My Experience with Tanga's Customer Support Team on July 27, 28, & 29th, I feel is worthy of this review.

My wanting to acknowledge and then following thru on writing about this new, good....dare I say great, on line shopping, small businesse, that's left me, pleasantly surprised & content with the process, ultimate resolution, & my overall experience of dealing with Tanga's friendly Customer Care Rep's on my need of help with, problem products and possibly returns.

That fact that it all went so well, its just so refreshing to have this experience again.

Im happy to have found an online company that responds to an issue about a return, exchange, a product problem or question, just as quickly as they've responded to a new purchase order or a positive....something.

Over the years it's become such a hassle to make returns. Especially when it's a purchases on line. With things bought without touching, clothes not tried on before being bought, not seen in real life, etc, these things make on line shopping returns all the more common, it can also make for a long, frustrating day in customer relations departments.

These Customer Care people were different though, these Tanga's employees that I'd emailed & texted, more that once, discussing 2 different order #'s & 5-6 different issues. Each email & text I sent was acknowledged by a Cust. Care person as to being received and I was either given a resolution right away or I was told that the problem needs to be looked into further before determining a resolution for it. Surprisingly, each of my issues were resolved by the end of the SAME day. As I'd get the emails or texts I had to smile when I found, more than once, these little, humorous, cute, comments, included. It made me feel less stressed throughput the day, not as worried as I normally get when I'm told a problem can be resolved at that time and they company will get back to me, they usually don't, and more often than not I feel like I'm the problem, for having a problem and I'm apologizing for not being happy. A problem can take many, many calls, emails, escalated to managers, writing notes, names of whom I've dealt with, and on & on.

Just realizing I have a problem & will have to return something, uggg.

Tanga CC team, ????, the "complaint /resolution process" requires, work. A good CC Rep. Is rare these days, its the department that has to talk, type, do the right things nessassary to, KEEP a customer, & keep them happy.

The Tanga Customer Support Guys I worked with on July 27 & 28th they're keepers.

I love Tanga! Everything I've gotten has been exactly ask described, and at a great price. I've ordered several times since I found the site.

How can it be a 'misunderstanding' ? Its not...

that we talked and I did not understand what they were saying or what I was saying ?? 
I also sent them screenshots of the emails that I had received from Tanga about the promotions, and also of the price of the items ?
Instead of accepting what they did and honoring the price with FREE shipping, they are just going back and forth with this.

Great in every aspect!! Products delivered in reasonable time

the iPhone was sold "in good condition" with the...

possibility of scratches or signs of ware only. Not the possibility of non functionality. This is a pricey item, due to the fact that it was a gift, it could not be tested (nor was it suspected to be totally nonfunctional).because it is an iPhone, the tracking of testing for functionality can be easily traced/proven. Not only is this a rip off of funds, but lots of time was spent at both [redacted] & [redacted].

Received everything ordered and quickly! Will continue to order items on Tanga.

I have ordered from Tanga a handful of times and all have been positive experiences! They have the best deals and receiving items purchased have always been received in a timely manner. Plus, they send you a tracking code so you can track your purchases to see when you will receive it! I recommend this site!

I have ordered quite a few items through Tanga and I must say that I have been very pleased with them.

Customer has been refunded as of 3/31

Customer was refunded on 12-13-2013. We will need the customer to check bank statements for card ending in [redacted] around these dates. Most likely went through on 12-14-2014. If customer cannot find refund, we will need information to preform a manual refund. 

Full CC number, and expiration date OR if they prefer a paypal email address.

Tanga has great deals on a lot of their inventory. They are generally quick to ship and their customer service is awesome, you feel like you are their only customer.

I probably order something from you at least once a month, sometimes biweekly! ?? I've ordered lots of jewelry from you for myself and for gifts and I love, love all of it!! I also have order other various items, belts for my fiancé, fragrances and clothing items and not only are the prices fabulous but so are all the items!! ?????? I definitely would recommend your company to everyone!!! ?? Thank you for being so awesome in every way!!
