This user's ticket (XXXXXXXX) was mistakenly placed into our Risk Management dept. The user's issue should have been resolved sooner, and we apologize for the inconvenience and delay. This user will be rewarded their currency today, along with...
additional currency for the inconvenience and frustration caused.
We're extremely sorry for the delay in rewards. The way that Tapjoy works is that when a user is not awarded after completing an offer, our Advertising Partners require the user provide valid proof of completion before we can issue the currency since we do not own the offer. I have escalated this...
users tickets for the "Rent your favorite game or movie! 30 day FREE GameFly trial!" offer, the "Get Your Credit Score FREE in UNDER A MINUTE with eScore!" offer, the "Try ABCmouse.com Early Learning Academy FREE for 30 days!" offer, and the "Buy a Prize Candle and Win up to $5000!" offer. She will be hearing back shortly from one of our agent's via her ticket numbers.

reward, we must confirm eligibility before we can credit their device. Once a ticket is submitted we request the customer provide the proof of completion received after completing the offer. Once provided we verify eligibility and then award the device. Our offers are tested prior to being placed on Tapjoy's offerwall, and state what is required to complete the offer/be eligible for reward. If we have responded to a ticket stating their device was already awarded, this means the publisher's servers have told us the customer's device was successfully awarded their currency. If the customer believes the currency was not received, they will need to reach out to the publisher for assistance with the missing currency. Tapjoy does not ignore emails or responses from our customers.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/11/03) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The email registered is [redacted]@gmail.com. The email I used to contact you was my primary email.
I have a difficult time believing that "Our offers are tested prior to being placed on Tapjoy's offerwall, and state what is required to complete the offer/be eligible for reward." This can not possibly be the case. For example, today I selected the offer to get free samples from Tide. To qualify for the points, I had to registered with valid information (email, name, DOB, address and phone number) which I did. After entering my information I hit 'redeem'. Then I was taking to pages that had multiple offers to participate in other types of research, get different samples of other products, prescriptions, qualify for money loans or get information for my GED, insurance, or car quote needs. After skipping multiple pages of these 'offers' I finally was taken to a page that had the Tide samples. Clicking that link took me to an entirely different page that not only offered me Tide samples but other samples as well. Again, I selected Tide samples and again an entirely new page loaded and again asked me for all my information. As far as I am concerned I already gave that information.
This has happened multiple times. Sometimes I just resign myself to the fact that it is a fraud offer and do nothing. Other times I report it to Tapjoy, and after usually getting emails, (form emails at that) I am eventually told that I should look for a link in my email to verify. That is impossible to do as I have no idea where said email would come from. I have ZERO emails in my inbox from Tide.
Either Tapjoy is aware of these extremely shady marketing tactics and doesn't care, or they are woefully ignorant of what their third-parry partners are doing. Either way it is negligent behavior. If you are indeed aware, then Tapjoy needs to be specific in what they are asking the users to do. I gave my information. Nowhere does it say I have to give it multiple times to numerous marketing groups. If a user has to answer multiple surveys, and if those surveys have no "ending", then the users should be informed of that. A brief perusal of message boards of apps that utilize Tapjoy find no shortage of complaints about these types actions. Tapjoy should be honest with the users.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/11/16) */
We appreciate the feedback regarding the 'Register today for your FREE Sample of Tide!' offer. We will look into this and again confirm currency is received after successfully completing the offer as per the instructions.
If there are other offers successfully completed and not awarded, the customer must submit a ticket via the device the offer was taken along with the required valid proof of completion (this is in the form of an email or screenshot). Once provided and confirmed we then award the user's device for the offer.

Advertiser to be verified eligible, the Advertiser responded that the user was ineligible for reward due to: "used a different promotion which regated the Tapjoy offer". Because of this we were unable to credit the user for the 'Decorate with Summer Gifts & Décor from ProPlants!' offer. We have since resolved this ticket with the user.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/07/20) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I did not use a different promotion. I provided evidence that I did not use a different promotion. And when I spoke to the advertiser, they did not bring up other promotions at all. Stop blaming the user for either you or the advertiser not wanting to pay out. A legitimate business would take responsibility and confirm that advertisements they post are legitimate and not scams.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2015/07/24) */
As previously stated, when the Advertiser responded to our request to confirm eligibility, they stated the user was ineligible as they "used a different promotion which negated the Tapjoy offer". Tapjoy awards users on all offers taken as per the offer instructions, and if not awarded, the Advertising Partner must confirm eligibility.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 12, 2015/07/29) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As previously stated, I spoke to the advertiser and they said nothing of me using a different promotion. Take responsibility for the ads your company places in these games. If you or the advertiser is going to try to cop out by saying the customer is ineligible due to something the customer didn't actually do (lying!), don't bother even posting those ads. It's dishonest. I'm not touching your service or any of the services that associate with you again. Neither are to be trusted.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: This company has a very unprofessional and suspicious way of dealing with customers. I believe that, in an effort for them to punish me for contacting the Revdex.com, after using Tapjoy for months, they are now sending me warnings from their "Risk Management" department. I have done nothing to warrant these warnings. I believe this is their unprofessional attempt at keeping me from receiving the rewards I have earned. They are accusing me of using VPN, Proxy and Device Identifier, which I have no idea what those are! This is truly ridiculous. They didn't even address the fact that it takes weeks to receive reward, when they are supposed to be immediate.Sincerely,[redacted]

determined ineligible by the Advertiser, Gala, as they have a previous existing account. The user came back refuting this, but as this determination was made by the Advertiser, not Tapjoy, they were referred to Gala. If Gala notifies Tapjoy they have re-evaluated their determination, we can then award their device for the offer.
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. TapJoy responded in a very timely manner and once I provided verification, they rewarded my diamonds. I am very pleased with their response and with the Revdex.com handling of this matter as requested. Thank you.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It is tapjoy who give out the credits through the Covet Fashion app. I followed what was advertised to receive the double rewards of 3502 diamonds which were never received. I filled their "missing diamonds" complaints process and until the case was escalated by myself contacting crowdstar, they ignored my case and then finally after pressure from crowdstar (who own the Covet Fashion app) they told me I was ineligible for the reward and that Twitter claimed the app was not on my device. I even tweeted tapjoy from my device as extra evidence that I downloaded twitter and opened a twitter account. My username on twitter is @pilipalapretty which can be looked up as extra evidence. This tapjoy company is conning people and this case was obvious false advertising.Sincerely,[redacted]Sincerely,[redacted]

Tapjoy's offers are owned by third-party Advertisers. If a user has successfully completed an offer as per the instructions and not been rewarded, we must confirm eligibility before we can credit their device. For the 'Get Your Free Credit Score...
Instantly!' offer, the offer instructions state:
"User signs up to receive a free 7 day trial of MyScore Credit Monitoring Service along with a Free Credit Score. Invalid or false information will not be rewarded."
When successfully completed, the user would receive a confirmation email from MyScore showing they signed up for the 7-day free trial. When this was requested from the user, they responded stating this was not received, and provided a membership cancellation screenshot from Identity Protect. This is not valid proof of completion for this offer, and the user was told they could not be rewarded without providing the required valid proof.
Regarding the survey offers, the user has provided valid proof and been rewarded for the 'Interested in Clinical Trials? Take a 10 min survey today!' offer, and the 'Enter to Win Baby Gear Today!' offer. This user has no other open/pending tickets for a survey offer.

Tapjoy has paid me planet coins for the issues I had. I have accepted this response from tapjoy.
Yes I finally received currency. It took forever and I'm sure I'm still missing some. But I was flooded with emails and couldn't keep track. I appreciate the help.

proof of completion received after completing the offer which is used to confirm eligibility. Once provided and verified, we then award for the offer. Ticket XXXXXXXX was awarded 1/5/16 with 134 Gold in Kill Shot Bravo for the 'Install and Register for Twitter!' offer. Ticket XXXXXXXX was awarded 1/7/16 with 336 Gold in Kill Shot Bravo for the 'Shop Pura Vida bracelets hand-crafted in Costa Rica' offer.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 7, 2016/01/19) */
The matter was resolved only due to the Revdex.com's involvement. TapJoy said "The customer is required to provide the proof of completion received after completing the offer which is used to confirm eligibility."
1. None of TapJoy's written collateral says anything to this effect.
2. I provided the requested proof three separate times. To begin each line of correspondence, TapJoy would request said proof, then I would immediately send it. Three days later I would get the original request all over again from TapJoy asking for the evidence. But for the Revdex.com, I would be in an infinite loop. I firmly believe this is a standard practice for TapJoy.
It is firmly my opinion that TapJoy is a predatory and grossly unethical organization.

Tapjoy awards over 18 million transactions daily. Customer Service interacts with 10,000 users daily, and when compared to CS tickets, this is less than 0.1% of total transactions. We apologize for the delay in resolution to their issues.
