I BOUGHT 2 T-SHIRTS AND JACKET BACK IN JANUARY OF 2019. IT IS NOW MARCH OF 2020 AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING. T. AT THIS POINT I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I ordered two shirts from Tee Dot Apparel in April 19, 2019 (Order # ***). About 6 weeks later, I received an email from the company with an update regarding my order. It informed me that the warehouse was experiencing delays and that my order would be shipped "AS SOON AS POSSIBLE." (their emphasis). In July 2019, I emailed their support email inquiring about my order and received a reply that the warehouse staff were instructed to "expedite the process." In October 2019, I emailed the company requesting that my order be cancelled and that I receive a refund. The company did not respond. I emailed again, and still no response. This seems to be the company's MO which is disappointing for customers who wanted to support a local business.

Desired Outcome

At this point I just want my money back and to warn others not to purchase from Tee Dot Apparel until this company gets its act together.

I ordered a jacket from teedot that was on sale on March 4, 2019. Their website said it would take longer for sale items to ship. In May I sent an email asking where my package was. They said the warehouse was backed up and I would be emailed when it sent. It is now Nov. 12 and I have not receive my jacket. I have sent countless emails and I no longer hear back from them. They continue to post advertisement on their *** about new products yet they havent even sent mine. ***. I sent them a DM and they also do not respond. I've paid for my jacket.

As per Teedot order will be shipped in 7-10 business days, max 20. I have emailed ***@teedot.ca on March 6, 13, 23, April 17, 20 regarding the status of my shipment.

On April 17, 22, I received replies from *** apologizing for the delay and that order will be shipped asap thus offered a $50 credit. Another email was received on May 29 again apologizing for the delay and order will be shipped ASAP.

I have then emailed Teedot again on June 12, 24, October 7. I also tried messaging them on *** on March 31 and April 8. However, I have never received any response ever since, and the order is still nowhere to be seen.

There's no address or phone number to be found, only a non-responsive email address.

I still see that they update posts on *** on a regular basis and still sending me emails regarding their promotions. Teedot Apparel is still operating and taking money from new purchases while not sending out orders they received money for.

. Please investigate and take legal actions if necessary. I seek to receive a refund of my order or receive the order that I paid for 8 months ago.

On February 2, 2019 I ordered a sweater online during a sale. Due to it being a massive sale there may be shipping delays. On April 21 I reached out to the company via email and got a reply the following day that it has been escalated and will be resolved shortly. Since that time I have reached several times via email and social media with no reply. I have even ran into someone who was having the same issue not receiving their products. I would like to get my sweater or a refund if it's not available.

Placed an order on April 21st of 2019. Order number is #*** Total was 415.00. I paid electronically and waited a month before I contacted the business. My email was replied on May 23 by "***" and she told me she would rush order with warehouse. Another month goes by, it's June 20. I contacted them again and they said the same thing. They'll rush order with warehouse and this time offered me a "50.00 off gift card". I have contacted them again on July 31st and August 6th both of which has not been replied.

Desired Outcome

Deliver the clothes I ordered or give me back a full refund. That's all I'm asking.

I placed an order on February 7, 2019. It has been well over 8 months and after a few email responses from TeeDot Support, they have stopped replying to my emails. None of my items were shipped and I'm out $70. They are not replying to me or shipping my items. I paid through credit card via ***.

On August 25, 2015 I submitted an online order through the company's website, teedot.ca. This order was for two sweaters, totalling $135.58. I received an email confirmation indicating that I can anticipate delivery of my items within 7-15 business days. Approximately 15 business days following my order, I emailed TeeDot and advised that it has been 15 business days and I have not received an order update, and I asked for the update on my order's status. I did not receive a response. Since then I have emailed their customer service and contacted them directly through ***. I have not received any response to my various communications. On October 4, 2019 I received an email advising that my order has been shipped. Tracking information is available for this item, however the tracking only indicates that an electronic shipping label has been created but that my order has not yet been received by ***. The date is now October 16, 2019 and there has been no further update to my tracking, and no response to my communications with the company.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of my order. This order was a birthday gift for a friend whose birthday was on September 8, 2019. The time to give her this gift has now since passed, and as such I no longer require these items.

On April 27, 2019 I had purchased a hoodie from Teedot Apparel for a total of $66.48. About 3 week so later I got Ann email stating that they had a delay in shipment due to backlog. It now October and I haven't heard anything since. I have sent several emails regarding my item and I have not heard anything back. I just want to get my money back. I purchased a sweater from TeeDot Apparel on Feb 26, 2019 for $32.16. I got an email saying the product will ship within 7-14days.
On March 26,2019 I emailed asking when I will receive it with no reply.
On April 1,2019 I emailed the company since they have no phone number to inquire as to where my purchase was and why it was taking so long. They replied with a generic email saying they are experiencing delays and products will be sent soon.
On April 25, 2019 I emailed requesting a refund, of which I never received a reply.
On May 10, 2019 I emailed again asking for a refund or I will go to *** to have them refund me. They did not reply.
July 16, 2019 I emailed again and received a generic email saying they are aware of the delays and will send shipments out soon. I replied and said I will be reporting them to the Revdex.com because I've read that there's thousands of customers who have no received their orders from this company. ***
July 17, 2019 They replied apologizing and offered a $50 credit or free shirt and will ship my order right away. I replied and said I would take the $50 credit and I would like to receive my initial order.
I have not received the credit or my order yet as of Oct 10, 2019.

Ideally, I'd like my sweater I ordered and a refund for what I paid for it ***. In the least, I'd like a refund of what I paid and the company shut down.

I placed an order with them on March 6, 2019. I've sent several emails to them asking for the goods. They have yet to respond to any of my emails and I have not received anything to date. Today is October 8, 2019. ***. Based on my experience I would not NEVER buy from this company ever again. My next step is to go to the Toronto police and press charges.

I have been a customer of TEEDOT APPAREL since early 2018 and encountered problems with this company IMMEDIATELY! From the 1st order I placed with them being late to arrive and I had to email back and forth constantly to make sure everything was on track. I did eventually receive all my orders, but as of AUG 23, 2019 things took a turn for the absolute WORST! I had placed an order on JUN 23 2018 using MY BANK CARD but received an email saying my payment went through via ***. After a very long back and forth consisting of 14 emails I received a store credit gift card code. I did use to gift card code to purchase another hoodie sweater (*** Hoodie Black Ã? 1 medium) on FEB 26, 2019(

I would like a direct REFUND to my bank account! I was previously asked if I wanted a store credit and that failed me so I want a FULL REFUND INCLUDING SHIPPING AND TAXES back into my bank account asap!

I actually noticed my forgotten order in June 2019 as I was updating my banking and email histories. Then I send them a few emails (both email listed, as well as the ZenDesk Customer service software) regarding this. Initially, some representatives did respond and wanted to "look into the details". I had said that it's been way too long, and especially without any follow up, and requested a refund. Then, after a series of back and forth emails (probably like 8-10), they finally said that they were issuing me a gift card, and my refund should be processed shortly. Then I waited ... for weeks. I began to try to contact them again in July, and then August, and now September, and there has been NO RESPONSE at all. What good is a gift card from a place that doesn't ship out their orders? that's like giving nothing to me.

I just want my refund back. I mean, I should get a choice of a product too after it's almost a year and I don't even want what I ordered anymore. but at the very least, I should get compensated for having to work soooo hard just to get a response from these horrible business people... all the times i've tried to reach them, and worried about what happens to my order and money. Yes, it's not a lot of money. so send it back!! it's not that much to you, but I have much more better use for it than for them to just take it like that.

I live in Toronto and I have been waiting over a month for a delivery. I have sent multiple emails with no response whatsoever. I've requested a refund and will be highly surprised if I ever receive one, or the sweater I ordered.

I purchased merchandise worth $100+ in june and it hasnt arrived. I have tried contacting the company multiple times via email and have had no luck in terms of receiving a response. I have also tried contacting them on social media. No response. I walked over to their address 404 Adelaide street store in Toronto only to find out that the store has been sold to a flower vendor.

I would like to either receive my product that i have ordered and if the order cannot be fulfilled would like to have my money credited back to me.

On Feb 29, 2019, I ordered online 4 *** sweaters from the site. The website indicates approximately 2 weeks for shipment. My *** was charged but nothing was sent. I emailed on March 9th to inquire about the status. By May, I haven't heard or received anything and emailed again to request to cancel and get a refund. They responded saying they were sorry for the delay, and would send it out ASAP. We went back and forth for a little while and on May 5th she said she spoke to the warehouse manager and will send my order next week. I emailed on Aug 24th asking where my order was, they did not reply. They really shouldn't charge the customer until they ship out the items. It's been 6 months. I was hoping to wear it in Feb/Mar when it was still cold, now summer has come and gone, and Fall is coming, and I still have no idea when i'll receive my order.

I would either like the items to be delivered before the end of September (i think 1 more month is very reasonable) OR, please just cancel the order and refund my money!

I ordered 4 sweaters from this online company. To this day I still haven't received anything that I ordered but they took the payment of $158.18. Over the course of March to August I have emailed this company about my order. They respond that due to high volumes it will be sent out soon. The last time I got a response was July. They told me to give them until the end of month and will give me a refund if they haven't delivered it. Now in August I have emailed them plenty of times and now I am not getting a response from them. They are not refunded me, giving me what I ordered and now not even responding back to me. ***. ***. They are taking money and not sending what people or I have ordered.

I purchased 2 sweaters almost a year ago. I have ememailed them over a dozen times and now they have ghosted me. They are not responding to emails. They will not issue me my refund. I am starting to get quite frustrated. I paid for a product and have been left with nothing.

On May 20, 2019 I purchased from their website $70.63 worth of merchandise. I have yet to receive my items. I have emailed the company and have not received a response. According to their terms and conditions New and out of stock items could take 20 business days to arrive. It's been almost 3 months.

At this point I would like a refund as they have bad business practices and are *** people's money and not giving merchandise.
