Our 3rd party distributor has been in communication with the resident about the on going delivery challenges that have occurred in this particular area They will continue to work with the distributor and carrier to ensure that the delivery issues on resolved
We have confirmed with our 3rd party distributors that the deliveries have been stoppedthey are providing a follow up for the next weeks and have placed a GEO-fencing around the residents to ensure that a manager will be notified should the carrier attempt to deliver a paper.I have been unsuccessful in contacting the customer, but have left my phone number for a return call

We have placed the resident on our Do Not Deliver list and have received confirmation from our 3rd party distributor that they have placed a GEO-fence on the address which will alert the management should the contractor enter the areaWe also took the additional step of stopping the immediate block range for [redacted] closest to this address In addition, the resident has confirmed that the deliveries have improvedAnd that he had not received the product We encourage people to opt-out of our Local Community Values if they don’t wish to receive itHowever, we do not allow others – especially people unknown to our readers – to make those decisions for themTherefore, we do not ever stop entire zip codes or communities without consent from all affected consumers

The U-T throws their unsolicited, plastic-wrapped bundle of advertising at almost every house in our neighborhood every SaturdayLast year I called them to contact them to stop them delivering to my houseThe deliveries kept comingOften the bundles are thrown under cars, on the driveway or simply in the road (which is illegal dumping)This has always been a blight on our neighborhood, with many papers piling up on driveways and sidewalks, unwanted they pile up and become a soggy mess when it rainsSince this trash has never been ordered it cannot be cancelled or stopped in any way and pile up when people go on vacation, announcing that nobody is homeAfter having received no joy contacting the UT directly I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on 8/22/I received a call back from a representative from the UT and the deliveries stoppedHowever they have now restarted - I received another bundle of trash dumped on my driveway Thanksgiving week along with the rest of my neighborhood.Stop dumping Local Values, Sunday Best and any and all unsolicited trash on my doorstep, driveway, front yard, etc

Our records indicated that we have sent gift cards on several occasions. The first being 5/10/15 and another on 7/21/15. After speaking with our customer she indicates she has not received any of the Ralph gift cards that have been sent to her. In our efforts to provide the best service to our... customers we have decided to send another one by Register Mail. The customer will contact me once this card is received.
We have processed a refund to the customer and have had our 3rd party vendor contact customer as wellCustomer is satisfied with action taken
