with the Advertiser and credit their device. If it is a 'call' offer, the Advertiser requires the mobile # used to complete the offer to determine eligibility. Our other offers require the user provide the proof of confirmation email received after successfully completing the offer. We do not request proof including personal information such as a password. We show this user has submitted a total of 20 tickets via two email addresses. 6 of these ticket are not submitted for an offer, but have multiple screenshots attached. The other 14 are tickets submitted for offers the user was seeking credit for. When the user submits a ticket for an offer we respond requesting the required proof/information. The user needs to simply respond with this information and are not given a new ticket number with each response to their ticket. This user has been awarded for the 'Get Your Free Credit Score Instantly!', 'Get Your Credit Score 100% Free! No Credit Card Required', 'Need Auto Insurance? Fill out a mobile quote!', 'Save $100's on Auto Insurance. Call Now to Get Quotes! ', 'Enter to Win a Samsung Galaxy S6 Today!', 'Complete A Car Insurance Quote NOW!', and 'Taichi Panda' offers. The user was not rewarded for 5 'call' offers as the Advertiser determined that the user did not complete those offers as per the instructions. Calling the number does not ensure eligibility. The user must speak to the representative and receive the required information or quote as per the offer instructions to be eligible for reward. The remaining tickets were "Closed No Response" as the requested proof/information was not provided.

This customer submitted tickets for offers other than the 'Download Game of War & Upgrade Stronghold to Level 5!' offer the customer is referring to, thus these were handled/responded by our automated system. Had the customer submitted a ticket...
for the correct offer they would have received proper correspondence/help for that offer. This customer's device has now been awarded for the 'Download Game of War & Upgrade Stronghold to Level 5!' offer.

provide valid proof of completion, which is used to verify eligibility. Ticket [redacted] was submitted 1/12/16 for the 'Gala Bingo - Spend £5 and play!' offer. We responded 1/13/16 requesting the required proof. The customer then responded 4x, each time moving their ticket/issue to the bottom of the queue (Tapjoy works oldest tickets first). The proof was accepted and sent to the Advertiser 1/19/16 to confirm eligibility, and the customer was advised a determination may take up to 5 business days. We have heard back from the Advertiser today, and the customer's device will be awarded for the 'Gala Bingo - Spend £5 and play!' offer.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We have looked into this and found there has been a technical glitch in Walking Dead: Road to Survival, showing the incorrect currency amount on the second page of the offer. The good news is...
the customer is awarded the correct/higher amount of currency when the offer is awarded. We are currently looking into how to resolve this issue, and apologize for the inconvenience and misinformation.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I haven't had access to any offers via the company's service since shortly after my first complaint was sent to the business. If I wasn't in fact banned then my access has been so severely restricted that there is no practical distinction from being banned.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2015/06/18) */
As stated previously, this user has not been banned and has been taking Tapjoy's offers as recent as today, 6/18/15.

Partial access was restored to my account on June 17, over two weeks after submitting this complaint, but I still don't have the same level of access as previously.
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:TTapjoy does not respond to all tickets, as evident not only by my complaint, but the numerous other complaints I have read from not only the Revdex.com, but other forums about how Tapjoy does not take care of requests. And yes, you did just take care of a new request. Amazingly, ever since my complaint, you have begun taking care of all my requests in a timely manner, unlike the 3 month time frame it took to drain blood on the previous requests. The thousands of complaints on your company speak for itself, so please don't blow smoke and right out lie about your interactions. As I said before, just do the right thing, not by me, but by all your customers.Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: TapJoy is lying about there being confirmation when the requirements are complete because there NEVER has been. The offers proceed directly to the SPAM requirements that then result in SPAM emails and Telemarketer Phone Calls. TapJoy is thus lying for this has ALWAYS been the case for hundreds of TapJoy users and it always results in NO CONFIRMATION within the offers. If TapJoy wants to continue to lie directly through their teeth, they should be shutdown once and for all for they don't deserve to exist whatsoever for they rather lie to their users and not give out the rewards that they owe and continue with this lying scheme of theirs instead of doing the right thing and giving out the rewards they owe many people; not just myself.Sincerely,[redacted]

This customer submitted their ticket (XXXXXXXX), and then responded 5x, each time moving their ticket/issue to the bottom of the queue (Tapjoy works oldest tickets first). We apologize for the delay, and will investigate the missing currency...

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I responded 5 times because it took them a month to answer, and when they finally responded, they did not credit me with the full amount, and just offered a half hearted apology for their screw up. They are still a couple hundred shy on the currency, and have made no attempt to make it right by acknowledging their error and trying to make it right for all the trouble I went through to resolve it.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2016/01/06) */
Our system awards the customer based on the last time the offer was clicked-on. The offer was completed 11/20/15 during a 1.25x currency sale. As the customer last clicked on the offer 12/18/15, the customer was awarded based on the currency amount at that time. We have since awarded the user an additional 202 Coins due to the 1.25x currency sale when the offer was taken.

Tapjoy does not offer telephone support. This user was given incorrect information by our CS Agent, and we are working to ensure this does not happen again. This user should never have been told they were ineligible "because version required for...
this offer was for free and you have taken paid version", as this is incorrect. This user is indeed eligible for reward and their device will be credited for the 'Start your taxes FREE with TurboTax Online Federal Edition!' offer today. We apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 8, 2015/05/18) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Thank you for the response. While I feel it is slightly dubious that the issue was a simple mistake, I believe the response is fair & acceptable.
Thank you to the Revdex.com for acting as an intermediary. You are heroes.
Tapjoy's offers are owned by third-party Advertisers. If a user is not awarded after successfully completing an offer as per the instructions, we must confirm eligibility before we can credit their device. Ticket [redacted] was submitted 7/25/17 for the 'Earn $10 FREE by Watching Video, Taking...
Surveys and More!' offer. This was escalated to the Advertiser to verify eligibility 7/28/17 after the user provided the requested proof of completion. Their device was awarded 8/4/17 with 50951 Diamonds in Design Home after the Advertiser confirmed the user eligible for reward.
What the user has stated is incorrect. They were denied for one reason: they did not complete the offer through Tapjoy. They clicked on the ‘3 FREE Energy Shots from TUBE SHOT! Just pay $1 S&H!’ offer 5/4/17 & 5/7/17. The proof provided showed they signed-up 5/9/17. This means they did not sign-up through Tapjoy. When the agent was referring to the 24 hour threshold, they were stating the click dates do not match the proof date - we apologize for any confusion.
Tapjoy's offers are owned by third-party Advertisers. If a customer is not awarded after successfully completing an offer as per the instructions, we must confirm eligibility before we can credit their device. Ticket [redacted] for the 'Install and Register for [redacted]!' offer was determined...
ineligible for reward as their DeviceID has not installed [redacted].
Tapjoy is not trying to get out of paying Diamonds whenever we can. As our offers are owned by third-party Advertisers, if not awarded we must confirm eligibility before we can credit their device. If their device has already been awarded for an offer, they will need to contact the application’s publisher for assistance.
This customer was awarded for the 'Unlimited eBooks on any device. Start your FREE trial!' offer with 320 Coins in The Walking Dead 3/30/16. We apologize for the delay in resolution to their issue.
Tapjoy's offers are owned by third-party Advertisers. If a customer is not awarded after successfully completing an offer as per the instructions, we must confirm eligibility before we can credit their device. Ticket [redacted] was submitted for the 'Subscribe to [redacted] and Save 25% Today!'...
offer, but was not awarded as valid proof of completion was not provided. Due to the time taken, we have awarded the user's device with the proof provided as an exception. Ticket [redacted] - awarded 6793 Diamonds in Covet Fashion: The Game for Shopping & Dress-Up 5/11/17 for the 'Try OrangoTV with 300+ channels for 3 days for only $4' offer. We apologize for the time taken to resolve their issues.

This users rewards were blocked by our Risk Management system. This user was warned for violating our Terms of Service 1/10/2015, and we then forced/rewarded their blocked rewards. This users rewards were again blocked by our Risk Management...
system, and they were then banned from using Tapjoy's services 4/22/2015 as they continued to violate our TOS.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/04/30) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
On X-XX-XX tapjoy made me aware that resetting the advertising identifier would cause issues and was against their terms of service. I accepted this explanation and ceased to utilize this option which is part of apples iOS advertising privacy settings. Since I never used this setting option again, I can only assume after updating to iOS 8.3 tapjoys department seen this as a reset to the setting mentioned, yet I highly doubt this is the case. I still believe they suspended me because of the amount of non payed offers I submitted help for, since I never breached there terms of service after I was made aware of that fact from tapjoy in January. It was only used in the first place because of the vast amount of issues with the service they provide. Ultimately I just wanted it to work as advertised, and I was not gonna just let what they owed me fall by the wayside, so I wrote a ticket every time, for every offer they didn't pay out on. I then realized from the interaction or lack there of, of customer service, what horrible business practices they have, and how they had no intention on reimbursing me on the larger offers, and only the small offers if at all. Even then they would give me a smaller amount then what was originally specified. Instead of working with me or having any dialogue, they ignored and furnished vague excuses. They need to be accountable for the offers they don't pay out, since they are being paid money by the advertisers. I emplore tapjoy to explain specifically what the issue is, and not the same "violation of terms of service" explanation. This lack of transparency adds to the sketchiness of this business
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/05/08) */
This user was banned from using Tapjoy's services 4/22/15 for the sole reason of violating our Terms of Service again, after being previously warned 1/10/15.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2015/05/13) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Tapjoy is incorrect in its accusation that I violated terms of service. Nor does Tapjoy explain what the violation was, I can only speculate. They have given the same vague response, with nothing new or tangible in the way of information as to what the violation was. I am being falsely accused and request an investigation into tapjoys business practices.
