I ordered product on 1/17/and after a week I tried calling to see the status and the phone had a message saying they were closed for inventory so I emailed themI've emailed twice and now every time I call the phone just rings and rings then clicks offI have not gotten an answer on either email nor do I have a credit back to my account for $ I'm not sure what else I can do at this point

Placed an order online on 1/7/My Credit card was charged in full by 1/11/Emailed and Called company as I never received a ship notification on 1/16/Have called and emailed every day sincePackage never cameIf you call the number you are either prompted to pick an option and then disconnected due to higher than call volumes and if you email I have yet to receive a responseSomething is not right with this company they are charging people for items and not delivering them

allotted business daysTypically when an order has not shipped on the 5th business day, we will email the customer communicating to them that the order has been delayed due to either a manufacture back-order, distributor back-order, overwhelming consumer response to a promotion, and sometimes even weather can cause delaysWe are taking actions to ensure that no order misses this 5th day email communication as we understand the key to the customers experience is communication; this customer was emailed on 3/2.We have checked into the tracking information for part of this customers order (of of the Life Flo Products), and it appears it was either lost in transit or damaged, and we have yet to be notified by the shipping company of this errorFor the inconvenience, we have completed the customers request for a refund instead of reshipping the product, and also refunded the entire shipping chargeA refund was processed for the amount of $today; please note it can take 3-business days to appear on the customers account.We too are not satisfied with consumers being unable to get through due to the high call volume that we are experiencing at this time, and the lack of a prompt reply from our HelpdeskWe have hired additional employees in our Customer Service department to help with our incoming calls and Helpdesk emails in efforts to improve our communication to the customer and to be able to provide better service. I placed on order online which I have been for years.I never received my order 12/so I went online Jan and canceled the order and received an email I will be issued a refund 3_business Days I that time I placed another order and they canceled it and I didn't receive a refund for it either

On May 16th a purchase was made on their website with a successful transaction On May 17th PayPal completed the transaction taking money out of my account and delivering to Supplement Warehouse
This is not my first order with them it was my second, so I know they can be slow with their deliveries However, when I realized that I have not received any shipping and/or back order emails, I emailed their help support email on June 12th advising then of the order the payment and the lack of communication and or delivery of goods from their companyI wait until June 17th before sending another email this time supplying an order numberTo this date I still have not received one single response from this company

I don't even know where to startI was ordering natural kelp iodine, and the entire process took over monthsThey kept sending me the same automatic response when emailing for help about the orderThen a lawyer got a hold me months after this and still not receiving the product or my money backThe lawyer told me the company closed and I can try to file a claim to get my money back but there is not guaranteedOnly negatives here! The timing, customer service, product I never received, the fact that I MAYBE will get my money back?! This is a mess! Beware of this scamming company!
