We pay they never ship. End of story. I'm assuming it's a front or something at this point. Obviously not a legitimate business.

I made an order on January 13,
2019. I have received minimal contact from the company other than to keep waiting for my order. It is now May 17, 2019. I have kept all the email correspondence as proof and can provide those records when needed.

Desired Outcome

They offered a store credit as well as to still send my original order. The original order item is no longer sold on the website. At this point I just want a refund

Placed order on February 2. I have yet to receive merchandise that was charged for.

Never received products, same as all other reviews. Been waiting 3 months and nothing. Replied to first email only, no further responses despite numerous attempts.

I placed an order for a Citizens of Toronto sweatshirt on February 22, 2019. (Order #***). The company's website says products ship in 7-10 days, or out of stock items in 2-3 weeks. Over a month goes by and I contact them on March 26, 2019 looking for a status of my order as I hadn't even received a "shipped" notice yet. "***" responds on March 28 saying they had "escalated this matter to the warehouse personnel" and "instructed them to expedite the process". I don't hear anything back after that, and I send a follow up on April 8, April 10 and April 23 with no response back at all. I contacted them again in a separate support email via their site on April 24, and received a response from "***" on April 25. I was assured that they "personally communicate with our warehouse manager regarding this matter" and they offered a free shirt or $50 store credit for my inconvenience. I expressed my concern that I hadn't received my shirt yet let alone another (free) shirt or $50 store credit. Never heard back again. I followed up again on May 7th and May 9th, once again with no more responses back from the company again. I sent a third separate email on May 12 (since they seem to only answer NEW support request emails). I have yet to hear back.

I would either like the sweatshirt that I ordered, otherwise please refund me in full.

Much like everyone else, ordered in December, a shipping label was created, but then nothing ever happened after that. 17 emails to them, 3 responses saying they would escalate to their "warehouse manager", and pretty much radio silence for months now. Social media is not restricted so you can comment and say how terrible they are, but they still post promotions and are still taking orders.

Luckily I paid through ***, created a case, and got my money back.

I placed an order February 2, 2019 and was told that I would receive the order within 20 business days, so four weeks. After just over three weeks I contact them to check on my order as I hadn't received shipping but notification yet. Apparently, they were back logged with orders due to a sale they were having. I get the impression they hold the sale, and then have the merchandise made for them.... on the plus side this is the first and only time they answered me in a timely manner.

I then messaged them again after 7 weeks. As the order had not been shipped yet I asked for a refund. No response. A few days later I messaged again. This time they apologized, because my order still was not ready, and had not been shipped, so they offered me a free T-shirt, or $50 store credit.

As I did not trust them to actually send anything at this point, I declined and requested a refund. That's when they stopped answering me. I emailed every few days for the next three weeks before finally filing a report with *** on April 19th, 2019. *** advised me they would attempt to reach them for me, and if they did not respond I would get a refund. Thankfully they're as bad at responding to messages as they are shipping orders to paying customers.

After 10 days *** could not reach them either, so I was issued a refund which should appear on my next statement.

I am so disheartened at the service Teedot provides. I made an order back in Nov. of 2018 and have waited 5 MONTHS for my order. I emailed them and got one response but after waiting for another 2 months and no package, I emailed again for a refund and no response was given. I contacted my credit card company and they are not able to dispute the charge due to time limits. ***! ***! There has to be a way to get our money back! This company is still active and getting orders (***). Someone needs to put a stop to this! Please help.

I made my other on February 3 ...never got it till this day....send several emails...now they are not even responding....

I placed 2 orders back on February 02 and have still not gotten my items. I have reached out multiple times with nothing but generic responses. At first I was told there was a slight delay due to a high volume of orders....Then after reaching out again I was told there was warehouse issues. I tried reaching out again 2 more times looking for more specific information or perhaps an estimate on delivery, but they stopped responding. I only received a response which was generic after I said I will be reporting them to the Revdex.com if my items, order specific information or a refund wasn't given. The response claimed that the matter had been escalated that was back on April 03 and still nothing.

A sweatshirt called *** Sweatshirt was ordered on their mobile website on January 5, 2019 for $19.99 plus $9.70 shipping, $2.60 in tax (total of $32.29). I received confirmation that the order was received and processed, and that the shirt would be shipped in the next 7-15 days. Order ***.

When I did not receive the order, I sent several follow up emails. I only received a response from a rep from Teedot named *** stating that they were sorry and that the order was indeed long overdue and she would work with the warehouse to have it shipped ASAP. This email was sent Feb 10. I received another response again stating they would send it soon as possible (Feb 22). Still no tracking number provided or item received.

I requested a refund on March 22, as I have still not received anything from the company.

I would like a full refund for the item.

Placed my order on December 31, 2018 and I have yet to receive my order nor do I have a conformation of shipment. Contacted the company several times but I hear excuses.
The company is very poor with replying back and has the worst customer service.

They don't allow for posts or comments on their *** or ***. ***. We paid $125 and have received nothing.

I placed an order over 2 months ago and have not received it nor have I gotten any reply to numerous e-mails. *** T This is unacceptable and something has to be done about this. Please have someone look into this matter. It has been going on for too long now *** this company is *** taking people's money and not giving them anything in return.

I placed an order with this business via *** on Feb 24, 2019, I paid $54.76 and order ID was ***. To date, I haven't received anything. I've reached out to the business numerous times via emails and *** but no one responded to me at all. I reported the business and their Ads to *** but they haven't responded either. ***; I want the product to be delivered or I should get a refund.

Placed an order 60 days ago and no merchandise. How are they allowed to take money with no recourse?

Placed an order February 3rd and still haven't received it. Sent emails, direct messages on social media, and commented on their posts (which they delete and limit posts).
