I too just found out that I have been getting charge for something I did not order. I didn't even get my "free" tool. But they had no trouble charging me for a Family Protection Association????? They even charged me the $4.95 shipping for NOTHING! Right now I am owed $234.35. I will try and use the info given for others to see if I can get my refund.

I am rejecting this response because:  I still wish to receive the compound bow package.  If Survival Life fails to deliver the product, they need to remove the advertisements promoting the item.

I ordered a ever strike match that they sent me the advertisement for and pure and simple it is not what they advertised. It is a lighter like a cigarette lighter. Not a striking flint type match that was in the advertisement. They solicited me with an e-mail advertising campaign that is obviously not honest in intent.

We are so so sorry for the confusion regarding this customer’s membership. Our account shows that the membership was canceled on November 14th, 2014. Charges for the membership were also refunded in full for the dates of November 8th, September 8th, July...

8th, and June 8th. The payment for August never went through the system and I have now refunded the remaining charge from October. Now all charges from June to November have been refunded in full.  Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused the customer. We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy and will work harder in the future to make sure every customers needs are met.

Unfortunately as we do ship hundreds and thousands of products each day, sometimes there are errors, and even errors with the post office, or unseen errors that can be as small as typo's in shipping addresses. If for any reason a customer does not receive their order we are always more than happy to offer a refund.

I had originally order two products from this company online and they had said the items would arrive in a matter of up to 15 business days. A little after a month of waiting I had sent an email concerned about the products I had ordered. They responded back stating they received my email and a representative would respond to me as soon as possible. The representative had emailed me back apologizing and confirmed my shipping address. Again I had to wait up to 15 business days. It was about the 17th business day that I received a membership card from them but no products. So I emailed again and explained. It was the same go around. Another 15 business days or so I was waiting. This time I had received nothing so I emailed once again and explained the situation. The response I had been sent back was that because I wasn't receiving the items that they were going to cancel my shipment entirely. I was irate. I canceled my membership with them and told them to not email me any further. It has been nine months and I am still receiving emails from them for ads. Ever single email I receive I send back a response and tell the to stop emailing me. I have yet to see results. I am report to Revdex.com because I feel nobody should be harassed and neglected as a paying customer the way I have.

I would like to assure the customer that we do not share our customers information with anyone. The emails that the customer was receiving were from us and at this time they should have stopped. I am rejecting this response because:  This message is not clear.  What date are you expected to get the product into your inventory?  When will you ship the product?  Will I be charged for this product, "if you ever receive it and ship it"?  I placed the order one day after I received the advertisement of the product, and Survival Life is claiming that it was already in backorder.  My opinion is, Survival Life is conducting a scam, and the product they advertised does not exists.  Again, if they can't deliver the product I ordered and paid for "in advance", then Survival Life should have not conducted such business.  I believe Survival Life's advertisements should be removed from the internet.

After reviewing the customer's account, we can see that there was a monthly membership on the account, that membership was canceled on 3/21/16. We refunded the customers first membership fee of $19.95 on 1/29/16. We refunded the last $19.95 membership charge on 3/21/16. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process fully back to the customer’s account. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused the customer. Thank you and have a great day!

You just lost ANOTHER costumer, I'm not surprised though looking at your reviews. I ordered something for $40 and they snuck on a $500 item that I did not even want nor would have paid that much for! When I tried to get the item removed and my money refund they gave me the run around, oh its being processed, then they shipped it trying to force me to pay, now I have to send it back THEN I will get my refund! Seriously, what kind of scam is this, your the lowest of the low feeding off people trying to prepare and you scam them! I'm going to share how this company is all over social media. Stop by in or looking at anything survival life they are hacks and scammers!
