holidays. We apologize for the delay in the shipping as there was a high demand for this product and are very sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused the customer. Have ordered products several times through the email promotions. Items arrived on time and everything was as described in the product page. Have had no issue with being charged a monthly subscription thankfully. Will make sure no check marks are checked inadvertently. Will purchase from survival life in the future.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The company still suffers from poor customer service. Although I received a refund, they definitely could have been honest with me regarding the delay in delivery. Instead of letting me know the item was on back order, they lengthened the delivery time when an update was asked for. I still do not believe they have item ready for shipment when I was told they were ready to ship. They just need to be upfront with customers. Plenty of complaints regarding this.

Hello,I sincerely apologize for the confusion. The customer has been refunded every month of their membership. That is in total 5 payments of $19.95 from August 24th, 2014 to December 24th, 2014. I'm very sorry that it wasn't made clear when the customer purchased the item that they would also be signed up for a monthly membership. However, we do have a no hassle refund policy and you are allowed to cancel at any time. The customers membership has now been canceled and refunded in full.

We refunded the customer on 9/17/2015 for the full amount of his purchase. I have sent the customer an email informing him that all charges have been refunded back to the card he placed his order with.
