These people are maddening scam artists. I joined with an offer of a free knife for my $47 membership - although they indicated that one could cancel membership within the first 90 days and even keep the knife, it turned out to be a vastly different story.

When I discovered how useless and uninformative they were, I telephoned them and indicated that I wished to cancel my membership and get a refund. They said they would process the refund which would show in 2-5 business days, but they further said in that they had not shipped the knife, they were going to cancel the shipment. I pointed out that they promised that one could keep the knife even if cancelling. No affect.

A week and a half later when no refund was forthcoming, I telephone them again. After spending over 20 minutes on the telephone with them, I was finally told that they would credit my PayPal account again within 2-5 business days. It did not happen.

Then, amazingly, the cheap, Chinese knife arrived so I figured that I could write off a couple of bucks against my loss.

A few days later, they telephoned me and after being told that I had to remain a member prior to cancelling rather than being able to cancel in the first 90 days as they promised, they came up with a compromise. They would charge me $29 for the knife (that I was supposedly able to keep upon cancellation) and credit the balance of $18 to my account. That has not happened.

Also, about 3 weeks ago I ordered some of their "free" items (just pay shipping) and have still yet to get them although my PayPal account was charged three times 3 weeks ago.

These maddening, dishonest derelicts should be shut down!

On a recent email Surivial Life offered for sale a girandoni air rifle, I ordered one and the product received was a chinese made brand rifle. The company was prompt (4 days) in issuing a return label but the local UPS store will not accept the rifle for shipment and I have to drive 30 miles to return the rifle. BEWARE

After reviewing the customer's account, we can see that the customer ordered 4 items from us. Each of these items were refunded on the following dates: 9/13/16, 9/13/16, 5/30/16, and 9/13/16. We were able to verify the company that was charging them based on the bank screenshots that the customer sent us. I had ordered some matches that are supposed to never end. One that I had received in the mail was broken so immediately I emailed them to inform them of this and sent a picture. They had emailed me back in the matter of 5 minutes which was greatly appreciated but unexpected and I was very happy with that. I had received not only 1 but 4 more of the matches even though only one was broken with no charge. I had found a 19.95$ charge to my account from them which I was worried about. I had emailed them again and they had informed me that it was for the membership. I had no idea about any membership charges so I requested a cancel of the membership and a refund of te money. They emailed me back right away informing me that they were refunding me the money and canceling my membership. I am greatly satisfied with their service and quick response times. Without hesitation they refunded me and it's greatly appreciated. Such a good company. Order from here.

This company is a scam. They advertisedon't 100% free multitool and 100%free folding knife which I was charged $4.95 shipping and handling for the multitool and $9.95 shipping and handling for the folding knife. Furthermore their purchase page states to allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery; however, after 7 business of not receiving either item I called Survival Life to see why I have not received either item. John, the guy who I was speaking with, told me it will actually take between 15 and 21 days to receive the items eventhough I live maybe 5 miles from their buisness location. Neither item was free and their statement on delivery time line is false.

Unfortunately as we do ship hundreds and thousands of products each day, sometimes there are errors, and even errors with the post office, or unseen errors that can be as small as typo's in shipping addresses. Ordered a product long ago and never received it. They don't respond on Facebook or email and won't answer the phone. PLEASE don't do business with this "company" unless you're just trying to give your money away for absolutely nothing!

On February 20,2016 I ordered a Solar Powered Battery Charger from Survivallife.com. for $39.95. When I received an email acknowledgement of my purchase, they had added something called an Solar Briefcase which I did not authorize nor request. This cost $495.00. The next day that the company was open, I called to void the order. I was assured that this would not be a problem and that the order had been cancelled as of February 21, 2016,
On Monday, February 22 I received an email stating that the order had been shipped via FedEx. Naturally I immediately contacted the company ([redacted]) and was told I would have to refuse the order when it arrived. It was scheduled to be delivered by FedEx on February 25. Upon checking the tracking number I was provided I now discovered that the item was now scheduled to be delivered on Monday, March 1st. I immediately called FedEx and was able to get the package refused.
Meanwhile, I have contacted the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office Department of Consumer Affairs and am pursuing any remedies they may suggest
I have also been forced to cancel my debit card an obtain a new card. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I feel that this company is a complete scam.

After reviewing the customer's account, we can see that there was a membership on the customers account under the email that the customer gave. However, our records show that only one payment of $19.95 was sucessfully processed for the membership and the other five were declined. I did refund the $19.95 charge that the customer received for the membership and I canceled the membership that was located on that customers account. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process fully back to the customer’s account. If the customer purchased using a different email address then that could be why I was unable to locate the other 5 charges sucessfully processed charges and if that is the case as soon as I have the other email address the customer used I will gladly refund those as well.
