Well, I ordered a printer and ink cartridges. I ordered the printer first. I got the ink cartridges but not the printer. They asked me to review the ink cartridges online. Since they haven't shipped the printer their request is stupid at best.

Very impressed with this company. My deliveries arrive on time if not earlier.

Love Love Love that there is no shipping. Some times I would think about ordering a $5 or $6 item but the shipping was $4.00 so I wouldn't. The items are good quality.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  We have ordered from this company several times before and the items were ok.  This has left a bad experience and we will not order again.  They need live Customer Service or at least able to speak to somone when you call.  Not reach voicemail all day.  This is not good service.

Tanga customer service is outstanding! When there was a problem with a product I had ordered from them, I contacted them and they responded immediately! And they resolved the issue with courtesy and efficiency. Definitely a company I will buy from again!
