I was 100% pleased with the excellent roofing work and customer service provided by Tarrant Roofing. They replaced my roof and gutters that received damage from a recent hail storm. Of particular note was the professionalism and customer care provided by Michelle B. As the sales agent and project manager for my repair, she stayed on top of every aspect of the job and made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. This was noteworthy because the whole time we were plagued by bad weather. She made sure we were advised of any issues and worked with all the subs to make sure everything was completed as soon as possible. She coordinated with my insurance company and made the process as painless as possible. Thanks again Michelle and Tarrant Roofing!

After doing some due diligence I chose Tarrant Roofing to replace my roof. My original 14 year roof was a mess after all the hail storms over that time and I was losing shingles in any kind of breeze or wind.
The face of Tarrant Roofing for me was Michelle B. and she was awesome. I had much anxiety with this project and she was great answering all my questions and working with my insurance. She continued to follow up and ensure everything was taken care of.

Tarrant Roofing finished our new roof the end of August and we are very pleased with the professionalism and communication of Greg S. Greg was our representative and project manager through the whole project and was physically checking the job everyday. We had estimates from 3 other roofing companies and decided to go with Tarrant Roofing even though their estimate was a little higher. Their reputation in the industry gave us trust in the value.
Greg was helpful in giving us samples and helped educate us on the different types of roofs that we had to choose from. He was able to give us some homes where the roof we chose were complete and we could see the finished product. We upgraded our roof to a DaVinci Bellaforte Shake and love the new look. We've received numerous compliments from our neighbors for the high end look. Because it's a Class 4 roofing material it will help reduce our insurance costs and utility bills.
The workmen that were on the job for 4 days were polite, respectful and always courteous. They responded to our questions and kept us informed. Juan was their project manager and followed through with each task. The crew cleaned the area each day and were easy to work with. We are very pleased with our choice of Tarrant Roofing.

Recently we had our roof replaced by Tarrant Roofing. We worked directly with Bryce G. who we found to be a very nice but more importantly knowledgeable guy. We had three estimates and found Tarrant to be the best in between all of them. They had financing options (0% to 18 months) which was convenient for us. They are just big enough as a company that I was comfortable paying a little more than the lowest estimate because I have the confidence of knowing they'll be around and easy enough to deal with in the future if any problems arise. They also have crews that are doing this day in and day out and are accustomed to the labor. So far I don't foresee any issues. The quality of the work was great and the drip edge matched our paint very well. Bryce did all he could to make sure that everything went smooth from beginning to end. The crew did an excellent job and the details were not ignored. Materials were estimated correctly and dropped off the day before and the crew was done in about 10-12 hours. Thank you Bryce and everyone at Tarrant Roofing. With all the rain we've had recently we've been able to sleep peacefully knowing our dwelling is protected.

We had a new roof installed by Tarrant roofing and the whole process has been smooth and professional. Recently I had to call them back for a leak around my chimney and they came when they said they would, worked through a rain storm and began repairs. For me, the customer service has been exceptional and they have kept me informed along the way. If they would tell me that they would show up at a certain time they were there even in a storm. I would recommend them!

These guys did our roof. These guys are top shelf...David L. handled our claim, did out roof and did an excellent job and followed through on everything. I highly recommend these guys if you want the job done right. Extremely professional, covered my plants, cleaned up and the crew of workers where kind and respectful...more companies need to do business like these guys.

Tarrant Roofing finished replacing our old roof about a week ago and we could not be more pleased with the results. Our old roof was about 15 years old and had a good bit of hail damage. Scott happened to be in the neighborhood and completed a free inspection. Scott worked with our insurance company for roof replacement on our home, storage building, as well as complete gutter replacement. We had some minor foundation work done earlier and expressed our concern about moving water away from the foundation. The company doing the gutters did a fantastic job and added the recommended gutter downspout extensions, per our foundation company, as well as some leaf screens. The work was completed in a day and the roof crew was courteous and well supervised and know what they were doing. After the roof was completed and inspection was done of our attic, water heater vents, and furnace connections. We couldn't be happier with the work and professionalism shown by Tarrant Roofing. They have been in business a long time and that was a plus. A job well done!

In June or August of 2016 my roof was replaced by Tarrant Roofing. In October the valley area of my garage leaked. Bo sent someone out but they could not find the leak. We went through all of 2017 with the roof leaking off and on, sometimes a heavy rain, sometimes a light rain. I did not contact the roofers because with the service I had in 2016 with this issue I figured whats the use. It probably leaked in 2017 less than 2 dozen times.
Now in 2018 its still an off and on thing but, in April I contacted Tarrant Roofing again. Finally someone came out but, still couldn't make it leak.
On 8-10 & 8-11 the rain poured in. On 8-13 it rain again heavy but no leak. Calling and asking to have someone contact my wife has brought no response. The only solution to fixing the problem another roofer has told me is to re-roof the garage paying close attention to the valley. I'd tell Tarrant roofing that but, they have not contacted me.

Scott, Wes and the crew did a great job of roofing our home last week. We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend them. Some of our gutters were slightly damaged and they replaced them at no charge to us and did it very quickly. If you need a roof inspection don't hesitate to call them. They get 5 stars from us!!

From the time we were contacted by the Tarrant Roofer inspector until the entire roofing contractor crew left after completing the job we were extremely impressed. Judy was very professional but we quickly felt like we were being personally taken care of. She was very knowledgeable and had our best interests as first priority. We absolutely love our new roof. Our neighbors were also impressed at how clean the yard was left. Several people have commented that they would like a card so they could contact Tarrant Roofing in the future.

Process was very quick, they showed up on time as we were leaving for work and by the time we arrived back home we had a brand new roof. Cj was great to work with throughout the process and he was very helpful when it came to choosing a color as well. The shingles that were chose look great and changes the entire look of the house.

I had my roof done by Tarrant Roofing after a hail storm. Steve M was the contractor who came out to inspect my roof. He was accommodating and able to meet with my insurance adjuster even in short notice scheduling changes. The work was completed in less than 4 hours after they began. I hope not to have damage again but if I do, Steve M with Tarrant Roofing will be he man I call.

Our new roof bye Tarrant Roofing looks phenomenal. CJ M and his crew made the whole process completely painless. CJ came out and gave us a quote the same day we called and answered all our questions, he even suggested a color change and I’m so thankful he did. What a world of difference changing your shingle color can do for looks. Overall it was the greatest experience I’ve had with any contractor and would not hesitate to recommend Tarrant Roofing to anyone I know.

After an in-depth research of several roofing companies, we selected Tarrant Roofing, due to the excellent online ratings, positive reviews from previous customers, seeing the quality work and the information provided from the initial contact at our free roof inspection.
They recently did a total roof replacement for us. It was a great experience working with the Sales Manager, who is organized, reliable and very knowledgeable in the profession. He has excellent communication by explaining the process from beginning to end, detail-oriented to the time the work would begin, materials delivered and type of materials, to the process of the cleanup. Let me acknowledge his patience as well… His prompt responses to our many, many, many questions are appreciated.
Although we were at work the day of the install, he kept us informed through calls and texts of several photos of the progress from beginning to completion. Overall, impressive experience and we highly recommend Tarrant Roofing. Job well done!
