The way that Tapjoy works is that we are not trying to avoid issuing currency to users who have successfully completed our offersWhen a user is not awarded after completing an offer, our Advertising Partners require the user provide valid proof of completion before we can issue the currency since we do not own the offerWe make sure to let each user know that this process may take up to 3-business days for the Advertisers to verify Our systems show that we have successfully credited this user Diamonds for the "Your music, your wayStart your Rhapsody Premier free trial today!” offer on March 11thWe also responded to this user stating that if he/she did not receive their reward then they will need to contact the publisher of Covet Fashion - Dress Up Game and ask them to recredit them the 2,Diamonds since we are unable to do so since we do not own the offer As stated previously, if this user wants to be recredited then he/she will need to contact Crowdstar regarding this issue @ [redacted] *

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is tapjoy who give out the credits through the Covet Fashion appI followed what was advertised to receive the double rewards of diamonds which were never receivedI filled their "missing diamonds" complaints process and until the case was escalated by myself contacting crowdstar, they ignored my case and then finally after pressure from crowdstar (who own the Covet Fashion app) they told me I was ineligible for the reward and that Twitter claimed the app was not on my deviceI even tweeted tapjoy from my device as extra evidence that I downloaded twitter and opened a twitter accountMy username on twitter is @pilipalapretty which can be looked up as extra evidenceThis tapjoy company is conning people and this case was obvious advertising.Sincerely, [redacted] ***Sincerely, [redacted] ***
