I have ordered from tanga several times now.. delivery is prompt and mostly free!! I did have one order that was sent wrong and they promptly refunded my money, the customer service is outstanding and I will continue to order from tanga... am very pleased with this company and the products that they offer

The headphones were refunded on November 22.  The refund receipt is attached.

I placed an order with Tanga for a computer and got an email confirmation. Hours later I got an email saying that my order was cancelled. No explanation was given. The instructions for contacting customer service were to send them a text before 4:00 PM. The email they sent was conveniently sent at 4:22 so I would have to wait till the next day to contact. They responded to my text after several hours and said that the transaction was flagged as fraudulent. I re-placed the order, same thing happened. Tanga said check my billing address. I checked with my bank again and noticed a slight variation in the way the unit # of my address is listed with my bank. No other online retailer has ever had a problem processing my orders because of this, but I assumed it must be the problem. I corrected the problem and placed the order for the 3rd time. This time, my card was once again charged immediately, but I received no confirmation of the order. Went into my account on the Tanga site- nothing in my order history. Sent text- no response. Got their phone # from Revdex.com, no live person. I emailed them this question : "My card was charged at 11:01 am. I have not received an order confirmation, and you guys sent me an email at 11:21 am saying I still have items in my cart.... Was the order processed?". Their response was "I don't have any processing orders for you." They didn?t say anything about why they charged me for an order that wasn?t processed, or offer to refund my money. I demanded a refund, and they did not respond. I had to call my bank and dispute the charges to get my money back.

This is the worst customer service I?ve ever dealt with. There?s no excuse for not having an actual person to talk to or being able to respond to an email. Other Tanga shoppers have told me that they cancel orders because they don?t actually have the items that they advertise. Which means they are charging for items they never intended to ship.

I've never heard of Tanga before, so I was a little skeptical. I ordered 2 items from them at a ridiculously cheap price. I received my items in perfect condition in a short amount of time and they are great! I ordered from them again immediately afterwards. I've NEVER seen an online store that found these prices on a variety of items before.

Hi there - I'm very sorry about this.  I have attached a prepaid return label for you.  I've also returned your email with the same label.  Once we get the item back, we will gladly refund.

I can't believe that businesses run this poorly can actually make it.

In the beginning of November 2013 I ordered two packages from Tanga. They sent half of my order on time, but I never heard anything about the second half of the order. I emailed them wondering where my package was, and after many days of no response I got an automated email that they were moving warehouses and were a little behind. I understood and waited patiently.

Weeks after it was supposed to be shipped I contacted them again asking for an update. No response. I sent another email explaining that I would like to cancel the last half of that order and get a refund since it's taking too long. They didn't respond for several days again, then I finally got another automated email saying they won't give me a refund and I will have to just wait until the product shows up.

I called their customer service, but no one picked up so I left a message explaining the situation. Many days later I got a call from a nice girl telling me that it's their partner warehouse's fault for being backed up, they won't give me a refund even though the product is still sitting on their shelves, and I would just have to wait patiently for it to show up.

Another week went by and I got an automated email saying that they have issued a refund to my card since the order has taken so long. Thank goodness! I am so exhausted from dealing with this company.

It has been several days and there still is no deposit made to my card from Tanga. I've sent one last email in a meager attempt to get my $30 back, but odds are I'll have to dispute it with the credit card company.

*Do not bother with Tanga.com. They apparently have 15 employees, but almost none of them do their jobs. Please support another business that genuinely cares about its customers.*

I have been shopping with Tanga for quite a while now. Their products, prices and service are excellent.

I made my first purchase with Tanga. I must admit when I saw it was only 15 employees, I thought it would take weeks before getting my product. It took 2 days!! I also wondered about the quality of the sheets I ordered since they were at an incredibly low price for queen size sheets, no wrinkle and embossed Dobby stripe. They are beautiful, quality is great and price was fantastic. Tanga is the little company that CAN!! I will never hesitate to order from them in the future and I'm excited to make another great buy

Review: Hi, my name is [redacted]. On 02/04/2016 I attempted to order a Mac Pro computer from tanga .com. I am a college student and my mom sent me the funds and my aunt told me about the site. I processed my order and my card was rejected . The reason stated was that my card could not be charged. So after that happened I checked my account and the 562.99 was charged to tanga.com. Now I have no order or confirmation. I have tried to call the company , only to be told they are a small company of 36 and they will respond within 48 hours. My mom has left messages and also emails . With no response in the last thirty hours. We are very upset and not sure if this is an error or if it is fraud.

I am getting even more nervous because the number on Revdex.com for tanga is no longer in service. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. When you talk to the company please let them know

That this is about to get media attention. my mother is livid.

Hi there, I don't see an order for you in our system. Sometimes bank will authorize a pending charge that won't go through. These pending charges usually come off the account within a couple of days. I've sent you an email from within our system to get some further information from you to help you get the funds released by your bank. ThanksKrista

Everything I got from them worked perfectly. They did send one thing that was the wrong size, so I sent them a message for the return. This was super easy on their website and it only took a day to get back with me. They not only refunded me but told me not to worry about sending the item back ($10.99). I thought that was awesome. Will definitely purchase from them again!

Tanga customer support is one of the most helpful I have ever worked with.

I received items that were damaged. I contacted Tanga and they sent me a prepaid shipping label along with the correct forms to include. I forgot to include the forms and sent the package. Customer Support worked tirelessly with me to not only find the package but expedite my refund. They were very helpful and I appreciated it very much.

I have been a customer of Tanga.com for a few years. I have purchased over 30 items from them during this time. I have had 3 occurrences when the item I received was not what I ordered such as wrong size or color. The Tanga.com representatives are always responsive and all of my transactions have been received to my satisfaction or resolved to my satisfaction without unreasonable steps to achieve an exchange or refund. This merchant represents what all online merchants should model after. I rarely write reviews, but I continue to appreciate the service I receive from Tanga.com.

Not only is it wonderful to be able to shop such bargains but customer service goes above & beyond. I am sure that I will be a return customer for years to come.

I have been very happy with the products I have ordered from Tanga, as well as their employees. If I had a problem, it was quickly resolved. It's a wonderful company.

Review: I still have not received a refund for my order which they misrepresented the phone and did not disclose that it was not manufactured refurbished, the phone arrived broken and only able to function in Chinese also it did not come with headphones.
