We spoke with Mr. [redacted] about the credit that was applied to his subscription on 1/30/17. which provided him service extension from 1/19/17 to 2/16/17 for a total of 28 days. Mr. [redacted] does not agree with our billing statements. He has been informed that our billing statements are in exact uniform with all of the Tronc/Tribune properties and that they are being reviewed. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to review and respond.

Our 3rd party distributor has been in contact with the customer about the delivery challenges. The customer has his direct phone number and will communicate with him directly should there be any more delivery issues going forward. We have been informed that the delivery challenges occurred due to a distribution center relocation.

We have contacted our 3rd party distributor to ensure that the deliveries to this address have stopped. In addition they have placed a GEO-Fence around the address to alert the management team if the carrier attempts to delivery. I have left a message for the resident to contact me to...

Our 3rd party Distributors have confirmed that they have placed a GEO-Fence around the residents home and in addition will have the residents checked for follow up for the next several weeks. We have also confirmed with the resident that she did not receive any product this past weekend.

The distributor in the area has confirmed that the delivery has been stopped. In addition they have confirmed with the resident as well that no paper was delivered.

We have confirmed with our 3rd party distributor that the deliveries will be stopped. In addition they will add a GEO -Fence around the residents that will alert the management should the carrier enter the area. The distributor has committed to 4 weeks follow up along with photo confirmation.

We apologize that another advertising product was delivered. We have confirmed with our 3rd party distributor that this address is on our do not deliver list. The distributor will follow up on the address for the next 4 weeks to ensure no more deliveries. Thank you,
We have escalated this issue to our 3rd party Distributor. After researching they found that there was a substitute on the route who had made the mistake of delivering the product. They have confirmed that the street and the residents address in on the Do Not Deliver list. And they will have a...

The resident and the Union Tribune has come to an agreement to resume delivery of the news paper. Customer will communicate with the Union Tribune to maintain delivery standards.
The customers block range has been stopped in our system. I have escalated this issue to our 3rd party distributor to ensure that all deliveries have been stopped. In addition I have reached out to the customer and provided my phone number for call back.
Our system shows that the rate the customer was on was no longer available. We send out automatic notices letting the customer know of the upcoming rate change, however the customer reports she did not receive her notice that was sent on 3/22/16. I have spoken with the customer and have...

The U-T throws their unsolicited, plastic-wrapped bundle of advertising at almost every house in our neighborhood every Saturday. Last year I called them to contact them to stop them delivering to my house. The deliveries kept coming. Often the bundles are thrown under cars, on the driveway or simply in the road (which is illegal dumping). This has always been a blight on our neighborhood, with many papers piling up on driveways and sidewalks, unwanted they pile up and become a soggy mess when it rains. Since this trash has never been ordered it cannot be cancelled or stopped in any way and pile up when people go on vacation, announcing that nobody is home. After having received no joy contacting the UT directly I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on 8/22/2015. I received a call back from a representative from the UT and the deliveries stopped. However they have now restarted - I received another bundle of trash dumped on my driveway Thanksgiving week along with the rest of my neighborhood.Stop dumping Local Values, Sunday Best and any and all unsolicited trash on my doorstep, driveway, front yard, etc.
