I was very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism provided by Tarrant Roofing. Initially I had met with Andrew K. from Tarrant Roofing to discuss his assessment of the damaged roof and what his company could provide to improve the efficiency and durability. Andrew made several suggestions to improve the venting and elaborated on the difference of shingle quality, weight and durability by manufacturer. Andrew also indicated that he'd be available to meet with my Insurance representative upon their arrival at my home for the roof inspection/appraisal to ensure that all damages to the home were identified to include gutters, down-spouts and window screens. (Note: This was very beneficial as the Insurance representative initially overlooked multiple areas of damage that Andrew later brought to their attention and added to the damage claim). After the claim was approved Andrew reviewed our shingle selection, type/color of vents to be installed, type of ridge work and provided scheduling for the roof replacement, material delivery, and gutter replacement. Scheduling was very accurate and the roof was replaced in one day, with the gutter installation occurring the next day. Workers on site were very polite and Andrew had contacted our neighbors prior to the work commencing to notify them of the upcoming activity. After completion, a walk-around inspection was conducted to ensure complete satisfaction, to include multiple trips around the house by employees with magnets to ensure that all nails were removed from the yard and driveway. The work performed was very good and the quality of their materials is top grade. After final payment processing a Warranty packet is provided to guarantee their product and workmanship.

Expectations for roofers, like many contractors, is simple and quite low - generally do what you say you will do, hopefully complete the job less than a month late and try to stay less than 20% over budget. Oh, and do a good job that lasts. My experience with Tarrant Roofing (Joseph and Christy) well exceeded that bar. They were extremely professional and very customer oriented; and the job was done exactly as promised - on time, on budget and the workmanship looks very good. Joseph and Christy made frequent stops during the install to check on the progress, and even went the extra mile to come out and use their own magnate to clean up any remaining nails and staples. They take pride in the project as if it is their own home. They made the project seamless and simple. As for a good job that last a long time, that will still have to be seen as they just installed the roof yesterday, but based on my experience so far I anticipate no issues, and if there were to be any, I believe they will be handled.

I just want to sat thank you Wesley from Tarrant Roofing. You guys have to be one of the best roofers out there in market. You went above and beyond on making the process as painless as possible. Even dealing with the insurance company which are a handful. Your guys did a great job on the roof and in in little time. My house looks amazing!

No Complaints here. Only good. David L's team is positive to me. Upon calling Tarrant roofing, David responded quickly, he was out the next day to look at roof. After getting materials, the crew finished my roof in one day. It looks great. No problems. Very efficient, quick, and professional. Thank You.

He is responsive and he's earned my trust. He proactively introduced himself to my neighbors to ensure his work would not interfere with their respective properties or overall environment (noise, hours worked, etc). I just wanted to thank Tarrant Roofing for a job well done. Natalie and her team were very professional and not only does it look fantastic,they went a step above by contacting our neighbors to alert them they would be working today and that should any litter get into their yards they should let them know. I was impressed by that. I also love my flower garden and they carefully covered things and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks, Natalie! Had CJ M come out and give me a free roof inspection. CJ did his inspection showed me multiple areas where hail damage was located on the roof and gutters. He got with our insurance company and got roof and gutters replaced. Quick and simple. Hardest part was picking color of shingles and gutters! Thanks CJ and Tarrant Roofing!!

We recently had a new roof installed on our home. We looked at several roofing companies, and selected Tarrant Roofing. The experience, the company, and our contractor were superb! From the initial evaluation of our roof, to completion, every aspect of the process was very professional, yet there was a constant feeling they really cared; they knew what they were doing, and they really cared about our house. The large crew was highly experienced and thoroughly well managed. Every person really knew their job, and did it well. Their attention to detail was extraordinary. Above all else was the remarkable effort by Judy H. She led the team as a real professional, but her management of the team was positive, decisive, and thorough. She completely understood every step of the process. She actually sat with us when we filed our claim, plus she and a colleague (Raoul) were present when the insurance claim evaluator inspected our roof. She was personally involved during the entire installation. Judy cared for our house like it was her house. Another colleague, Joseph, came by our house during the installation. It was very nice to observe the mutual respect and cooperation they shared. They spoke highly of the company owner and are totally committed to excellence for him and the Company. Excellent experience.

Zena and Steven stopped by my house one day and offered to inspect my roof for hail damage free of charge. My roof was getting pretty old and I was aware that it probably should be replaced so I gave them permission to inspect it. Sure enough, it had hail damage and they offered to submit a claim to my insurance company. I've been a homeowner in the DFW area for over 35 years and had always used a different company when I needed a new roof, most recently a few years ago at a rental property. These 2 individuals were so nice though that I decided to let them file the insurance claim. When the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof Zena and Steven met him here to make sure he saw everything that they had found. This resulted in me getting a better settlement from my insurance. Thank you Zena and Steven. 20 years ago I had done an addition on my house which more than doubled it's original size. It is a one story house and the addition completely took away 2 of it's original sides. The roof was and still is a full hip style. On 2 sides of the roof, the addition left visible humps running about 30 feet where the original hips had been and an additional 10 feet or so along the original top ridge. I was always unhappy with the appearance and asked Zena and Steven if that could be corrected. They assured me that their installers could do it. This was a big factor in my decision to hire Tarrant Roofing for the job. After all, the company I had been using for the last 35 years were the ones that had created the problem in the first place. Sure enough, Tarrant Roofing fixed it and my roof no longer has that unsightly problem. I watched how it was done and am impressed with what they did. I do not expect that the problem will ever return either. Now there is no visible sign that this house was ever added onto. The value of that fix is so important to me and Tarrant Roofing did not charge me anything to do it. I'm extremely pleased with everything from start to finish how good they were to work with. My brother-in-law has been a roofing contractor in Oklahoma for a very long time. I turn to him for advice and guidance for my roofing needs. Tarrant Roofing gave me everything I asked for in product selection and installation techniques and did so while staying within the budget I gave them. No hidden charges at the end either, the agreed upon price was all I paid. A big shout out goes to Russ W, the sales manager, for helping me with all of that. As far as the actual installation Tarrant Roofing sent their best crew to do my job. Ask for Billy's crew. He had 8 men working for him plus himself and they finished this very large roof (65+ squares and 350 feet of hips and ridges) in just one day including the cleanup of the debris. They did an outstanding job on all of it. They were all friendly, easy to talk to, knew what they were doing, and took pride in making sure it was all done correctly. There were 2 places where the decking had rotted due to leaks caused by improper previous roofing installation. The rotted decking was replaced and the cause of the problem corrected to prevent it from happening again. One of these was the flashing around a skylight. That had been done incorrectly when the house was new and it had been reroofed twice since then. Billy's crew was the first to care enough to go back and install new flashing and do it correctly. Problem solved. His crew did several things like that to prevent potential future problems. Zena also did a great job of keeping me informed and staying on top of everything along the way to make sure it all went smoothly and was done in a timely manner. Top notch installers, top notch lead person, top notch roofing contractor, head and heels better than who I've been using all these years. I've now got a new roofer to serve all my future needs and that company is Tarrant Roofing!
