Vendor appears to take orders first and then get inventory. It has been almost a month and I have only received 2/3 of my order after numerous broken promises to fulfill it in a timely manner. Only received email today that they are shipping remaining order. I don't know what their reasons excuses are but I would be very cautious ordering from this vendor. I have see other people complain about the same, so it is pretty clear they advertise, take orders and your money, and then place orders with their suppliers to fulfill your order late.

The other five charges were previously refunded on 12/10/16 and 10/12/16. Furthermore, we would like to personally apologize for the fact that the customers membership was not cancelled correctly when the request was initially sent to our support team. The customer will receive a total refund of $99.75 within 3-5 business days; possibly sooner depending on the speed of the customers bank. We would also like to assure the customer that this will not happen again. I would also like to apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this caused.

truth, they took an additional $9.95 out of my account. I need this to stop, I have a bank statement to prove it. I will be seeking legal advice it this is not corrected. They should not be taking money out of my account without my approval. They also said I did not respond to their call this is also untrue as I did not receive any call from them. I wish they would because I need to talk to them.

I ordered a emergency escape tool which was free but I had to pay 4.95 for shipping , but they included a family protection organision package at 19.95 a month which I did not authorise. So for getting in contact with them has been futile. I did get a representative on the phone but she did not seem to have a clue what she was doing. I have not been able to try again as my phone is not working. Any suggestions website does not have a valid email address,

Hello,We are so sorry for all the confusion with this customer account. The account should have been canceled when the customer requested it on December 8th, 2014 and charges would have ended at that point. The situation has now been resolved by one of our customer support...

The membership has been canceled and the charge has been refunded for the January 8th, 2014 charge on January 12th, 2014. We do honor a no questions asked, no hassle cancellation of any membership and will work harder to ensure that every customers cancellation request is responded to promptly.

After reviewing the customer's account, we can see that there was a monthly membership present. That membership was canceled on 5/3/16 and the customer received a refund of $59.85. As of today I have refunded the remaining 15 months of the customers membership. The total refund amount the customer will receive is $359.10. I have been trying to Survival life has not responded to several emails and phone messages. This due to what looks like an unauthorized online purchase that put my checking account in to an overdraft status. A CSR for Survival Life finally contacted me.

As it turns out I had been subscribed for a monthly charge for whatever they were offering for every month. No email or snailmail was ever sent to me verifying my subscription or notifying me of my monthly item.

If Survival Life does what I was told would happen (if the refund promised is credited with in the 3 to 5 business days as promised) My recommendation for the Revdex.com to considered this issue has been resolved if the refund promised is credited with in the promised time frame. I'll keep the Revdex.com informed of the outcome.

In reference to the above complaint against Survival Life, the $39.95 refund has posted to my account as of 12/26/14.  I appreciate all the effort you have put forth to help me get this problem resolved.  All my efforts to do so were fruitless, until I requested your help.  Evidently you pull a lot more weight with this company than their customers do.  While I will no longer will do business with this company, I am grateful that it has finally been resolved.  And, it has taught me to be more careful about checking with the Revdex.com, and on-line complaints about a company before I do business with anyone in the future.  Lesson well learned.
