If you are like us and dread the thought of calling contractors to do work at your home because you aren’t exactly sure what you are going to get, boy do I have a recommendation for you!!

Andrew K. from Tarrant Roofing noticed some shingles that were missing and left a note on the door that he would be happy to do a free inspection for us and if need be, be on site to assist us with our insurance inspection and subsequent claims process. We called Andrew K. on a Wednesday afternoon, he met our insurance adjuster that Friday and by the following Monday morning, his guys had the roof off and replaced in one day. He was on site with his crew the whole day making sure things went smoothly. I would highly recommend Andrew K. to anyone. Also, our yard is so clean.... they were very diligent about their trash removal!

My experience with Zena has been great! She is very friendly and has stayed on top on my roofing project through the whole process. Her communication skills are awesome! She walks you through everything you need to know! I would work with her again for sure!

We enjoyed working with this company to install a new roof and new gutters. It was a seamless experience from beginning to end between our insurance company and Tarrant Roofing. Joseph ***, our Tarrant Roofing project manager, was very professional, friendly and meticulous with every detail. He visited frequently to make sure the contractors they used for the roof, guttering and painting completed the job according to the specifications for which we contracted. We referred our next-door neighbor to Tarrant Roofing and they are now getting a new roof, too.

I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the work done by the Tarrant Roofing team following the hail storm we had last spring. The team replaced my roof with an upgraded impact resistant shingle. The appearance of the roof with the upgraded shingle has actually led to two separate individuals stopping to ask me who did my roof and the brand/shingle type. The team was and continues to be very responsive to any request. I would like to single out Aaron D, my sales and supervisory contact, and Gloria, the inhouse service contact, for being exceptionally professional and responsive.

Natalie J of Tarrant Roofing was wonderful to work with. She willingly worked with my schedule and was always on time for all appointments. The inspection was thorough, including a review of the pictures they took of their findings.
They contacted my insurance company, assisted with opening a claim, and met with the insurance adjuster, always working with everyone’s schedule. The product was delivered the evening before the work was to begin, and Natalie took inventory to insure everything was there for the morning start.
From beginning to end it was a smooth process, as Natalie answered all my questions and helped to step me through the process. She stayed on the job until it was finished, which was done on time, and in one day. After the job was complete, Natalie did an extra inspection of the property, ensuring that no nails or scraps were left in my yard and made sure that I was completely satisfied. Tarrant roofing came to our Residence and they done a free roof inspection . They noticed that the roof had been damaged from a prior hail storm they helped us file out all the Necessary paperwork to get the roof repaired and get the work started as soon as possible..Their crew done an awesome job everything with according to plan and it was all completed in one day..I wish everything was that easy thanks Kelsie And Dean

2 weeks ago, ***, knocked on my door asking to take a look and give me a free inspection of my roof. I told him we had just received a denial from our homeowner’s insurance and was encouraged by them to “pray for a big storm to come and just wipe it out”. *** persisted and HE contacted my insurance with pictures of the obvious damage and wear of the roof and started another claim. He and his wife came to the insurance’s re-inspection appointment and were INSTRUMENTAL in our approval!! They were diligent in staying in contact with me through the entire process, choosing shingle and gutter colors, and making sure everything was taken care of! We are getting our new roof TODAY and it’s COLD! *** has been by three times today checking on the installation team and checking on us to see if we had any concerns or questions. I have NEVER HAD SUCH A PLEASANT AND HEADACHE FREE EXPERIENCE!! I will use this company, and ESPECIALLY *** AND HIS WIFE, for any and all roofing needs in the future!
