I will never ever buy anything from this company!!! They are a scam taking people's money and not giving them the product that we ordered and paid forThere was different charges on my card one was for $another charge of $and a $9.9@ charge which I didn't authorize the first chargesMy husband called the companys customer service number and spoke to a repThe lady asked my husband if he wanted to cancel the order that we ordered on December 28,Of course he said yes, but she was going to only refund my account back the $and the $but not the $because she called it a standing charge just for me going on their websiteMy hubby told the lady no you need to refund it all there is no reason to charge someone to go on your website
SURVIVAL LIFE IS A FREAKING JOKE AND THEY ARE A BUNCH IF CROOKS!! I think they should be sued for what they do to innocent people that think they are buying from an online store

Also, this company should be monitored for the hidden button that must automatically sign people up for a membership. I am happy for your intervention Revdex.com. Hello, We do apologize that there was a miscommunication regarding this customer’s membership.  Unfortunately, we are unable to refund a change that...

occurred in 2014, and we do not have a record of the charge.  We sincerely apologize, however we have never had a lifetime membership to any of the subscriptions that we offer. I did notice that the customer did purchase an eBook and I have added the link below so that the customer can access that.  Our subscriptions are normally $19.95 per month or $97.oo per year. However, we are unable to locate the charge from 2014.  Unfortunately, since there is not an active subscription now on file, I am unable to reset the password as the customer had close to a year and a half of free access to the product. We sincerely apologize that there was a miscommunication regarding the subscription, however the charge is from 2014 and we are not able to refund or give further access at this time.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  Thank you.

We do apologize that the customer was not satisfied with our initial response.  Unfortunately we are only able to refund the charges that we have charged for the products.   After reviewing the customer’s account we can see that the customer’s initial purchase was made on 08/25/2015.  Through our secure system we are unable to charge for an item unless the customer inputs their credit card information along with the CVV code which is located on the back of the card.  We then refunded the charge on 08/26/2015 as soon as the customer stated that he did not want the product.We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which is why we refunded the purchase upon the customer’s request.  We apologize for the confusion regarding this issue, however we are not able to refund charges that the bank charges to the customers, as we are only able to refund the charges that we process.  We apologizefor the inconvenience.  Thank you.

After reviewing the customer's account, we can see that there were two purchases made for $4.95 and $9.95. These items were for our Hybeam flashlight and for our Hoffman Richter folding knife. The Hoffman Richter purchase did include a trial membership as stated in the advertisment. The $19.95 that you were being charged for was for the membership. I have canceled the membership and I have refunded all four charges back to the customers account. The total refund that the customer will receive is $79.80  Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process fully back to the customer’s account. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused the customer.  Thank you and have a great day!

First and foremost we regret that we were not able to appease the customer on his initial interaction with the company. The customer's refund should have processed completely on our end on 9/18/2015.At this point we recommend that the customer contact his financial institution for which he made his initial purchase. We apologize for the confusion regarding this refund. The other two payments were located in a separate program. Both programs should have been searched when looking up the customers account. The last two payments of $9.95 from July and August have now been refunded. This will take 5 to 7 business days to hit the account. Again, we are so sorry that is has taken so long to get the customer their full refund. We do support a no hassle cancellation and refund policy and will strive to make this process easier in the future.
