review websites, I was charged for an order I placed, then told, several weeks later, that my products were on backorderThere was only one product they planned on shipping and while they eventually did credit me with the bac kordered products, they kept the monies for my item that they supposedly shipped outWell, it never came, so I emailed them about days agoI received a call from a woman who rushed through the message, stating that the product was just returned to them as damaged in shipping - they offered to credit me for the productWill see if I finally get the credit, but it almost seems as if they charged me just to float on the money for a couple of months,only to refund the money laterIf it isn't a scam, it is an exceedingly poorly run business and I would caution anyone to buy their supplements from somewhere else!

I have used this site for years with no problems and I've even refered it to friends and familyI placed an order days ago, of course I was charged but they haven't shipped my orderI called to cancel and was told by the girl on the phone that one of the items could be shipped and recieved last week, still haven't gotten it, website still says it hasn't shipped, and now they don't answer my help desk tickets or the phonesI'll never buy from them again

Awful company and the way they treat their customers Their fulfillment process is horrible, would taking over days to process if you are lucky If not, you will have to call multiple times only to wait an hour or so to reach an unhappy customer service rep that tells you they will handle your order only to get you off the phoneIt has taken me over a month to try and get a refund on an order I never received They bill you, hold your money and meanwhile never ship out your product I will never use them again I am willing to pay a 5% premium to go to a local Vitamin Shoppe and save the hassle and headache I've used SupplementWarehouse before and most often their products are old and clumpy
