This has been escalated to our 3rd party distributor. They have confirmed that a GEO-Fence will be placed around the residents address which will alert the management team. In addition we have made contact with the resident to relay the action that will be taken. He has my direct

We have confirmed with our customer and our distributor that the daily deliveries have stoppedThe customer now only receives her Sunday delivery

The delivery issue has been escalated to our 3rd party distributor. They will take direct action with the contractor and follow up for the next weeks with photo confirmation. Thank you

We have confirmed with our 3rd party distributor that the deliveries have stopped at this addressIn addition the distributor has placed a GEO-fence at this location which will alert the management team should the carrier enter the area

The UT has stopped delivering their free newspaper so I consider my complaint resolved

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that I will give it some time to see if it has indeed been resolvedHowever, I have heard this before - that a GEO fence is being applied to my house to ensure no delivery - so apparently this solution has not worked well since a paper was delivered at least times since it was applied.I will wait for the business to perform this action once again and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
