It is simply a cookie cutter generic response. It says nothing about why they either choose to ignore responses to their "trouble ticket" emails, or they choose to delay responding for sometimes more than a month and when they do give a delayed response they ignore my reply giving them (again) what they ask for then after a few days send another email saying they are marking the issue as resolved because I didnt email them quick enough, (which I do). And all the while their is no way to get any type of an update or see if they've even received my response. Its like they are playing a game of "ignore it and it will go away". Or some other nonsense. They provide absolutely no way whatsoever to check the status of a trouble ticket, and 90% of the time they only send me an email informing me that I've either waited too long to send them the info they've requested, which is a lie, or they send an email stating that I wasnt eligible for the reward due to some nonsense they've fabricated.Sincerely,[redacted]

This is not false advertising. As previously stated, the Advertiser determined this user ineligible as Game of War was not installed through Tapjoy. As the user did not complete the offer as per the instructions, they are ineligible for reward. If they would like to refute this determination, they will need to reach out to [redacted] and request they re-evaluate their determination. If there are additional offers completed seeking reward, the user will need to submit a ticket for the offer along with their proof of completion. Once confirmed eligible, we can then award their device the missing currency.

Why did you remove all offers from my gamer profile? If this situation was a simple everyday occasion and I followed protocols why would you remove the ability for me to earn future rewards

This determination was made by the Advertiser, MachineZone, not Tapjoy, and we also confirmed their determination. If the user has reset their device identifier, this will also cause this outcome and is in violation of Tapjoy’s Terms of Service: [redacted]

The awards never showed up in my account.  This can be verified with the company [redacted].  My profile ID is [redacted].  I've been a member since December 17, 2015 and have solved 1,051 puzzles.  When I sent this complaint I had approximately 10 coins.  I now have 1.  That amount of coins would last me a year and a half to two years! I don't know how to send you a screen shot to prove there's only 1 coin remaining but I'm sure the [redacted] company can verify what I've spent.  The coins have not shown up in my account.

to their ticket 6x, each time moving their issue to the bottom of the queue (Tapjoy works oldest tickets first). We requested the required proof of completion from the user 6/24, which was provided. We then escalated this to the Advertiser to confirm eligibility. The Advertiser responded today that the user is eligible and their device will be rewarded for the 'Build Your Fantasy MLB Team Now!' offer today.

I have not received the points and when I search for their ref number ([redacted]) in my inbox nothing comes up.
I received points from the merchant but they from another deal, not this specific one.

Tapjoy’s offers are list as free and paid. The free offers do not require payment. If there are additional offers the customer is seeking reward, they will need to submit ticket/s for those offers so we can investigate the missing currency.

submit a ticket for the offer seeking reward along with their proof of completion. When the user goes to submit a ticket it states: "Tapjoy requires up to 24 hours for your account balance to update. Please wait until that time if you do not see your completed offer in the list below”. Once the 24-hour waiting period has passed, the offer will be available to submit a ticket. I am rejecting this response because:TThey say this to hundreads of players, random screenshots right. So thats why they are dated and time stamped with the completed offer details. Just another way they are screwing the consumers over.Sincerely,[redacted]

The way that Tapjoy works is that we are not trying to avoid issuing currency to users who have successfully completed our offers. When a user is not awarded after completing an offer, our Advertising Partners require the user provide valid proof of completion before we can issue the currency since...

we do not own the offer. We make sure to let each user know that this process may take up to 3-5 business days for the Advertisers to verify.
Our systems show that we have successfully credited this user 2700 Diamonds for the "Your music, your way. Start your Rhapsody Premier free trial today!” offer on March 11th. We also responded to this user stating that if he/she did not receive their reward then they will need to contact the publisher of Covet Fashion - Dress Up Game and ask them to recredit them the 2,700 Diamonds since we are unable to do so since we do not own the offer.
As stated previously, if this user wants to be recredited then he/she will need to contact Crowdstar regarding this issue @[redacted]

There was an issue when we attempted to award the user's device, where the current was going to a "Rewards Failed" status. We have worked with this user to resolve the issue, and have re-credited their device the missing currency. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

If the currency was not received, they will need to reach out to the application's publisher for assistance. If there are additional offers completed yet not awarded, the user will need to submit ticket/s for those offers along with the required proof of completion. Once verified eligible we can then award their device the missing currency.

If the customer is not awarded after completing an offer as per the instructions, they will need to submit a ticket along with the required proof. Once provided and confirmed eligible, their device is then awarded for the offer. If the Advertising Partner denies eligibility for an offer, the denial reason is provided to the customer.
