Placed order for two sweatshirts in May 8th 2019, with a notification that states that the product ships in 20 business days. After 30 days I emailed the company who stated I would get my product, after numerous emails back and fourth as of August 8th I still do not have my merchandise.

Completed an online purchase from teedot.ca (Order #***)for 4 items totalling $122.03 paid through ***. By September 6th, I received 2 of the items and 2 were missing. Emailed their customer support (ticket ***) and was given this response:

Hi ***,

We are so sorry about that. I will inform the team about this. I am sure this was unintentional.
How about if I issue a $100 STORE CREDIT that you may use to re-order the missing items? The amount should also be enough to cover the shipping fee.
If you agree to this option, you may e-mail us back with the new order number and I will make sure it is prioritized.

Please let me know if this works for you.

I agreed and completed a new order online (Order #***) on September 23rd, 2018 for five items totaling $115.83. I used the $100 credit they sent me and paid an additional $15.83 for the remaining balance through ***.

On October 22nd 2018 I contacted their customer support (request ***)to tell them I still hadn't received my items.

I received this response the next day:
Hi,

Our warehouse is experiencing delays on ALL orders due to high demand. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused.

Rest assured that your order is in line to be processed and we will do our best to have it shipped out as soon as possible.
It would be best if you can give us a deadline so we can notify the warehouse and escalate.

On November 27th 2018 I emailed them again that my order still hadn't arrived. On December 11th I got this email back:

Our apologies for the delay and late response. I already notify the warehouse on your given deadline and instructed them to deliver it as soon as possible.

On June 14th 2019 I emailed them again (request XXXXX)to tell them that the order from December still hadn't arrived. I then received the following response:

We're sorry for the delay and inconvenience we've caused. I will personally communicate with our warehouse manager regarding this matter.

I know this is long over due on our part, rest assured we are trying our best to deliver it as soon as possible.

On June 21, 2019 I emailed again to inquire about my order that had still not been delivered. No response.

On July 10th, 2019, I emailed again to inquire about my order that had still not been delivered. No response.

On August 2nd, 2019 I emailed again to inquire about my order that had still not been delivered. No response.

I placed a purchase online May 1 and my credit card was billed $42.75 immediately. Order ***. I requested a refund on June 23 and my request was not acknowledged. It has now been 89 days and I don't believe I'll ever get my order.

I ordered online two items from Teedot apparel on March 18, 2019. A "***" black hoodie in XL $49.99 and a "made in TO" sweater in medium $39.99. My order number is ***. I paid with my *** through the *** website receipt number XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. I have yet to receive my order. I sent an email to their ***@teedot.ca address on May 7, 2019 inquiring about the status of my order. They replied May 9th stating *** has escalated this matter to the warehouse for them to expedite the process. The warehouse is experiencing delays on all orders due to high demand. So I waited again patiently. They sent an email on May 30 that the warehouse is still experiencing delays and to continue to wait for my order. I emailed them once again on June 20 stating my frustration and disappointment in their process and business model as I have seen their advertisements of sales on social media. How do they advertise sales of items they can't ship?? I also asked them for an update or if I could get a refund. I have yet to receive a reply to this email (June 20). I sent a final email in July 14 stating I was escalating my complaint to the Revdex.com.

I ordered a sweatshirt in March and paid for expedited shipping. My order never came. I have emailed 14 times and 2 times they said their warehouse was backed up but it was coming. Now they have stopped responding.

I placed an order February 6th and paid $ 76.23 CAD with guest checkout by ***.
I tried to contact them more than 10 times by email.
I asked full refund since it has been 5 months from the original date of my order.
They keep sending me the same email to tell me that my order is in process. I just dont know where to take this matter and I am very frustrated.

I paid $20.79 for a tee shirt on December 31, 2018. It's not July 2, 2019 and I've been told multiple times after complaining that the t-shirt is either on it's way or being shipped soon. After over 6 months I still haven't received anything.

I placed an order on April 6th, order #*** after seeing an ad for discounts the website was having. I checked the delivery policy and it stated 7-10 business days. I ordered a discounted sweater. After checkout I see a message on the website stating the order will take longer to be shipped. I do not recall exactly the length of time indicated in the message but it was a matter of 2-3 weeks I believe. I emailed customer service on April 23rd to ask for an update, I received a very generic answer two days later that they are experiencing delays and it will ship as soon as possible. I emailed again on May 27th and requested to obtain a refund as I am starting to believe they never intend to ship the order. No response. I received an automated email on May 30th that they are experience delays and will ship as soon as possible. I requested again on that day to get a refund. No response. I emailed again on June 5th and advised that I believe this was *** and that I was starting have concerns related to the use of the personal info and credit card info they collect when we place these orders. They never responded to me.

I'd like a refund at this point. I do not wish to receive the sweater anymore as this was a terrible experience. All I want is my money back and a response from the business acknowledging my concerns.

I Placed an order on March 9 for a total of $54.76, payment method was *** order number *** I still have not received my 2 items which were a male and a female black sweatshirts.
I did get an email back on May 30 saying their warehouse is delayed and they will ship my order "as soon as possible" but that's it.
They have not responded to my numerous emails asking for my items.

I ordered items Teedot Apparel and they took my money but never sent me the items. I followed up with them several time and only got a reply one time and they said that the items would be coming but they never should up. Since I have followed up 5 times between March and April and the items still have not come and they will not reply to any of my outreach to them. The last date that I followed up was on April 22nd. The order number was #*** and the name of the person who replied to me once was ***, the purchase was the amount of $200 and I paid with my Credit Card and the money came off right away but I still have no items. This very disappointing as I always try to support small business but when they take my money with no execution its really upsetting. I would like the items or some type of communication as to what has happened.

On Mar 02/2019, I placed an order totalling $175.13CAD. My credit card was charged on the very same day of the order. Website indicates:Most orders ship within 7-10 business days (Not including delivery time) New and out of stock items can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive at your address. I received an email on Mar 05 from them indicating that my order is on the way and when I click on the link, it leads to *** tracking # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. *** update says: "Electronic information submitted by shipper. The shipper has created a shipping label for this item and has sent us electronic information. If no additional updates are showing in Track, it means we have not yet received the item. We will start tracking the item once we receive it." and to this date, it is the SAME update (after more than 3 months). I have sent an email on Mar 15 to follow up. They responded on Mar 18: "I already escalated this matter to the warehouse personnel and already instructed them to expedite the process. We are really sorry for the delay and inconvenience Our warehouse is experiencing delays on all orders due to high demand.Rest assured that we are doing our best to ship your order AS SOON AS POSSIBLE." I emailed again on Mar 23 to follow up and then another follow up on Mar 26 demanding a refund if they cannot fulfill my order. Received a response on April 03: "I know how frustrating this is for you, and believe me I feel the same way.We are still trying to deliver your order, its just that we encounter some problems with our supplies, and we're now on the process of getting back on track. Please understand, I know how hard my request is.But please still, give us a chance to fulfill your order.Thank you and we're really sorry for the inconvenience". Since then I went on a vacation. Came back and sent another follow up on May 08 and I have not received any response since then. Its been almost 4 months since they have charged me for the order of the clothing, prepared a shipping label to make me believe it is on its way but to this day, I have not received anything. When I log onto my account on their website https://teedot.ca, it says my order has been fulfilled on Mar 05 (same date when they created the shipping label). I don't care for the order anymore, I just want my refund and have no luck in getting anything back. I have ordered from them before on Feb 06/2018, my card was also charged right away, however, I did end up receiving it 3-4 weeks later (can't recall) but the *** tracking for that was XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX but too old to track the date. They have turned off all social media comments so I cannot use that avenue to complain.

After making a purchase online February 4, 2019 I was advised my order was being processed. I have since had numerous back and forth communication assuring me my order was being processed and would be sent. I was even promised by email that if my order was not sent out for shipping by May31, 2019 I would be refunded in full for the order. Since this date has come and passed I have not received a single response to any contact I have made to their support email address. I strongly believe *** they have no intentions of fulfilling their orders. However they continue to operate. I would like a full refund. It's not a lot of money however it's the principle and we try to support our community and local businesses.

About to dispute the purchase via my payment method.

On Feb 8, 2019, I ordered 2 shirts and 1 sweater costing a total of $64.40 through online at Teedot Apparel. I have paid in full for all items and I haven't received my orders up to now. I contacted them multiple times but they haven't been responsive.

Made a purchase at Teedot Apparel on january 2 2019.
been sending emails and I got 3 telling me that they have escalated the issue and that my order will be shipped as soon as possible, this was on Feb 12. On May 2 I got another email saying they are sorry and that I had a 50 dolar store credit to use, so kind of them, but shipping was to be payed again, so I declined it and said I wanted my order or the refund. and that was it. today is May 30 and still have nothing.

I ordered 3 snap back hats in August, 2018 for an event in September. I was first told there was a warehouse delay. I contacted the company regarding the event date and was told they would expedite the delivery. I did not receive the hats at which point I contacted the company again by email. I asked for a refund. They insisted I would receive the order.
Then I got an email from Teedot on Nov 27 stating the order had shipped. I waited for the order to arrive, but it never did. I assumed it got delayed again.
I have since contacted ***. They have no record of the shipment. I contaced Teedot again and now they are not responding to my emails.
Still no hats and no refund.

Desired Outcome

Since I ordered the hats for an event that happened last year, I would prefer a full refund of $118.63 I used *** for the transaction. If the hats were not in stock, they never should have accepted the order. It's that simple.

Jan 4, 2019, I purchased 3 t-shirts from the Teedot Apparel website. Payment was made (and funds taken) using my *** card. The amount was $33.71. 2x Medium-sized Citizen of Toronto t-shirt, 1x Large-sized Citizen of Toronto t-shirt. Each item was $6.99, plus $10.01 for shipping and $2.73 for HST.
