(XXXXXXXX) for the 'Signup for flarePlay & play your favorite mobile apps on TV!' offer and was denied eligibility by the Advertiser as their order was canceled/refunded 4/28/15. The user then submitted another ticket (XXXXXXXX) for the same offer stating they had taken the offer again. When sent to the Adv to verify eligibility they responded not to reward the user stating: "ordered on 4/25 cxl 4/28 and is now trying to do it again...." We are not able to credit a users device without the Advertiser's approval, and the Advertiser again denied the user's eligibility. We have since resolved this issue via the user's ticket.

This customer's tickets were handled 7/22/16. They have submitted additional tickets 7/26/16 which will be handled in the order received. We apologize for the delay in resolution to their issues.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: they are lying about everything that they are saying and this is the exact same thing that happens to hundreds of other TapJoy users as well. They want something that is impossible to give, Screenshotted Proof an offer is completed days after the browser windows are closed and thus 100% impossible to give the so called proof they want at TapJoy well offers stand completed but if you don't complete the intended offers SPAM REQUIREMENTS the TapJoy offers don't ever go through. The SPAM offers are giving the victims of this nothing but SPAM emails and Telemarketer Phone Calls for completing them but NOTHING WHATSOEVER comes from TapJoy in the forms of the Rewards that TapJoy owes for they go and say the offers aren't completed WHEN THEY ARE 100% COMPLETED by their requirements at TapJoy except for the Offers SPAM REQUIREMENTS. This is 100% UNACCEPTABLE BY ALL STANDARDS and is also 100% unacceptable by all users of TapJoy and there are thousands of people that have had to deal with this from TapJoy for hundreds of times over many different days and we all demand that TapJoy is shutdown once and for all for how they lie about their offers, support SCAMMERS and TELEMARKETERS well not making good on their completed offers for the so called third parties with the offers that need to be completed don't accept that the offers are complete until the offers' SPAM requirements are 100% completed thus resulting in countless and harassing SPAM emails and Telemarketer Phone Calls.

The offer stated to complete an offer on the first page.  The first offer that came up was the 3 month trial to [redacted] which I signed up for.  I provided them with proof of signing up for the offer on several occasions, but they did not accept it, stating that my proof did not contain a code.. the offer I signed up for did not provide such, nevertheless, I did complete the offer.  To suggest that they only paid the offer to appease me is convenient as it was done ONLY after receiving the Revdex.com complaint. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have put tickets in over missing diamonds and they always tell me that there is none owing. I have done so many surveys, majority of them is offered after already completing one. Maybe that is why I haven't been getting awarded, maybe it's not registering because it comes up with a message you have successfully completed this survey, now we have a new survey for you to complete, you click ok and you get new survey. That could be why I am not getting the diamonds and maybe they aren't showing up as been completed either even though they have been.Sincerely,[redacted]

Again, both apps are installed on my device. Please advise what further information you need to verify this.  I have provided my device ID and screenshots.  You have my account info.  If your system shows that I have not completed the requirements, then your system is faulty.  If you do not provide the advertised rewards for the completed offer I will escalate the issue to the Attorney General's office and/or the [redacted]
