We met Andrew S.; a rep. of Tarrant Roofing, and were impressed with his knowledge, and professionalism! He was also very courteous, and respectful. We understood how everything would come together, and when. The crew came out on time, and completed the work in one day! We would recommend Tarrant Roofing to any of our friends, and family!

Steve from Tarrant Roofing was excellent. He did all the legwork needed to get my roof, gutters, and back yard shed replaced after it got damaged by hail. I strongly suggest working with him because he really does try to look out for you and get you the most you can get. He's also funny which automatically gets you points.

Last month we had our roof replaced, the old one was 15 years old and showing damage from hail. We also had some interior damage around a window from leakage. Tarrant Roofing handled everything extremely well including interfacing with State Farm, handling the repair of the roof, interior damage around window including painting and restoration of the interior surfaces, and removal and replacement of the gutters (which also had hail damage). The man who managed the entire operation for Tarrant Roofing was Carlos O. He scheduled everything - and did it very professionally. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with choosing Tarrant Roofing.

My experience with Tarrant Roofing, represented by Steven T, was positive from beginning to end. Steven showed consistent support and reliability throughout a lengthy process with my insurance company and inspections. Steven’s knowledge was invaluable, and his communication and attention to detail from beginning to end were greatly appreciated. The roof is beautiful, and I have confidence in the work completed. I was very impressed with the quality of work and materials used. Everything was as promised due to Specialist Steven T. who was there every step of the installation. He addressed all of my concerns and went beyond what was required of him and made the whole experience positive.

Tarrant Roofing did an excellent job with our roof replacement. Much of the credit goes to Steven T. Steven was never pushy and I believe always had our best interests at heart. Other than requesting our insurance to send out an adjuster, I only had to work with Steven. He handled anything we did or did not want to do from the insurance settlement. He coordinated all work which included items in addition to strictly roof replacement (e.g. gutter replacement, fence work, etc.). I did not have to find these other sub-contractors and Tarrant Roofing guaranteed their work. That saved me a great deal of time. Steven made multiple trips to our home to make sure we picked out the colors we liked, the materials arrived properly, and the work was done to our satisfaction. He also patiently answered my many questions, even getting other experts at Tarrant Roofing on the phone until I was comfortable with the explanation.

I have not worked as much with the rest of the company as with Steven, but I believe it takes a good organization to find and retain good people. I certainly will recommend Tarrant Roofing if I am asked.

I can’t say enough about Joseph V, He is one Great Guy. We first met when my neighbor was having their roof replaced, he came over and introduced himself, explained to me what their schedule was, and insured me we wouldn’t need to worry about trash or nails during the install. During the install, he was out several times inspecting the work, checking for trash, and even ran the magnet over onto our property to our driveway.
I reached out to Joseph several weeks later for some help on a home I was purchasing. He took the bull by the horns, dealt with both listing agents, the seller, and Allstate to get our new home re-roofed before closing in a week. Allstate gave him a battle, but Joseph prevailed helping both us and the seller. He then informed me about the 50 year shingle which would pay for itself thru my insurance savings in a couple of years…..Joseph was just AWESOME!!!
I myself being in new home construction for the past 30 plus years, working for the largest plumbing company in the state, I wish there were more people like Joseph in the industry, full of life, reliable, responsive, communicative, and HONEST.
Tarrant Roofing is very fortunate to have guy like Joseph V working for them.

My insurance company of nearly 20 years denied my claim for hail damage to the roof of my house, twice. Danny and Ryan encouraged me to persevere. They guided me through the process and explained everything to me step by step. When I was able to get another adjuster to do an inspection, Ryan was right there with him to point out all of the damage. With the more detailed report and pictures they submitted, along with some other additional information, the insurance company revised their decision and agreed to pay for the roof. I could not have done it without their help! If you're looking for the cheapest estimate, this may not be the company for you. If you're looking for a company that is very knowledgeable about the intricacies regarding insurance, provides excellent quality workmanship and are great customer advocates, I would highly recommend Tarrant Roofing.

Tarrant Roofing recently installed a new roof on my home, repaired water damage in my garage, replaced gutters and repaired part of my fence. Steven T, the sales associate with Tarrant Roofing, coordinated all of these activities. Steven was very diligent in ensuring all of the jobs were completed correctly and to my satisfaction. He stopped by the house during the evenings and on the weekend to inspect the work and answer any questions. It was clear to me that Steven’s goal was to ensure I was completely satisfied with the final work product. His actions exemplified an excellent level of customer service. Beautiful experience and excellent job!. From start to finish of the job, Saron with Tarrant Roofing provided a detailed plan of the process. Each step was executed flawlessly, and the roof was replaced in 1 day. Cleanup was meticulous, and all my additional requests completed. It is very hard to find good customer service these day, but I can truly say Saron and Tarrant Roofing proved that it still exists.

Saron with Tarrant Roofing was in the area and stopped by our home while I was mowing the yard and asked if she could inspect our roof from a recent storm. I agreed and while I was finishing mowing she completed her inspection, taking multiple pictures of damage to the roof and gutters. We invited her in and she went over our policy and asked if we would like to make a claim. She called our insurance company, filed the claim and went over all the paperwork with us. She scheduled to meet the adjuster so neither my wife or I had to take off work to be here. The insurance company agreed to pay for a new roof, new gutters and the top of my shed in our backyard. Saron handled everything for us. The roofers came out a week later, completed the job in one day and left the yard as if they had never been there. The same can be said with the gutters and the top of my shed. They did a fabulous job and we couldn’t be more pleased. Saron is extremely professional, very personable and made sure that everything she told us was completed as was promised. I’ve referred Tarrant Roofing and Saron to several of our friends and will continue to do so. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.

We had a great experience with Tarrant Roofing and their sales rep Andrew K. We had a hailstorm and called them to check out our roof, and we did have a lot of damage. What impressed us was we referred him to 3 other friends and after inspecting their roofs, he told them they did not have any damage. I've heard of many companies who would take advantage of the homeowner and tell them otherwise. That is integrity! The job was completed in one day and Andrew stayed with the crew the entire time making sure everything went like it should. And they cleaned up so good afterwards you couldn't even tell they had been here. It's a comfort working with a company of integrity who cares about the client.. We would highly recommend Tarrant Roofing for your roofing needs.
