Review: I ordered my items on October 29, 2013. I am still waiting for my order to be shipped. In the shipping details it says allow up to 10 days for items to ship from the warehouse. My order still shows processing. I have contacted the company 3 times of this matter. I was given 2 different excuses. I am still waiting on the 3rd response.

This isn't my first issue with this company. In September I placed an order of 2 items, both were junk! I had a protector screen for my iPhone 5 and it broke causing my screen to crack. The charge cord I bought also broke. They asked for all kinds of information and photos of my phone and the protector which I provided. I also sent the invoice for the replacement screen. But all I was offered only a small gift card for the trouble of the screen.

It cost me $150 to replace the screen on my phone.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my items delivered ASAP! And for my previous order I want a reimbursed for my screen replacement.

As for the broken phone, we are not liable for any damages to your phone. As a merchant who sells goods, we are not responsible for said products abilities to protect and their claims. I have had good experiences buying from this company.

Review: I purchased 4 Tshirts. I returned 3 of them. I received a refund for only 1 of the Tshirts. Continued to email them 3 times over the course of 3 weeks. Still no response. Each Tshirt cost $4Desired Settlement: I should receive $8 refund for the extra 2 Tshirts not refunded.

Review: I placed an order on November 15th 2015 of two purses, the artist created a pre shipment label and customer service said my order was almost ready to be shipped. Early December I received an email saying my order was cancelled and I would be refunded my money. This was my first red flag with the "company." I was then told over and over again I would receive my money back in my paypal account. It is now Mid January and have yet to see my $65!!! This is fraud. They said 7 days max to see my money and it's been a month! I have all the emails for proof!! If I do not get my money by February (3 months after I placed the order which is ridiculous) I will be taking the next action that is necessary!!!!Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back. I am so frustrated and disappointed with this company that I will NEVER make another purchase and I my reviews will show my awful experience.

On 10/20/14 I ordered a shirt I found online. After 17 days no tracking number or order number was sent to me via email. My credit card was charged. After 17 days I decided to email Tanga to see where my order was. Ricky decided to email me back asking if I would like to wait or cancel my order. I decided to wait. After another couple weeks my credit card was reimbursed (even though I didn't ask to cancel) they did anyway. Why did they even bother to ask? No follow up email, no apology, nothing. Very dissatisfied.

This business has been great with my online orders. As they will tell you shipping isn't always the fastest but getting in touch with a customer service rep is an email away and they respond typically next day. I had an item that was defective and they refunded me immediately

Review: I bought an [redacted] from this website. No where on the site did it claim to be a manufacturer refurbished [redacted]. I have bought refurbished [redacted]s before but it was not advertised so I believed I was getting a new phone. After I received the [redacted] it was poorly packaged it did not have the orginal box, head phones, or charger cables. When buying a refurbished I phone in the past it is mandatory that the phone is sold with all the components that are OEM. On top of that the phone was scratched. Futhermore, the phone won't leave a chinese screen and I am unable to change it to english regardless of how hard I try.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund as well as a gift card. I bought this [redacted] for my boyfriend for christmas and looked like crap.

[redacted] Customer Service has already issued a prepaid return label for customer to return defective phone. Once the return has been received,refunds are issued within 5 business days.Gift certificate has been emailed to customer for inconvenience.

I have been a customer of Tanga's for about a year and have placed several online orders for various merchandise, apparel, etc. Navigating the website is extremely easy, aesthetically pleasing, bright, cheery, and the transaction are always quick and accurate! I have called and email customer support with questions, inquiries, and have always gotten quick helpful friendly accommodating responses and have had my issues resolved to my utmost satisfaction! I love shopping with Tanga, the products are very high quality and the prices are unbeatable! I will continue to be a Tanga customer! thank you very much!

I LOVE TANGA!! I've ordered several different items at several different times and have had nothing but good experiences with them. I actually wrote to them once to ask them if I could use a coupon code that was for $5 off of a $25 order, and my order only came to $23.99. Tanga[redacted] gladly took care of everything for me! Customer service ROCKS!! They are an awesome little company with pretty awesome employees too!

Oh! They also have the best price for the items that they offer! usually the items will appear on several "deal" sites at the same time and Tanga ALWAYS has the best price!

Review: On Oct 4 2013 at 3:04 I completed purchase #[redacted]. I did not receive my order and contacted customer support on November 5th 2013. On November 6th, 2013 I received a response that said:

My order #[redacted] was not fulfilled and has been repeatedly referenced by Tanga [redacted] as a “gimmick” and a means to be “funny”. The bottom line, Tanga.com processed my order, collected my personal data and made me believe I had successfully completed a transaction. I now understand Tanga.com had no intention of ever full filling my order, that the offer to sell was blatant fraud in order to acquire personal information and push coupon codes for a marketing exercise. Tanga.com has committed fraud by the intention false representation of a matter of fact, by false or misleading allegation and by concealment of what should have been disclosed. Tanga.com intentionally deceived me so that I would provide my contact information solely for marketing purposes. Tanga.com characterizes this business practice as a “funny way”. Rather, the proper term is FRAUD!From the messages received from Tanga [redacted], it is clear Tanga has and never had any intention to uphold their side of the transaction. As consumer I am left with a broken promise and my personal information compromised. Review: I ordered a bunch of items from this company on 12/14/2015 and received most of the order within a reasonable amount of time. I did not get Two of the products until

I contacted them and thought it was taken care of. I then got one of the around 1/14/2016. So I'm still missing one thing from my order. I have emailed them many times and get no response. I have tried calling but it goes straight to a voicemail and they will not call back. I tried to get what I ordered for a long time but at this point I would just love my money back. I have told them that in a email as well but no response. If you could help that would be great. Thanks.Desired Settlement: A refund would be great. I have ordered twice from Tanga.com and both times the shipments were prompt and no hassle of any kind.I would recommend Tanga to anyone shopping the internet.

Review: I bought 4 belts in www.tanga.com but when I received them I found out that they sent the wrong goods and broken goods. But the Tanga Customer Service don't want to settle for this problem,they blame me for not contact them in 30 days.

This is some information:

The contact with Tanga Customer Service:Five E-mails about wrong goods(right:2*2belts;wrong:1*4belts)and one broken belts,but they ignored by the reason of "30 day warranty period".

What I confused:

1.Cost me double shipping and use more than one week to prepare for shipping?

2.Send the wrong goods and push the Responsibility away just because the 30 day warranty period?

3.Send the broken goods and push the Responsibility away just because the 30 day warranty period?

My case has been closed, however, I received my credit card statement and Tanga only refunded me a partial amount of $19.35. The actual amount was $29.99.

Review: I placed an order on 11/28. I received confirmation that the order was placed, but no tracking information or shipping confirmation has been sent. It is beyond the 10 days they indicated. I have emailed them 3 times in the last several days and attempted to call and get no response other than an automated email reply that says they will try to respond in 24 hours.Desired Settlement: I would like my purchase refunded since the product has not been delivered and I can get no response from the company.
