I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. Details provided in the resolution are not completely accurate.  Company sent me an email on 3/23/2015 at 3:39 AM that reflected exact rate their customer service representative said my March contact he had modified. Believe me, I would NOT agree to a rate that was a 1000% increase over what I paid in 2014 and 2015. Subsequently, all billing notices went away - corresponding precisely with the March customer service rep's identified rate.Regardless, the UT service rep Donna called today 8/31/2016. She explained about the change in ownership, change in personnel, and change in computer system which provides virtually no continuity for long time customers. I accepted her very reasonable explanations, she offered an apology and to clear their perceived balance due, I'm not seeking reimbursement for the $4.54 UT should owe to me after not fulfilling terms I understood were offered, and we are going to amicably part ways.I have UT [redacted] direct line and backup in the event UT charges my credit card again. She is a superb customer service person!  I truly appreciate Revdex.com in helping me find a person at UT who actually could explain the chaos of their call center.I will consider this complaint resolved. Best Regards,

I did receive another paper on Sunday February 5th 2017 so lets see how this goes.  If the deliveries stop as they say they will I have no problem.  If the deliveries continue, then I will have to file more complaints and then if they still continue I will have to figure out what my next actions will be.   I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me so long as the deliveries stop.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

It appears the account was started with a vendor sale. We have stopped the deliveries and any charges coming from the customers card.  We have initiated a refund for the 2 charges that were deducted from the customers credit card.   We have been unsuccessful in reaching the...

We have confirmed with our 3rd party distributor and the resident that the deliveries have now stopped. In addition we have placed a stop on the [redacted] block of [redacted] to ensure that the issue is resolved.

Our 3rd party distributor has been in communication with the resident about the on going delivery challenges that have occurred in this particular area.  They will continue to work with the distributor and carrier to ensure that the delivery issues on resolved.

Our records indicated that we have sent gift cards on several occasions. The first being 5/10/15 and another on 7/21/15. After speaking with our customer she indicates she has not received any of the Ralph gift cards that have been sent to her. In our efforts to provide the best service to our...

We have reached out to the 3rd party distributor that delivers the Local Community Values.  A breach of contract has been made with the carrier on that route.  They will be training a new carrier to perform the duties.  They have placed a GEO- Fence to alert the managers when the...

carrier arrives to the area so they can confirm that there are no deliveries made.We do apologize for the ongoing frustration and we will make every effort to continue to work with the distributor.

We confirmed that this address is on our internal Do Not Deliver List and the consumer's request was escalated to our distribution partner. We requested that they provide additional oversight to ensure no delivery. Their response to us is copied below:
– after reviewing the street it appears that we only deliver to 13 addresses on Ibsen. We will monitor that street to ensure deliver and placement is 100%. We will also be diligent that [redacted] does not receive any product at all. The GEO fence will also be added to alert us when any of the contractors are nearby.
We will continue to communicate with the distributor on this complaint and if necessary request that they extend their oversight on deliveries to this street.
