* To Whom It May Concern: T-Mobile USA, Inc(“T-Mobile”) is in receipt of your correspondence dated September 29, 2017, regarding the above-referenced account. Please be advised that T-Mobile records indicate the account holder of record is *** *** and that he has designated *** *** as an authorized user of the account. Please be advised that we have made several attempts to contact Ms***, which have proven unsuccessful. As such, T-Mobile will make every effort to address her concerns within this letter. T-Mobile regrets any concerns Ms*** may have experienced in regards to mobile numbers and unwanted calls. When activating a new line of service with T-Mobile, customers are assigned a mobile number from the limited pool of numbers available to T-Mobile for use. It is important to note that as there is a vast multitude of numbers available to customers, numbers are randomly assigned to customers during the activations process. If a customer who is assigned a mobile number chooses to cancel service, the mobile number is released after a certain period of time so that it may be reused and assigned to another customer. With respect to customers’ privacy and usage of an assigned phone number, it is important to note that T-Mobile is unable to monitor or determine how a customer uses any mobile number in any way, whether it be for business, personal, or any other kind of use T-Mobile records indicate that on October 29, 2017, a mobile number ending in *** was activated. On August 28, 2017, Ms*** contacted T-Mobile to request to change the mobile number ending in *** and to report that the user of the mobile number was receiving unwanted messages regarding adult content. Upon being made aware of the circumstances reported by Ms***, and in an effort to amicably resolve her concerns, T-Mobile changed the mobile number ending in *** to a mobile number ending in *** pursuant to Ms***’s request, and waived any number change processing fees as a courtesy. On that same date, Ms*** contacted T-Mobile to express concerns with the unwanted messages and communications that were received by the user of the mobile number in question, at which point T-Mobile offered a one-time credit of $as a courtesy, which Ms*** accepted. As Ms*** accepted compensation to satisfy any outstanding concerns with this matter at that time, it is T-Mobile’s position that the matter is resolved On August 29, 2017, Ms*** contacted T-Mobile once again to express concerns with the mobile number that was originally assigned, and to request that T-Mobile send five free handsets of the highest value to satisfy her concerns, which T-Mobile respectfully declined. As Ms*** had already previously accepted compensation to amicably resolve this matter, it is T-Mobile’s position that no additional compensation is warranted Nevertheless, upon speaking to Ms*** on September 8, 2017, T-Mobile offered to apply a one-time credit in the amount of $in an effort to resolve any and all outstanding concerns in this matter. At that time, Ms*** reported that the mobile number ending in *** that was most recently assigned pursuant to her request was receiving phone calls for the subscriber that used that mobile number previously. As an additional courtesy, T-Mobile offered to complete one additional mobile number change free of charge as a courtesy; however, T-Mobile also advised Ms*** that we are unable to guarantee that there would be no possibility of unwanted calls to any number issued during a mobile number changed On September 28, 2017, Ms*** contacted T-Mobile to accept the one-time credit of $that was previously offered, and T-Mobile applied the one-time credit of $pursuant to Ms***’s request. At that time, Ms*** requested that T-Mobile provide her a mobile number change that would not receive an excessive amount of phone calls. In an effort to address Ms***’s concerns with unwanted calls, T-Mobile offered our Family Allowances feature, which allows customers the option to restrict or limit incoming and outgoing calls amongst other functions at the low monthly cost of $per month in addition to the option to complete a one-time mobile number change free of charge. On September 29, 2017, Ms*** contacted T-Mobile to express that she did not wish to add the optional Family Allowances feature Upon review of the account, T-Mobile found that an alternative option is for Ms*** to enroll in our latest Netflix on Us offer, which includes the Family Allowances feature, and at no additional charge to her current rate plan. If Ms*** is interested in this feature, she may contact myself or contact Customer Care at *** for more information on enrolling in this optional featureT-Mobile regrets any inconvenience to Ms*** Based on the foregoing, we respectfully request that this complaint against T-Mobile be closed Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me at *** *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:I have tried to respond times with documents attached and it fails to go through I am responding without documents and would appreciate information on how to provide them. T-Mobile should acknowledge that the final bill and only bill I received from them was for the amount of $not as they stated above (document attached) The T-Mobile final bill was due 1/3/and I paid it in full on 1/16/confirmation number *** (proof of payment attached)The Amsher bill was also for the amount of $ and I notified them that I made the payment to T-Mobile (document attached)I attempted to get a final bill from T-Mobile earlier than when it was received in the mail (mid December) but they said I had to wait because they do not pro-rate bills Although my phone numbers had been ported out I still had to pay for service for several more weeks because of their policy There was an urgency on my part to get the final bill as soon as possible because the new carrier *** pays my termination and equipment fees but I had to provide them the final bill to get the fees paid T-Mobile delays to invoice and then refusal to pro-rate is what made the payment delayed There is no reason for this to have even went to collections as I paid within days of the due date instead of waiting for the funds from *** I ended up paying out of my own pocket I feel turning me into the credit agencies was a retaliation for me changing service providers it certainly was not due to a delinquent account and I notified and called Amsher on occasions in an attempt to resolve their confusionI also placed calls to T-Mobile but they said they could not help me because they could no longer see my account. I would like this action to stay open until my credit is restored at all bureaus as I have been unable to resolve on my own with the companies.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:We switched from *** to T-Mobile service only because we were promised free international texts, roaming, data and wifi calling, after our first visit to Sint Maarten we were shocked that we are getting charged, we went back to the store about days after we have purchased the service and traded and apparently n our phones we wanted to get our phone back and discontinue the service. The manager convinced us that their was a mistake on our account and all we have to do is to pay additional $per month in order to get the service that was promised us (free roaming, texts, data, wifi calling).we go ahead and did that and for our surprise we were still getting charged for all of the above, we went and call T-mobile customer service and they did intact initiated credit to our account and tried to resolve the matter.every time that we went down to Sint Maarten we were still getting charged and every time that we call customer service we were given different information, including that wifi calling is not free and roaming is not free and apparently we were scammed to purchase a service which is not exist, the fact that we received credit is just making our case stronger T-mobile did infect acknowledge that they were wrong and thats the only reason that they have credited our account, I don't believe that they initiated a credit of over $because we are nice people blonde with blue eyes. I am very upset that T-mobile were seeing us a service that did not exist and trying to make us pay and take the blame for that.for there record T-mobile did infect contact us and the one time that they left a voice mail we have returned the call and spoke with a representative thats was about a month ago.Ever since no attempts to contact us at all.

T-Mobile offers customers subscribed to eligible Simple Choice and New Classic rate plans the largest global data coverage area included at no extra chargeThis global freedom was automatically added to qualifying Simple Choice plans and is available in over countries and destinations (see www.t-mobile.com/international for participating countries)Please note, there is no need to for customers to add a separate feature or service to the account before they travel if they are subscribed to a qualifying rate plan
With T-Mobile's Simple Global offering, customers have unlimited web at standard speeds of approximately 128KbpsThese speeds are great for web browsing, email, social networking and occasional use of certain features like GPS and mapsHowever, should a customer feel these speeds are not sufficient; higher-speed data passes are available for purchase when travelling abroadAdditionally, voice calls back to the U.Sand to Simple Global countries are a flat rate of $per minute, while unlimited text messaging is included at no cost
It is important to note that users traveling to a country outside of Simple Global coverage will incur text charges at $per message sent or received and data roaming charges at our standard World Class rates of $15/MB (plus taxes & fees)Voice charges vary by country, and as such, T-Mobile recommends that customers visit www.t-mobile.com/international before they travel to see specific country rates
Please be advised that Simple Global is provisioned on Ms***’s above-referenced accountThis feature provides discounted rates while abroad, and is not treated as an international calling feature for customers while domestically stationed
It is important to note that customers who are subscribed to an eligible rate plan and who plan to make international long distance calls from the United States may choose to add an optional international feature to their account in an effort to reduce the rates chargedThe Stateside International with Mobile feature, available at a cost of $per month provides all the benefits of the Stateside International feature plus provides unlimited mobile number calling in an additional countries as well as a 1,minute bucket for calling mobile numbers in MexicoWith both of these features, calls made using a connection are charged the same discounted rates depending on the feature the customer is subscribed to

T-Mobile records reflect that on March 5, 2017, Mr*** contacted Customer Care regarding the international long distance tolls assessed on his account and requested that they be adjusted in fullAs a courtesy to Mr***, Customer Care offered a one-time $creditOur records reflect that Mr*** accepted this credit
In an effort to amicably resolve Mr***’s concerns, and in the Un-carrier spirit, on March 13, 2017, T-Mobile applied a one-time $courtesy credit on his accountPlease note that this credit, coupled with the previously accepted $credit represents the total amount assessed in international long distance tolls on Mr***’s mobile number ending *** included on the January billing statementBased on Mr***’s letter to your office, and review of calling patterns, T-Mobile suggests that he add the optional Stateside International with Mobile feature

(“T-Mobile”) is in receipt of your correspondence dated February 9, 2018, regarding the above-referenced account. T-Mobile regrets any concerns Mr*** experienced regarding the promotion offered for his most recent upgrade. T-Mobile records reflect that on December 18, 2017, Mr*** qualified for our JUMP! On Demand (“JOD”) offering with the lease of an Apple iPhone Plus 64GB handset with a full retail cost of $799.99. Mr*** was not required to remit a capital cost reduction payment, however he agreed to18-monthly lease payments of $plus tax and a purchase option price of $205.99. It is important to note that T-Mobile records indicate that T-Mobile did not have a buy one get one free promotion during the time frame Mr*** leased his handset. However, from December 21, 2017, through December 24, 2017, T-Mobile offered the December Apple iPhone BOGO promotion where new and existing postpaid customers who bought an iPhone 7, Plus, 8, or Plus on EIP could get another iPhone 7, Plus, 8, or Plus on us (of equal or lesser value up to $via rebate) when they purchased both on EIP and activated at least one new line on a qualifying T-Mobile ONE rate plan. Regretfully, T-Mobile records confirm that Mr*** did not complete purchases within the time frame provided for the promotion, additionally, Mr*** did not activate a new line of service, as such, it is T-Mobile’s position that Mr*** did not meet the requirements for the December Apple iPhone BOGO promotion. In an effort to amicably resolve Mr***’s concerns on Febraury 4, 2018, T-Mobile placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy Note handset to honor a BOGO promotion for Mr***. Regretfully, our records confirm that the wrong handset was sent out as Mr*** did not want the Samsung Galaxy Note handset. On February 12, 2018, Mr*** qualified for our Equipment Installment Plan offering with the purchase of an Apple iPhone Plus 256GB handset with a full retail cost of $949.99. The down payment of $was applied to Mr*** next billing statement as a one-time exception. Mr*** then agreed to 24-monthly installments of $30.00. Upon communicating with Mr*** via email on February 13, 2018, T-Mobile offered to waive the remaining balance of $for the Apple iPhone Plus 256GB handset. Furthermore T-Mobile offered to waive Mr***’s current balance of $125.00. Please note that Mr*** accepted out offer and his account currently reflects a zero balance. T-Mobile regrets any inconvenience to Mr*** and we appreciate his business.
