Tapjoy is beyond deceitful. After paying out twice (incorrect payouts not totaling what they advertised) they then state the screenshots I provided are not from their offerwall.
In the attached screenshots you'll see in the first 4 screenshots TapJoy's branded [redacted] offerwall from today. You'll see in the the last 2 screenshots the same offerwall that TapJoy is stating isn't their offerwall. The last 2 screenshots are the proof I provided of surveys promised payout amounts. Just in case. If only I'd known how needed they would be. This proves the same "Offer Wall" though TapJoy is stating it isn't. Even though their "offer wall" looks the exact same today. As of 10 minutes ago.
Secondly, TapJoy has made 2 payout for the surveys. They just paid out a little more than 15% of the diamonds they advertised/marketed/promoted. In the screenshots provided of the email conversations the "Specialist" even went as far as lying and stating they paid me for the surveys multiple times. He also lied and stated they paid me for the surveys days before I completed the surveys. After I reminded the "Specialist that screenshots are date stamped and they couldn't have paid me out for the survey days before I completed the survey. (Keep in mind I take these surveys daily to earn rewards for the game that's the whole point of taking the surveys anyway. So those prior dates that were mentioned were for OTHER surveys I completed. Of course the specialist knows this and lied anyway). After the falsehoods were pointed out the "Specialist" replies with that's not their offers and I have to go through who submits the offers.
Third. Regardless of who is presenting the offer if you are missing diamonds you submit a ticket with TapJoy, provide proof and TapJoy reimburses you the advertised/marketed/promoted rewards (always in diamonds). That is still the process as of this morning.
I took screenshots showing their process is still the same. I've reached the limit of screenshots to be uploaded though so they couldn't be included in this response.
That proves that TapJoy is deceitful, lies rather than payout the advertised rewards to customers who completed their offers. They cheat customers and then blatantly lies about it.
They are truly reprehensible.
They still haven't paid out the "VIRTUAL" rewards.
