I placed an order with this company via their web page on March 15th, After not hearing anything for a week and after that cashed my payment immediately I tried numerous times to call them via their published customer service numberMy goal was to speak to someone to find out when my order will shipWhat I came to fond is that your placed in a continuous phone loop where you cannot reach anyone to speak toI tried this for two days and became further frustratedI finally emailed them only to get the following response:
"We've checked into the status of your order and do not see any unanticipated delays at this timeIf you did not receive a tracking number, you should receive one shortly
Most of our orders do ship in 5-business days and should not ship later than business days; however, delays may occur because of sales surges, promotions, or time in transit between our warehouses and order fulfillment center"

So angry with this company! On May 16th a purchase was made on their website with a successful transaction On May 17th PayPal completed the transaction taking money out of my account and delivering to Supplement Warehouse
This is not my first order with them it was my second, so I know they can be slow with their deliveries However, when I realized that I have not received any shipping and/or back order emails, I emailed their help support email on June 12th advising then of the order the payment and the lack of communication and or delivery of goods from their companyI wait until June 17th before sending another email this time supplying an order numberTo this date I still have not received one single response from this company

August 12th I ordered Noni bottles and my credit card was charged for all the day I ordered About a week later I received bottles and a notice that the other were back ordered They should not charge a credit card without even knowing if they can ship the product, card should be charged as items are shipped I sent an email requesting cancellation of the last bottles with the corresponding credit applied back to the card A few days later I received an email indicating the back order would be 1-weeks and let them know if I wanted the order 'cancelled' or 'wait' (which was told them in the first email) I then sent another email indicating I wanted credit for the bottles and cancel the order Today is one day short of weeks and I have received another email indicating the back order would be another 1-weeks and still have not received any credit for the remaining bottles that I have been trying to cancel I don't appreciate a company sending half an order and

I have used this site for years with no problems and I've even refered it to friends and familyI placed an order days ago, of course I was charged but they haven't shipped my orderI called to cancel and was told by the girl on the phone that one of the items could be shipped and recieved last week, still haven't gotten it, website still says it hasn't shipped, and now they don't answer my help desk tickets or the phonesI'll never buy from them again
