the Advertiser requires the user provide valid proof of completion. This user was awarded for the FTD offer 'Tulips are in season! Get yours now!' (ticket #XXXXXXXX) X/29/15 once we received confirmation from FTD the user was eligible for reward. The user's device was also rewarded for the Hello Fresh offer 'Get a fresh box of recipes+ingredients at your door! $25 off!' 4/24/15, the same day the offer was taken/completed. Their device was again credited for the DiscountMags offer 'Look your best with GQ Magazine' 4/22/15 the same day the offer was taken. The user has a pending ticket (#XXXXXXXX) for the 'Signup for flarePlay & play your favorite mobile apps on TV!' offer, and our team has requested the user provide the required proof of completion. Once this is provided/received, we will confirm eligibility with the Advertiser and credit their device.

Tapjoy does not reluctantly award our users. As previously stated, because Tapjoy’s offers are owned by third-party Advertisers, if not awarded we must confirm eligibility before we can credit their device - this is the way Tapjoy works. Users will not be eligible for all offers listed, and the offer instructions state what is required to be eligible for reward. These offers clearly state they must get [redacted] to be eligible. As they already have installed [redacted], this means they are ineligible for the offer. Of the 7-tickets submitted in February 2018, 6 were resolved as Offer Awarded. Also, submitting tickets from multiple email addresses will only cause confusion and further delays in resolution to their issues.

They advertise what was listed in the response. I went through the check list with them and did exactly as what they advertised. I still did not get what was advertised after doing all of the steps. The reason they list later is that I did not "meet"wasn't even part of the list nor does it make any sense since I used there app link to get the app described.
If they advertise that you get X for doing Y they cannot IMO say you didn't meet Z which was not in the listed regardless of some deal they have with said supplier because they did not list that as required. Not only that but using what was supplied to me and then saying I should have gone through some other mechanism which happens to be the exact one I used and saying that well we aren't rejecting you a third party is and that is what they claim isn't living up to what was listed from them.
In other words it is simply false advertising and trying to shift blame to a third party because they don't want to pony up what was offered.
This also is not the only transaction they failed to live up to. In each case it seems as though they simply don't care and always try to blame these third party apps they work with instead of living up to the advertisements they post.Sincerely,[redacted]

I just attached screenshots from 15 minutes ago showing the process when you are missing diamonds/haven't received rewards. You select "missing diamonds" in the bottom right-hand corner. Then from the drop-down you select the offer you weren't rewarded for. From there you give a brief description and submit a request/ticket and Tapjoy responds and rewards you for missing diamonds if you have proof.
This was the process when I submitted my original ticket with Tapjoy. Also keep in mind, "TAPJOY" has already rewarded me for a portion of the advertised/promoted/promised reward. They just rewarded me less than 10% of what was promised by [redacted] on TapJoy's portal.This is still the process as of 15 minutes ago when I just checked.
TapJoy keeps showing their deceit by responding with flat out lies. It's reprehensible and they keep going further and further. It's just beyond ridiculous at this point.

If the user is trying to provide a screenshot of the requested proof, the [redacted] can take/provide this. Tapjoy only works with mobile devices, not personal computers/laptops. As previously stated, this user has submitted 15 tickets which are all are Closed No Response, as when the proof of completion was requested, no response was received. If the user responds to their closed tickets with the required proof within 30-days they will be re-opened.

They told me I violated there terms by changing my settings. There is no settings to change. Only an option to click on offers, complete offers. I have never once violated any term. Maybe if they would be a little more communicative things wouldn't have to go this far! It's all good though I am just spreading the word how horrible they are! They are blaming me for trying to complete offers that are not eligible for me even though it s available to me! Like I said this is the worst company I have ever felt with in my 40 years of live! Tell them best of luck ever getting anywhere in the business world!

"Our Risk Management systems have detected behavior on your account that is a violation of our Terms of Service. Changing settings on your device to gain access to offers that are not normally available to you circumvents the steps we've taken to deliver the best user experience for all of our users. We have systems in place to monitor and flag this behavior, so this can potentially lead to delays in receiving your rewards as well as situations where we're unable to deliver currency at all.
Part of what allows these systems to be successful is that we don't reveal the specific criteria we use when flagging these violations, but here are a few tips to keep in-mind!
First, changing your Device Identifier causes a number of issues in our systems, not limited to being flagged by our Risk Management systems.

The use of VPN, Proxies and/or any service or device that alters the information provided by your mobile device can also trigger our systems and cause issues with a lot of the measures we've put in place to try and deliver a fantastic experience to you as our user.
Unfortunately, I'm afraid we won't be able to award you for the offers that weren't available to your country.
Please let this serve as our notice to you that continuing this behavior will result in the permanent suspension of your account from Tapjoy services."

3 open tickets [redacted] XXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXX) all with the same response: "I have had to message your company over 20 times so I have no idea which offer you are speaking about. If you can give me the name of the offer I will gladly give you all the proof I have". We will respond again, but the user will need to provide the required proof for the offer/tickets submitted and we will then reward for the offer if currency was not received.
Regarding "I received a response from Covet yesterday saying they applied 12 diamonds to my account WHICH THEY DID NOT- and they stopped responding to me." As the publisher has told the user they have credit them, this is an issue the user will need to take up with Covet, as this is not a Tapjoy issue.

They are only addressing a PART of the issue. I received a response from them saying they've looked over my whole account from day 1 and only 65% of my offers went thru without me having to fight for them. 65%!!!!! That is an extremely low number!! Not once in there response do they take any responsiblity or apologize TO THEIR CUSTOMERS! I have since stopped playing covet due to tapjoy. They should have apologized, made it right and then improved the process. I will make it a point to inform people of tapjoy's customer service. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! STAY AWAY FROM TAPJOY!!!!!!!!

This percentage provided to the user was inaccurate and was based on every offer this user has ever clicked on, not based on every offer this user completed. A user can click on/view any of our offers, but it does not mean the offer was completed. The only way of knowing if a user successfully completed an offer that is not awarded is after providing the required proof of completion required by our Advertising Partners. Otherwise we have no way of knowing if a user simply clicked on/viewed an offer or actually completed it. We apologize for any confusion.

Well than THEIR EMPLOYEE lied to me because that is what I was told by TAPJOY!!! Yet again, this wonderful customer service is STILL doing wrong by their customer. This complaint shows how they treat customers, stay away!!

I have responded with screenshots and have attached as many as this service will allow me. The response I received from tapjoy is that I may have completed the offer through some other platform. I have provided screenshots of each step I completed using the tapjoy application along with the instructions provided for completing each order. I'm addition to this, Tapjoy has "retaliated" against me locking me out of completing offers.  All I am asking for is that I be compensated for my time, effort and disclosure of personal information to their advertisers.
