I have done this already, I was told to reach out to crowdstar(creater of game) and they stated it is up to Tapjoy to provide award payouts not themAll I am asking for is awards of offers I have clearly completed and provided you proof onIf you are willing to pay out 1/of what you totally owe me, I'd accept thatThat is at the least diamondsI have emails and screen shots of said tickets and proof and screen shots of the tracker showing it has not been awarded

Also, this user has been flagged by our Risk Management system, and has been warned 1/4/for violating Tapjoy's Terms of ServiceIf this customer continues to violate our TOS they will be banned from using Tapjoy's services

I was not using a vpnI was on a holiday vacationAlso this complaint was filed months ago and you referring to something from last week? This company is a total fraud and I want all diamonds owed to me, you can't re-credit me for something I never receivedI have proof I have yet to receive anything, also they have prevented me from doing any further offers and have been before I filed but claim it's my device

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: As I said before I used the offer section from the app to installIt said click here and I did then clicked installThey keep saying the same thing and I guess I keep responding with the same responseIMO it's advertising they promise something for you fulfilling certain requirements but hide behind saying that a third party can reject a claim and for reasons that appear to me to be falseAgain as I said before this is not the only offer I contacted them aboutIn each case I was given very different reasons for why it was not approved and none of these where listed as the steps on the offer/advertisement
That is not to say that they did not live up to any of there offers in fact i'd say it worked about 50% of the timeBut if i'm going to use an offer where I spend money or even just a lot of time 50% is not good enough

I do not accept the response from this company because I still have not received the currency owed to me despite two emails stating their system "shows I have been credited for the download"Besides that, I just received am email today telling me that I need to contact another company in regards to receiving my coins and I'm completely frustrated with the whole processI should not have to send multiple emails to receive something that is rightfully mineThere was no delay on my end when downloading the app but when it comes to reimbursement there are all these "technical issues"I would really just appreciate it if I could get what I earned by downloading the app and be done with it

Besides, their B rating on Revdex.com says enough about their credibility and trustworthiness
They can say what they want, but I am not going to budge on my experience with themThey are scammers, plain and simple

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The reason they told you and the reason they told me were differentThey are trying to get back at me for reporting themI clicked on the offer from Kill Shot BravoFinished the transaction and then immediately screenshot the receipt because I had problems with them for the same thing in the not too distant pastIt took almost weeks for them to tell me that I didn't finish the offer within the hour threshold(false) and that they could not and would not honor the offerThey told Revdex.com that I didn't even get the offer through Tapjoy (false)They are clearly a company that does what they want because of the improbability of a patron to have the necessary information to retortI have had numerous other incidents like this through this company unfortunately you have to deal with this type of shenanigans in order to get ahead in the gameIt's a shame really that they do not have the technology or manpower to handle transactions Sincerely,*** ***
