Very disappointed with my second order; placed my order and was charged for it in May 2018. I have only received it today 4 months after ordering and countless emails to customer service. The icing on the cake the order came missing one of the pieces! So who knows how long it will take to get sent this. This has been a nightmare with no end in site. The customer service has never explained properly why it has taken this long and their form of compensation has been to offer me a $50 store credit. This is a slap in the face given the length of time and numerous communications I have had to initiate. I hope your orders go smoother but I wouldn't hold put much hope.

Only after seeing this message on Revdex.com did they reply and I still have not received a tracking number for the sweatpants. After all this hassle a $50 store credit it unacceptable should have been $50 off my order. They have time to send out numerous emails a day about promotions but can't resp and nod within even 24 hours on customer requests.

I purchased items from Teedot apparel. The items were not the right size and contacted them via email. I returned the items to the address given to me by the representative that answered my email. I mailed the items and have received no communication, refund or exchange items. They only have an email address on their website and I've sent multiple emails with no response. The tracking number on the box shows it arrived at the specified location and was signed for. This has been an ongoing issue since March.

Desired Outcome

At this point I would like a refund for the items that have already received months ago.

Placed an order about a month ago. Nothing has been shipped or received yet. When order was placed, shipping time clearly stated between 7-10 days. Even if it takes extra time I understand, but it's been a month with no progress. Sent emails to their support. Sometimes emails go ignored. Sometimes I get the same generic reply "We are sorry. We are working on your order. You will get it as soon as possible"... whatever that means. How about being honest with your customers regarding shipping times. Nobody wants to wait 1-2 months for a hoodie and a t-shirt. If you're out of stock, then stop selling that particular item. Have some respect for the people supporting your *** business.

I placed an order for 2 items of apparel from this company on Wednesday, August 8th.

My order was for (x2) t-shirts for a total cost of $33.73 CAD, paid via ***.

After not receiving my items in the mail as expected, I followed up on Wednesday, August 22nd.

I received a response the same day Aug 22 saying that their warehouse has been experiencing delays due to high volume, and that all orders have been delayed. However, "***" said that my order has been escalated to the warehouse manager and that my order would be shipped out by the weekend Aug 25th.

I followed up the following week on Aug 30th, and again today on September 11th.

I haven't received any further correspondance from the company, and have proceed to send multiple emails, comment on their social media posts*** as well as send them a direct message on ***.

Desired Outcome

I wholeheartedly want to receive the goods for which I've paid,*** However, given the *** lack of customer service and basic order fulfillment, to be honest, I would expect but mostly hope for some additional compensation for my troubles as a valued customer. *** An apology and my order at the very least, if not more.

After 4 weeks I still have not received the products that I ordered and paid for via credit card.

This is the second time this company has not fulfilled an order that's been paid for.

I would like a refund.

I would either like to receive my goods, or have a refund issued.

I ordered in May. Still nothing. Same excuse as below. If you buy anything from here, know you probably won't get it. I did get a notification on August 1 it was on it's way. Canada Post is still waiting for the shipment to deliver. Never again

This business will bill you and send a *** shipping email when in reality, nothing was shipped. They will tell you for weeks upon weeks that your order is processed and will be shipped but it will not happen. I'm still waiting. Very disappointing.

I ordered 6 T-shirt's June 4 2018 since then I have contacted the company numerous times as I didn't receive the product. The day I requested a refund I got an email saying items shipped. However when package came only 1 T-shirt was there. I have since requested a refund for the remaining 5 shirts and have not got a response.

I placed an order with this company on July 7 for 7 custom tee shirts in the amount of $111.50

My credit card was immediately billed via *** for the full amount (Receipt Number ***

I was sent a confirmation order indicating that my order had been processed and that most orders are processed in 5-10 business days. I was also told that at worst to allow 10-20 business days for delivery of new or sale items.

I contacted the company via e-mail on July 30 - effectively 16 business days after my initial order inquiring as to where things stood in terms of my delivery and my sincere hope that I would receive my merchandise by Aug 03 the 20th business day.

I rec'd a response on July 31 from ***. of the company's customer service department indicating that she had escalated my request to the warehouse manager and that he/she had indicated that it would be possible to have my merchandise delivered by Aug 03. I was also told to stay tuned for an update e-mail from Canada Post once my product had been shipped.

I replied to *** e-mail on the evening of July 30, however did not receive any additional correspondence from her. It is now Aug 06 effectively 21 business days and I have still yet to receive my merchandise. I also have yet to receive any additional e-mails from *** despite sending her two replies on Jul 30 and earlier today Aug 7.

I was neither rude nor irate to *** - quite the contrary in fact. At the very least, I'm owed an explanation as to why I still do not have my order after 21 business days.

Rush Delivery by Aug 10 or full refund

I ordered a shirt on June 3, 2018 and paid with ***. The website stated that it would take 5-10 business days to be delivered or if it was a new or out-of-stock item that it could take up to 20 business days to arrive at the delivery location. After 20 business days I began my complaint process. I have had lengthy correspondences with the customer service agents and manager. They have returned my money with the promise of sending it soon. It has now been 40 business days and my shirt still has not been shipped. I see sale after sale pop up on my email and Instagram but yet have not been shipped my shirt in over double the time they guarantee. The website has now been changed about delivery, but I have a screenshot of the websites guarantee when I started my complaint process.

Desired Outcome

I simply want my shirt delivered. I ordered it for a specific occasion which has long past and I'd like to wear the shirt before winter.

I ordered a shirt June 3rd/18 and at that point the teedot site said it was a MAX Of 20 business days for the item to be received at the destination. At 30 business days I began to pursue them about my item. They put me ***, *** me and gave me vague answers. *** The manager got involved and told me they would reimburse me and send the shirt ASAP. At 47 business days after the order the manager told me that they don't owe me anything and do not have to send the shirt, but that (s)he was doing me a favour to send it anyways. They made a promise and then *** me to not send it because they gave me $ back but the $ was given back with a promise to send the shirt as well. I have record the shirt but am *** by the *** I received not to send me anything AND the fact that I had ordered it for an event that it should have been here for but since they were more than double the time they promised I not only missed the event but almost the whole summer. *** They have since changed their website to say that purchasers may have to wait longer during promotions etc., but I did not order it during a special sale date and also have a screenshot of the original site promises. I also made several requests for the manager's supervisors contact info which have been ignored. The customer service I received was *** and I'm not going to drop the issue just because I have received the item. I ordered it June 3rd and received it August 8th and that's not ok, but more so the managers attitude and treatment. I have an email trail of all our interactions to support what I am saying.

I purchased 3 items off of the website on May 14th 2018 ***and have yet to receive any of them almost 2 months after the payment was made.

I have been in touch via email with ***, and each time I am told that the warehouse is busy and she will escalate the shipment.

I have had this same response 6 times now without the issue being resolved or any subsequent contact explaining why I haven't received my product yet.

I would like the issue resolved ***, but over 2 months and still no product.

Desired Outcome

I would like the product as it was meant as a gift. If they refuse to ship my purchase I would like a full refund.

I returned a sweatshirt I ordered that was too large on April 5th. I requested an exchange for a smaller size. It's now June 23rd and I still have not received my order and the company has not replied to any of my request for updates. The company is based in Mississauga 30 minutes from Toronto. There is absolutely no reason the order should take this long. They've already charged my credit card ***.

Desired Outcome

I'd like a full refund as I do not want to deal with a shady company like Teedot Apparel.

I placed an online order (#***) on November 4th, 2017 for 3 items which were delivered 6 weeks later. On December 27th, I went to exchange 1 pair of joggers in store however it was out of stock. The sales associate placed an order and said the item would be shipped by the 2nd week of January 2018. I sent a follow-up email on December 30th to confirm my return/exchange as it was not reflected on my online account.
I received a response from *** on February 6th confirming my joggers would be shipped out that week since there was a delay with the order. I have yet to receive this item! I sent Follow-up emails on March 5th and March 26th however there has been no response to date.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive the item I paid for.

I ordered a tshirt from this company's website *** on September 2, 2017.

I received a *** tracking number, but the shipment never left the warehouse for a long while.

I guess it was out of stock, but I don't know for sure because I never received any notification.

On October 2nd, I sent and email to Teedot asking about the status of my order received an automated email saying I would hear back in 48 hours.

On November 2nd, I sent another email asking about the status of my order and asking for a refund if the order was not shipped.

I received an email from Teedot on November 3rd, saying my order was delivered on October 11.

I replied to Teedot: This tracking number says it was delivered on October 11. I did not receive it. If *** delivers to our condo building, we get multiple notices in our secured mail box until we pick it up at the local ***. I never received any notices. I checked the original order and my mailing address is correct. Is there a way to check if it came back to you'"
I have not heard back from them since then.

Desired Outcome

Refund I want either a tshirt or my money back. I get that Canada Post is saying it was 'delivered' but it really wasn't. I paid $43.08 and got nothing, not even a decent reply to my complaint.
