I received a product from Supplement Warehouse (Elite Whey priced at $54.99) and upon receipt of the product decided I did not want itI took the contents to my local UPS store and sent them back to the organizationOn 3/16/I received an email stating they had in fact received the returned product and would refund the amountI did not see the amount credited to my account at the end of the month, so I contacted customer service on April the 6th inquiring when I would see the credited sum and if they could verify the credit card number they had on file, especially as I had not viewed the amount on my monthly statementI did not receive a response so, again I contacted customer service on April 15th requesting verification of the credit card number as I had still not received my refundI also offered to provide credit card statement copies to affirm that I had not received the money; only to no availAgain, I reached out on April the 20th inquiring the status of my issue and not

This is now the second time in a row I have been thoroughly disappointed with supplement warehouseI ordered a product, and did not receive it or any shipping updates for over two weeksWhen I did email to ask, I got back a canned response saying to wait up to business days and that they did not foresee any shipping issuesLo and behold, business day (real day 16) I get a message saying my product is out of stock and I can wait another two weeks, or request a refund I requested a refund and was told it would take up to business days to processToday is business day I am now a full month into having my money tied up with this company, and no refund on my endI understand things happen, but this is the second time I have gone through this same process with Supplement Warehouse, on two different products nowSo far I have had nothing but terrible experiences with them

I have recently ordered a protein powder supplement for my sister as a Christmas present and in a matter of weeks, On December 15th, 2016, I've received an email that the product is back-ordered and should be in the warehouse in a matter of a few weeks, but near Christmas Day, I've yet received another email that the order is STILL back-ordered, and by the end of January 2017, I've received a legal notice stating that the online company is no longer operating I knew by that time, it is too late to get a refund from the credit card company, and I wasn't very happy I'm now in the process in filing a proof of claim and hoping to get my money back! I would give this company ZERO stars for fraudulent business conducted and for scamming Thank goodness they were out of business! AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!

Awful company and the way they treat their customers Their fulfillment process is horrible, would taking over days to process if you are lucky If not, you will have to call multiple times only to wait an hour or so to reach an unhappy customer service rep that tells you they will handle your order only to get you off the phoneIt has taken me over a month to try and get a refund on an order I never received They bill you, hold your money and meanwhile never ship out your product I will never use them again I am willing to pay a 5% premium to go to a local Vitamin Shoppe and save the hassle and headache I've used SupplementWarehouse before and most often their products are old and clumpy

I placed an order and did not receive all of itI was told the rest would ship out within the next week and It has been weeks and I still have not received itI tried to contact this company via phone and email and did not receive a responseI have already been charged for the full order despite not receiving it

This company will deduct your payment immediately, and then fail to mention your items are on backorderI placed an order on Oct 11, 2016, and as of Nov 23, have only been repeatedly told "sorry, your items are on back order." If you don't have the items in stock, you shouldn't be able to take money from a customerI have only received any updates on my order when I reach out to them, they have never volunteered any information, aside from automatic email updatesI will never order from them again, and only hope to one day actually receive the items I bought from themI'll keep purchasing from their competitors (which is what I've done twice now for since placing my 10/11/order)It might be a few dollars more, but at least you actually receive your productI'll continue to be sure everyone I know steers clear of supplement warehouse.com

Like numerous others I have seen on various review websites, I was charged for an order I placed, then told, several weeks later, that my products were on backorderThere was only one product they planned on shipping and while they eventually did credit me with the bac kordered products, they kept the monies for my item that they supposedly shipped outWell, it never came, so I emailed them about days agoI received a call from a woman who rushed through the message, stating that the product was just returned to them as damaged in shipping - they offered to credit me for the productWill see if I finally get the credit, but it almost seems as if they charged me just to float on the money for a couple of months,only to refund the money laterIf it isn't a scam, it is an exceedingly poorly run business and I would caution anyone to buy their supplements from somewhere else!
