Review: I ordered E-cigaretteds from tanga.com on October 30,2013. They state delivery would be no longer than ten business days. Ten business days pass and I send several emails. I get no response. One email is for a full refund of $103.84.Desired Settlement: Full refund back to my credit card

Review: I made a purchase from this site on 01212016. The charged my card immediately, before shipment. After receiving the item. the size was not as the size chart indicated. Reached out to Tanga for a return label. They do everythng via email. No phone numbers provided. I finally received an RMA. Sent item back. They received the item on 02092016 per their RMA tracking number. On 02152016 I emailed asking about credit ETA. Received email response 02162016 "they just received it" and the refund "shold appear" on my credit card by 02/26/2016. That is 17 DAYS from the date the item was received in their warehouse. He then addvised IF it isn't there to call him and he would PERSONALLY take care of it. Why do I have to call them and why does he think it MAY NOT be there. This company is unprofessional. On their website they say BARE WITH US WE ARE A SMALL COMPANYDesired Settlement: I would like my refund to be applied to my credit card immediately, which is the same manner in which the took the money from my card.

I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Tanga emailed me yesterday saying they refunded my credit card. However, there has been no credit placed on the credit card used to purchase this item.

I had a problem with my order one I received it, and when I contacted customer service they immediately offered a replacement or refund. Awesome!

Love this site and have ordered off it many times in just the past few months of knowing about it. I just wish it was a little easier for returns.

Review: Order placed on 10/23. Website and email confirmation states shipping notification out in around 5-10 days. Some email about them improving their distribution center might require a few days. However, website also indicates many items ship directly from vendors which means distribution center is irrelevant. Biggest complaint is that the charge your credit card UPFRONT (not a credit check/hold as most places do). Here we are 20 days later and not a peep. This is my first order with them. I would most likely not do business with them again as this seems almost like a ponzie scheme....collect a whole bunch of money upfront and deliver much later, if ever.Desired Settlement: I am still waiting for this order and want the merchandise. This is an unacceptable business practice and gives them free use of my cash while I sit waiting for the product. No one should be charging anyone upfront if they do not have the product available. Almost all sellers today charge your card when shipment is ready to go.

Thank you for responding to my complaint. I would NOT like to cancel my order. Although you provided a tracking number, the tracking number is untrackable and does not appear to have been shipped. We are now approaching one month since this order was placed and you charged my credit card and yet the order has not shipped. Perhaps the website should not be taking new orders until you are able to fulfill those you have already taken... A few days after placing my order, I received an email stating that "great things" were happening and you were expanding your warehouse to better serve your customers and that I might notice a couple days delay in processing the order. Well, that was now weeks ago. When I placed my order, I reviewed the shipping terms as I was buying these rings for a special event, and that event is this Friday. Please do what you can to get this order into the mail.

Review: This site is a scam. After making your order it will simply sit in processing for weeks at a time. The site says expect 5-10 business days before shipping, but I'm already at over 20 business days. Sent several messages to their customer support through the site - no response at all whatsoever. Do not buy from this site, not worth the hassle.Desired Settlement: Refund of money

I have always had good service from Tanga. Recently I purchased an item and upon receiving it found that it did not work with my particular phone. I obtained an authorization code and returned the item to Tanga. After alerting them to the return, I received credit for the item.

I have found Tanga to be an excellent site for my computer shopping.

I am surprised that it is not accredited by the Revdex.com.

Review: I ordered a pair of 2ctw simulated diamond sterling silver studs on feb 26 2016 and got a confirmation e mail with the tracking number the item cost 4.99 shipping I tracked it through dhl the items arrived in Secaucus nj on march 1,2016 and gotto Melrose Illinois on march 4 and as of march 7 it is still there and no more tracking info is available.(now I feel as though it was a scam .and would like to report them so no one else gets taken for the money. I would either like a refund or the merchandise.I have contacted them with no response from themDesired Settlement: I feel the company should refund me or send the merchandise.

Received a highly advertised set of thermal under ware. E Ad stated the product was retail at $69. Selling for $7.95. I bought two units. When arrived they were made in China and in the sealed retail package with a sealed factory insert saying the product was MSRP retail listed at $18.00. Clearly false advertising. Skimpy clothing at best.

This form of blatant advertising should be stopped at once.

Review: I submitted the products back to them, but then they separated the refunds and did not issue full refunds. I don't know if they are illegally trying to steal money or making an honest mistake. Either way there is a balance that needs to be refunded please. I contacted the customer service several times and it has already been over 3 days with no official response. The amount is $10.30 is still owed.

Hi there - the entire order has been refunded. There was a refund for $8.99 on 6/27, $32.36 on 7/22, $48.24 on 7/31 and I just refunded the only remaining amount ($0.30) this morning.

Review: Ordered a set of socks and received the wrong socks. Contacted Tanga and told them to reship the order correctly, they wanted me to keep what they sent and pay more for the correct socks. I told them to send the correct items and a shipping receipt so I could return the wrong items. Nothing has happened since that time even though I sent two more emails and they won't return my email or ship the correct item. I am planning to call credit card company and dispute the charge.Desired Settlement: for them to send me the correct items ordered

Incredibly slow delivery and poor customer service. Looks like they are taking orders and then ordering items from China. It has been almost 3 weeks since the order was placed and all they did is sent me a fake tracking # (after I complained).

Complaint was answered with 8 automated e-mails, then 2 days later, they pretended like it's all good and notified me that item has left facility. The problem is status doesn't change for a week (as of now) and I bet it's nowhere near actual shipping.

The do warn that it's going to take 10 business days to ship the item, but 3 weeks? Price makes no sense, unless you can wait a very long time.

I found [redacted] because I was looking to buy a neoprene face mask. They had a decent price for it.

As I was reading the description it stated:

"SHIPPING: $2.99 for the 1st item, $0 for any addition items in the sale"

That means, if I buy anything else its free shipping.

So I started to look around and ended up finding a bunch of other stuff.

With 2 kids getting ready for bed I clicked pay now and shut the computer off.

The next morning I realized they had charged me $14.xx for shipping!

I sent them messages (3 separate occasions) and every time I explained

what I had saw and that I wanted that money refunded.

It seemed like they never read the messages, they would reply:

-looks like its almost to your door along with the shipping info.

-we don't have any coupon codes at this time

-it was delivered today…

NOTHING in my messages said anything about that.

Also… same order… [redacted]4 of the items I bought were CLEARLY mislabeled and misleading… it was called a Childrens learning tablet…

it turned out to be a [redacted], directly from China, the front right corner said for 18m+… on the bottom left corner it stated

not suitable for children under 4. It was in no way shape or form a tablet. it was pretty much a flashlight with a sticker on it.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the shipping charges I was charged, minus the $2.99 that it should have been in the first place.

AND I want a FULL refund on the "learning tablets"

Review: I purchased a wireless keyboard from tanga.com on June 4th for $9.99. Tanga has charged from my credit card. But even after 20 days they haven't shipped out my order. I tried to contact with the customer service. I wrote 4 emails but they only replied one and then never reply again.Desired Settlement: I want tanga to ship out the order as soon as possible.

Customer requested that we send out item. Unfortunately, we no longer have the item in stock.

We can refund the full 9.99 that was paid to either a CC number, or [redacted] email address. As the order is over a year old, we will need that information in order to process the refund.

We can also issue a gift certificate for 15.00$ if they would prefer.

Great products, quick shipping and merchandise received as described.

I have made purchases from Tanga on multiple occasions. In each case they under promise and over deliver with respects to shipping times. The products are a great value and always what I expect. I would recommend them to anyone.

Review: On 11/1/13 , I placed an order on line from this seller. the delivery was from 5 up to 10 business days. On the 11/9/13, I checked on the status of my order and it has not even been processed. I contacted the company via email inquiring "where is my stuff" this is how they have listed. I stated what I had discovered about my order. I was told in a a reply to my email, they were not aware of this situation and they would contact the warehouse but it would be at least 3 or 4 days before they would get back to them. After the time had passed did not hear from the company. On 11/12/13 I contacted the company again requesting a refund and that I no longer interested in the merchandise. I was denied based on "your order has already been exported to the warehouse for fulfillment" To day, 11/13/13, I checked again on the status of my order and nothing has been completed. It cannot be traced because there is nothing to track. I finally filed a complaint with PayPal through their resolution dept because the money to this company was submitted by PayPal. At this point in time I am out of $30.92 and nothing to show for it. Their promise" If you have a problem with your order, we'll do everything we can to make it right" That is a promise not keptDesired Settlement: They had the responsibility to make good on their promise, They had the responsibility to me as a customer to to process and ship my order within the time frame stated. To satisfy me as a buyer of their merchandise to exhibit good business practice and sense, refund my money when requested because they are the ones who dropped the ball. Not only that, it shows they are honest and caring people. "The customer is always right"
