I'm not sure what methods TapJoy or it's advertisers use to verify completion of the offer, but I most certainly do have Mobile Strike installed on my device (which I downloaded using the TapJoy offer link) and I spent several hours of my time getting to the required level in the game to satisfy the offer. Whatever method TapJoy is using for verification is faulty and I'm very suspicious of it's practices.

I am clearly not seeing all offers. The system even states when I load their offer page, that all offers are not available. I am only being provided a limited number of offers, and I would like to know specifically what terms I violated to now only receive a limited number of offers instead of all offers.
Again, I am clearly not being allowed to see all tapjoy offers, I would like to know why, and I would like to have all offers reinstated.

I have read the terms of service and see no wrong doing on my part. Why are the only offers being presented to me low credit video offers? What terms have I violated?

Tapjoy has not stated this customer has violated our Terms of Service. Tapjoy's TOS states: "we reserve the right to add, remove or modify any portion of the Services at any time without notice to you."

June 5, 2015. We show we have had no other correspondence with this customer nor told her we would resolve this matter. Also, Tapjoy does not have the capability to erase a users currency. We offer currency in exchange for completing offers through our in-app offerwall. The application's publisher may be able to erase/revoke currency, but Tapjoy is unable to do this. They need to contact the publisher of their application for assistance and file their complaint with the appropriate company.

As previously stated, this determination was made by the Advertiser, MachineZone, not Tapjoy. However, when the user reached out to MachineZone for assistance, they did not assist the user and referred them back to Tapjoy, so we have awarded their device for the 'Upgrade your Citadel to Level 10 in Final Fantasy XV' offer 7/27/17.
