This user's rewards were blocked by our Risk Management system. This user was warned for violating Tapjoy's Terms of Service, and the blocked clicks forced/awarded. If they continue to violate our TOS, they will be banned from using Tapjoy's services.

"We are not ignoring our users, and apologize if there is a delay in our response. The only time a ticket is Closed is if we have requested proof from the user and no response is received within 72-hours. When the ticket is Closed, the user is also notified of this. Of the 21 tickets submitted, two were determined ineligible for reward by the Advertiser:

They have blocked me from reward offerings, likely because of this report.
They have awarded some offers, but fail to reward others when you follow their directions. Offers like "call for an insurance quote" where you call the offices and get a phone quote will not get honored because they don't provide an email. Still others are never rewarded because of technicalities that are never disclosed in the offer.

Tapjoy's offers are owned by third-party Advertisers. This user was determined ineligible for the 'Play Game of War and Upgrade to Level 10' offer...

by the Advertiser, MachineZone, 6/2/17 as their DeviceID has not installed Game of War. We also confirmed their DeviceID has not installed Game of War. The user was also determined ineligible for the 'Continue to play and Complete Level 25 in Gardenscapes!' offer as their DeviceID has not installed Gardenscapes, and Tapjoy also confirmed their DeviceID has not installed Gardenscapes. The user has not submitted a ticket for a Mobile Strike offer.

Tapjoy has not incorrectly stated the issue. The user did not provide the required valid proof of completion, and was awarded as a one-time exception due to the time taken to resolve their issue. The Revdex.com complaint had no bearing on our determination, nor will they be awarded for an offer again without providing valid proof of completion.

I see that this user took 3 non-rewarded offers. Unfortunately, we do provide non-rewarded offers and this is just an opportunity for the user to engage with our Advertisers. However, users are able to retrieve free gold or currency within the app but not every single offer we provide is an awarded offer.

I DID make the purchase with my iphone to Vista Shops through the Tapjoy offer. I'm in complete disbelief that I've had to jump through so many hoops to prove this and still the issue isn't resolved. I'm contacting the administration of the game 'Kill Shot' to let them know this matter hasn't be resolved even after filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. If I do not receive the 801 gold I earned I will make certain to submit a forum on the game that I was wasn't treated fairly and was robbed by Tapjoy.

As previously stated, the Advertiser determined this user ineligible as they did not place the order through Tapjoy’s link. A user can submit a ticket for any offer they have clicked-on, but this does not mean they are eligible for reward. If they would like to refute this determination, they will need to reach out to [redacted] and request they re-evaluate their determination. If the Advertiser changes their determination, we can then award their device the missing currency.
