identified that due to a system conversion on August 22, 2016, some ‘tags’ (used to identify No Delivery in our database) did not transfer to our new system.  This has now been corrected and your address has been placed on the ‘Do Not Deliver’ list.  Also, the local distribution office has been notified to cease delivery of any products to your household. We have processed a refund to the customer and have had our 3rd party vendor contact customer as well. Customer is satisfied with action taken.

We have confirmed with our distributor that the issue is being addressed and further action is being taken to ensure that the resident does not receive any other deliveries.  We spoke with the resident and he has confirmed as well that there were not deliveries this past weekend.

While I have direct contact with the delivery contractor, at least 2 weeks of steady and consistent service is needed to consider this matter closed because that's at least as long as the problem manifested.  The clock reset when the LA Times was delivered 10/24/16 rather than the San Diego Union.Further, because I am paying the Union Tribune for this poor service, they are ultimately responsible and need to make amends.  It isn't enough to say "your problem -- contact the delivery service".  I am unable to consider this matter closed.  A show of good faith would convert my subscription to the "new customer" service for the remainder of my subscription.

We have made contact with the distributor who has corrected the delivery issue.  In addition the customer has the direct contact for the distributor should there be any other delivery issues

To close out my prior complaint from earlier this year, SD Union Tribune offered to credit my account for a month. This has still not taken place. I have received bills on my credit card from them every month as usual, including the latest that I received today, 3 March 2017. As I stated in my prior complaint, among other issues, is that they are adverse to providing credits when due. I expect a month's credit on my CREDIT CARD, not more hand waving and empty promises for future adjustments, in accordance with their offer to close out my prior complaiant.Refund to my CREDIT CARD for one month of subscription.
