I placed my order at the end of December and I still haven't received it, ( it's been 60 days)
I've sent numerous emails. Sometimes they don't reply and when they do they don't tell me when they will ship my shirts. They only say the are working on it and will speak to warehouse manger. ***. This company is taking our money and not delivering.

Purchased merchandise 2 months ago. Haven't seen any thing besides a generic email addressing that they are back up and will get something soon.
"Please rest assured that we are doing our best to ship your order AS SOON AS POSSIBLE."
Furthermore, I don't think it's good business practise to take any more orders before fulfilling previous open orders

I have sent them over 10 emails in February asking about the delivery of this product. At this point, give me *** our money back. I'm buying a jacket that won't show up until July...how great!

I placed an order on January 19, 2019, received confirmation email that payment was accepted and that delivery takes 7-20 business days. On january 30, 2019 I follows sup and revived this response; already escalated this matter to the warehouse personnel and already instructed them to expedite the process.

We are really sorry for the delay and inconvenience Our warehouse is experiencing delays on all orders due to high demand.

Rest assured that we are doing our best to ship your order AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

already notify our warehouse staff.

I followed up February 6&7, 2019 asking for their cancellation and refund policy and I have not heard from them

I placed an online order on December 7 with this company for a sweatshirt. My order was never delivered and they have not responded to my emails asking for an update or a refund.

My order information is ORDER #*** and the total including shipping costs was $88.59.

I ordered a sweater and t-shirt for my boyfriend from Teedot Apparel on Oct 6th, which was processed and charged to my credit card on Oct 7th.

We received the order in the 1st half of Nov and instantly realized the items were too small, so contacted Teedot Apparel's Customer Service on Nov 16th RE an exchange for a larger size. Customer Service offered us two options - 1) an exchange where I pay the return shipping costs , 2) keep items and receive $30 off next order. We opted for option 1.
Customer Service provided instructions on how to go about an exchange, which I followed, and confirmed on Dec 7th that my returned order had been received and new/larger products would be sent out ASAP.

As no update and/or products had been received by Jan, and we now had plans to move Feb 1, I followed up with Customer Service RE the status of my exchange. I was hoping to confirm if the new order would be shipped in time or if it would need to/could be redirected to our new address after Feb 1st. Almost immediately (next day) Customer Service advised that they would 'coordinate with our warehouse manager regarding this'.

With our move looming, I followed up again on Jan 19 and 25 - to no avail. Communication has gone cold. It seems, they have simply taken my money and ran.

Teedot Apparel's website does indicate that responses from Customer Service will be received within 48 hours - obviously not, since it has been over a month since I have received any sort of response.

Teedot Apparel's website also indicates that orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days of being processed - obviously not, since it took 4+ weeks for my original order to arrive and 2+ months and counting for my exchange.

Desired Outcome

At this point, my preference, would be my money back. Although this option was not one of the two provided back in Nov, I have had to chase for something they suggested and agreed to. At this point, any Teedot Apparel items received will go unworn, as we choose not to indorse and/or advertise their company.

Ordered a shirt form their website on January 3, 2019 with the 7-20 business day guarantee. Haven't received my order and not receiving sufficient email response from the vendor.

I placed an order on Sep 26, 2018 for two sweatshirts from Teedot apparel but have yet to receive the items.
Items: YYZ Sweater (Ash Gray) large and Citizen Of Toronto Sweater (Maroon) small

I followed up with the company many times via their support email (emailed with *** S, *** V and *** at ***@teedot.ca) to inquire where my items were and was promised that they'd be shipped shortly. After waiting 6 weeks for my items I requested a refund. Each time I asked for a refund the customer service team would stop responding to my emails. I've sent so many emails, I have four different threads that are unanswered. All I would like is my money back and for other consumers to not get trapped by this *** company and its poor business practices.

I made a online purchase on December 17th 2018. The confirmation email sent after the purchase informing me the item would ship within 10 business days. This was a Christmas gift I was intending to present before Christmas but, if it pasted the 25th and arrive exactly 10 days after I would have accepted that. I have since reached out to the email support address about 5 times since that point and the item still has not shipped. I replied back to them in January requesting a refund and they continued to say the item would ship. From December 17th until present day (02/05/2019) I have not received the item or any shipping notice. I have not even received a reply on my last email. I have been waiting over a month for my purchase and we are now going into the 3rd month with no idea if this item will ship. At this point it appears they took my money and have no intention of communicating on this issue and coming to a resolution. They send generic emails in response to mine

I am willing to receive the item provided it ships ASAP and I have a shipping notice with a tracking number attached or they provide a full refund by the end of the week (02/08/2019).

I ordered products on August 31, 2018. Have not received the product (Jan 2019). Numerous emails to the company with the same standard response. I've asked for a refund many times and am not getting a response. I just want my money back.

Original order was put forth on November 26, 2018 and payment was received by Teedot Apparel via ***. Sent first email concerning order status on December 11, 2018 and the next day Teedot Apparel emailed back stating they were experiencing delays on all orders due to high demand. On December 20th another email from Teedot was sent to me stating their warehouse was still experiencing delays and they could not guarantee holiday deliveries for 2018. In the email, they apologized and added a $30 coupon code (HOLIDAY30), which was actually a false code on their website (as I checked out of curiosity).

On January 13, 2019 I contacted them to advise on delivery status once again. They replied hours later stating that they escalated the matter to the warehouse and asked for me to provide them with a deadline so they could rely it to their staff. I immediately responded that the order was placed on November 26th and it needs to be delivered this week (given it was almost two months at that point). I received no response after that and emailed again on January 26th stating it was two months officially from when the order was placed. I informed them that this would be the last time I would ever purchase anything from their store. No response. I sent another email on February 1, 2019, stating the following "Since you have no responded, processed, or shipped my order #***, please cancel the order and refund my credit card immediately. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge".

They immediately replied to that comment on February 2nd with the following "We are really sorry for the super delay and inconvenience we've caused. I understand the frustration but I still commend you for your extreme patience and understanding you've given us. Rest assured that I already escalated the expedite of your orders and have it delivered as soon as possible. Please bear with us a little more." That response did not acknowledge cancelling the order let alone providing me with a refund.

Delivery of items ASAP or provide me with a full refund.

I placed an order on October 7, 2018 for a sweater. I paid using ***. Months went by and the item was not delivered. I was told by email that the reason for delays is because of product delays. No responses were received. In email, their customer service department responded claiming the item was delivered and they would give a $50.00 credit. No credit was sent. I have emailed multiple times asking where the order is and no response has been received. I want the item delivered this week or a full refund.

I ordered in good faith both items on sale on Dec21 and Dec26, they only have an online shop with no way of contacting them except through email. After weeks of waiting although they promise a 7-10 shipping and delivering for Toronto. I sent repeated messages and got one response that I had been prioritized and that was Jan 3rd once I sent them my order information for their warehouse which I did. I sent the information and tried to contact through several social media platforms but no reply. I then saw others negative experiences were either being removed by Teedot or simply ignored. I have contacted *** and they are attempting to get my money but this seems to have happened to many people since 2016

I purchased 2 sweaters back in August and to date I still have not received them. When I check the tracking number the last update was back in November saying it was be delayed due to the postal strike. Tried contacting Teedot and I am not getting anywhere. I'm simply told to wait or check the tracking info. Finally contacted *** and was told that a shipping label was printed but the product was never shipped! Now Teedot Apparel won't even get back to me!

Never buy anything from this place. I ordered a sweater Nov.17,2018 hoping to receive it by Christmas. It is now Jan.29,2019 and it still has not even been shipped out. When I emailed them I got a response from a person named "Aney" saying "Demand is high sorry for the inconvenience". After waiting for 2 months they have now stopped replying to my emails.

I thought I was supporting a *** company who respects their customers.

I lost $155.68. Placed an order for 4 items on January 3,2018. Can't get anything information about shipment or delivery.

Bought three articles of clothing end of December. It took over a month to be delivered. During the month I inquired where my stuff was in which I was told it already shipped. It never shipped. They used my delivery preference as a confirmation that it was shipped. Had to email four different times for an answer, threatening to escalate this to get a significant response.

To make this situation even more frustrating, one of the shirts came in as a xtra large which I did not select. As per their return policy, clothing can be returned or exchanged with tags on it. However, someome TOOK THE TAGS OFF EACH ONE. This can now not be returned. I was also promised a free shirt. That never came in either.

My complaint is about I ordered two sweaters on September 19th 2018 and I have still not received them I spent $122 on these sweaters I emailed them several times asking to refund my money and they keep giving me the story that it will be delivered it will be delivered and still am not gotten it.

I ordered a sweater from Teedot Apparel (order *** total of $54.65) on NOV 24, 2018. As of JAN 22, 2019, I still haven't received my order or a shipment notice. Their website states that most orders ship within 7-10 business days.

I have emailed the company 4 times:

- DEC 20 (got a reply from Aney V. saying they are experiencing delays BUT they have EXPEDITED my order)
- JAN 14 (still no order, no reply)
- JAN 17 (still no order, no reply)
- JAN 18 (still no order, no reply)

I have waited patiently and followed all the timelines provided by the company on their website (gave them over 2 weeks before inquiring about my order, waited at least 48 hrs between follow-up emails) but was simply ignored.

Meanwhile, the company continues to advertise various discounts across social media, getting new orders while neglecting their current customers.

I demand for my item to be DELIVERED BY FEB 13, 2019 the latest OR A FULL REFUND.

Ordered a bunch of items early December and received a *** shipping notification on Jan 2. Only nothing has happened since then. The *** tracking shows they basically requested a shipping notification but have not shipped anything.

I've emailed twice to ask to cancel and get a refund and haven't even heard a response.
